Speed up in drive thru esp when I was the only one. Food was not hot. The cheese wasnt even melted on the slider The young lady at the window was super nice. But it all was slow and I was dissatisfied with the food. And such a tiny sandwich for over 3 bucks. read more

We were in Louisiana for a week and went here twice lol. Their sliders are so good, and the fries are even better! We got queso on the side and wow, it's got a perfect kick to it and the flavor was delicious. If you like burgers, definitely give this place a try. Theses small burgers are great. The last time I had a small burger was at Castle Burger. BIG DIFFERENCE! The burgers I had here are flame broiled, a good good deal larger, and way different and better. I love hamburgers/ cheeseburgers more than anything else and these are better than any fast food burger I've ever had. Customer service is horrible at the Thibodaux location on Canal Blvd ... the very long wait sitting at the pick-up window after placing my order at the drive-up board was tolerable because I had heard that they're extremely slow and to expect a very long wait time. But the employees are so unfriendly and unwelcoming, which is not at all like Thibodaux, Louisiana where customer service friendliness is almost always amazing. While in this area to pick up an order at Academy, and because we had never heard of Sliders, we stopped to grab a meal before heading back to NOLA. It was just ok. The meat on the sliders had a good flavor but were greasy! My daughter and I shared an order but we could only eat 1 each. The fries were mediocre. They were warm, at best and a little hard. We were excited to eat here because the locations near our home in New Orleans hadn't opened yet, nor had I heard of any opening here at the time. The burgers were pretty decent. But the price was practically outrageous. I think the best part of our meal were the fries. The service is great but after hearing thank you for slidin through 4 times in one meal I quite had enough of the saying. Don't get me wrong I think it's cute but saying every time you open or close the window is a little redundant. Other than that I would recommend it. We had a little duck friend hang out with us in the parking lot and we all had a blast. I think the poor little guy got stood up for a date. read more

Simple, yet effective. This was my first time ever eating at a Smalls sliders but the sliders were great. It was the grand opening yesterday, and I would have expected slower service, but that was not the case. I chose the walk-up line due to the length of the drive thru, and it was fast and friendly service. I'd definitely recommend the biggie Smalls with bacon, and you can't forget the queso to dip the fries and sliders in. Just left here out of sheer disappointment and frustration. This will be my first and last time to try this place. For what I paid for a 1 micro burger meal which wasn't bad I'll credit this place that. However it should've not have taken the long 12 minutes to make. I Was the only one in the dining area with the funky Astroturf flooring, but it seems like the drive-through line gets prioritized for the dining area I feel that it should be first come first serve. Plus I made a little Vlog for my video channel for my option and 'first time to try this' and as I was doing so when I sat down, the kitchen personnel maybe managers peaked out their little window on the door at me adding further I guess humiliation to me, fearing that something could happen in my food while they're making it because of being offended with me recording. so again this is the first and last time I'm going to this place. And I would sure hate to wait in the long drive-through just to get a little bitty funky meal. but you know what they say you get what you pay for. If you want some friendly advice, close in that ridiculous outside with the germ attesting Astro turf also because of the brutal heat and also make it while you wait with your drink that you quickly drink up before the long wait of your meal, have a refill station! read more
