However, dispute being busy, they will deliver your order in a timely manner. If you lose something, they will hold on to it until you get back. Wow !!! What an amazing experience. I have been a long time customer and fan of SW food and sandwiches. This ended for me today. Fire House Subs shop on MLK, was great with ease of online order, the little pink/purple haired young lady out front in the parking lot greeting me and confirming my order( I apologize for not getting her name) , Alexis whom brought my order out to me, and the food ! Tuna on wheat, Bacon Ranch turkey on white and potato soup, every bit just amazing to the last drop and crumb. I would rank them atop of the fast food sandwich places in town. I am sure you are familiar with the other two. I have been here several times and ordered several different things. All were pretty darn tasty. The prices are not great for a simple sandwich, but neither are the other two places. read more

So far I have had the King Hawaiian, the meatball sub and the steak and cheese. All were absolutely delectable. Literally, I would not change a thing about any of those sandwiches. But, let me tell you: you see, that King Hawaiian sandwich is the stuff of legends. Succulent, slow roasted pork topped with a sweet and slightly tangy coleslaw (and I don't even like slaw!!) on a lighter-than-air Hawaiian roll. It's simply, if I may, a masterpiece. Just opened a few weeks ago. Sandwiches are really good. Would have preferred fries instead of chips but great sandwiches!

Sorry but I have to say it. My wife and I walked into here last week or maybe 2 weeks ago. First off, We love Firehouse Subs. We have eaten here a dozen times at least and gave out over $200 in gift cards to this restaurant because we love the food and the cause. But last time was the very last time that I think I will ever walk through their doors again. We walked up to begin making our selection to place our order from the sandwich board that is directly over the people making the sandwiches and is right behind the stands of potato chips. As we are deciding what to get, when we see a roach. Now it wasn't the roach that is big that lives outdoors and comes in through the cracks in the doors looking for water. This was one of those small roaches that was I am sure is one of thousands of a colony of roaches. My wife and I looked at one another and walked out of the door disgusted and quickly. Now I am sorry to report this because this sucks not only for the restaurant, but for us and the many other customers that have loved this place from day one. I hope the problems are mitigated quickly and that one day we may be able to return. So sorry, but it was too much not to say something and let it go unknown and unsaid. My apologies. read more
