My wife's debit card was charged twice because when we ordered on line in never gave us the confirmation that they received the order! So she just went to the store in person and ordered! We ordered a foot long Tuna on Italian herb and cheese toasted jalapeño chips a lemonade and white macadamia cookies, Meatball Sub on Oat bread, Sun Chips Lemonade and Chocolate chips cookie. She pays for it using her debit card. She said we placed our order on line but it never confirmed the young lady said yes our phone system and internet are acting up. So she paid. When she got home they hadn't put the cookies in the bag. So she went back. The young lady said you forgot something laughing she said yes you forgot to put the cookies in my bag. So she got the cookies then came home. The next day she looked at her bank account and she was charged double for our order. So I went to the store and spoke to the lil guy and young lady that were working. I said is the Manager are owner in. They replied no sir but can I help you. I explained what had happened the lil guy tried to pull up the order on the register but said it only went back so many hours. So I left the receipt and my number with the lil guy and young lady who were working and asked them to have the owner call me. We were never contact. Which is in my opinion very poor customer service and lack of care about their customers. All I wanted was to be contacted to get the matter addressed which never happened! So we have not ordered from this Subway at since.

The restaurant wasn't all that busy either. There were three other people that have been standing behind me waiting as well. I can hear them saying things like "we ran out of burritos". Really? I don't think they ran out but they probably ran out of an ingredient and found some more. It's just one of the worse McDonalds experience I ever had. I still made it to work on time, but I wasn't early like usual. I would have been late if I expected my order to come out on a normal time.
