I am very understanding of mistakes but for the staff to take no responsibility and let me leave with nothing to make up for it or put in any effort to make the order at all is not okay. They lost a big order because of this and all future orders from my business.

My wife and I have eaten there 4 times, and the food was so hot, I had to wait for it to cool down or it would have burned my mouth. They literally make the sandwich in front of you so you should expect and get a very hot fresh sandwich. On all 4 visits our orders were correct. On all my visits I ordered the Philly cheese sandwich which is one of the best I've ever tasted; that's why I've ordered the same thing every time so far. My wife has ordered different sandwiches, and she's never had a complaint. Give them a try and decide for yourself.

Our nearby friends all were pleased with their meals. The only complaint I can report, and it is major, is the amount of time it took for several of our diners to get their food. The lady to the right of me and her guest had to wait at least 20 minutes from order to being served. The woman sitting to the left of my wife had to wait 25 minutes. I was finished eating when they finally got their food. At least 2 other diners had the same experience. That is unacceptable!
