Best Po-Boys with great service. Westside is best, plenty of dining space too. Philly cheese steak is my all time favorite but the BBQ beef is definitely a top contender muffaletta's are amazing too read more

Today I had a casual lunch at Mr. Poboy. I have been here a few times over the years and every time I visit the place is spotless. I appreciate that they keep it so clean. I ordered the surf & turf ( roast beef/shrimp) poboy with fries. It was so fresh and delicious. The shrimp were seasoned just right and the roast beef was flavorful. I was planning to order bread pudding but they recently added a new menu item, bread pudding delight, which is fried bread pudding squares drizzled in caramel and topped with powdered sugar. It came to my table hot and it was just the sweet treat I needed. My recommendation: never skip the bread pudding here (or delight)! It's too good. read more

Ordered half shrimp, half oyster poorboy and 1 softshell crab. I loved the shrimp half but I didn't care for the oysters taste- for some reason it smelled like old grease and I am pretty sure both items were fried in the same grease. Who knows.. The crab was juicy and tasty. The establishment is one of my go toss when in Houma. Service was quick and friendly. The establishment was clean. read more

It's not on the menu exactly, but a buffalo shrimp salad is what you need in your life. They have a shrimp salad, and they have buffalo shrimp po-boys - just ask for a salad with buffalo shrimp - they are happy to accommodate the request. The only downside is they don't have blue cheese dressing. But there's enough buffalo sauce on the shrimp that you don't really need dressing. It might be disingenuous to call this a salad. There is some lettuce and tomato, but it's a whopping pile of shrimp! Very good!! Bright, clean restaurant with quick, friendly counter service. Fantastic place for a good, quick lunch whether you want a monster gut busting po-boy or a light salad. They gotcha covered. ("Quick" is a relative term - it's not precooked fast food. Even though it's cooked to order, it still comes out in 10 minutes or less.) 4 stars. I wouldn't go 20 miles out of my way for this, but I would absolutely be a regular if I lived in the area. read more

Mr. Po-Boy - West Side - Large buffalo shrimp "salad" (there is some lettuce under there). - Seafood Near Me - Houma, Louisiana

While we are from here, we currently live in tennessee. And we visit about once or twice a year for family and friends. We tried Mr. Poboy's bring back to the hotel room. Oh my god! That had to be the very best roast beef pole boy I've ever had in my entire life. Doesn't cost an arm and a leg and a kidney and the food is very filling and just simply Delicious. Every time we come back home to visit, we are going to be ordering from this business read more

I had a great experience at this mr po-boys. I stopped here around 7:30pm on a Thursday, it was my first time at this chain, and they didn't disappoint. My po-boy came out quick and was really delicious! I got the ray ray, which came with roast beef (more of a pot roast as opposed to Arby's roast beef), sausage, lettuce and ham. I got the 8" which was a great size, was perfectly filling. The service here was pretty good too. They forgot one of our sandwiches but got a new one out super quick and also gave us a bag of chips! It was pretty clean too, i was pretty impressed. The layout was good and the ambiance was nice. Overall, this mr. Po boys was really nice and I'd highly recommend read more

Awesome food and service Recommended place to have a good poor boy try it you won't regret it read more

This place is not worthy of a 4.1 rating as listed. The poboy bread is a joke. How can you honestly call yourself a poboy establishment when your loaf bread is the soft texture of a hamburger bun. Do better. read more

Always consistent. Always good. Been that way for years. Love their product. We keep going back.

Food, customer service and the establishment are all 5-star! If you are in Houma definitely give it a try!

Best po boys I've had and not in the heart of New Orleans! If you are in Houma, definitely need to make a stop by this place. Everything is seasoned very well. You can tell a family run business. Service was good too. read more

Mr. Po-Boy - West Side - This fish and shrimp platter is my new go to! - Seafood Near Me - Houma, Louisiana

Roast beef poboy was good, but like many other places now, not a lot of meat on the sandwich. It was plentiful all times previously. Cost of everything is up, or quantity on sandwich is down. read more

Very good food and a lot of it. would definitely recommend the shrimp salad and the po- boy

Delicious as always! Definitely worth stopping by when you're In Houma. If you remember Robie's, then you won't be disappointed at Mr. Pinot. read more

Came here for a work lunch with two work colleagues. I ordered the Buffalo shrimp po-boy on a bun (the smallest size available) with a side of fries. It was deliciously messy. I wanted to take a nap afterwards. Working on my feet post consumption of aforementioned po boy was difficult. Can't imagine what an 11"er would've done to me. The Buffalo sauce was the perfect balance of vinegar, cayenne pepper, and worcestershire sauce. It wasn't too hot, nor too mild. If you're in Houma, go check this place out. read more

Had a shrimp pony and it was good. Not the best I ever had but good. Would go back and try some thing else and update my review.

Poboys are ok. The bread is soft and not actual French bread in case that is what you are looking for. I also found the roast beef to be tasty but a bit on the skimpy side. Also beware if ordering from the menu posted on the Yelp pictures as they are not correct and are higher when you pick up the order. read more

Everything is amazing! Roast beef, sissy fries, Buffalo chicken, etc. never disappoints but that's no surprise being voted bayous best of the best several years in a row read more

They had great quality seafood for a little place, really good bread, and good prices. Very fast counter service

Food was very tasty. Seemed a little lite on the roast beef. Maybe they were running low.

I have returned to this place, and the staff was nice. The food was awesome. I could eat their shrimp po boys any day of the week with a smile on my face. read more

What can I say, lol. We came out here again last night, a total of 5 of us. Food was excellent, can't get any better. I hope your food like this in heaven, LOL. There was a couple who ordered food, the order came out wrong, the lady brought it to the counter, they fixed it with no problem. Nice as can be. read more

I've eaten at the Mr. Poboys on the east side of town a few times and I wanted to see how this one was. I ordered an 8" shrimp poboy dressed with no tomatoes and add mustard and pickles. I thought it was a little on the pricey side but figured it would be worth it. After I paid I noticed on the receipt I was actually charged for pickles. I can't help but wondering what type of sandwich place charges for a condiment. I realize it is a new location and they have to pay off the building but come on. The poboy itself was all right but nothing special. The shrimp didn't have very much seasoning and they still put tomatoes on it. May try another type of poboy one day but not in a hurry to go back. read more

Shrimp Po-Boy. Shrimp were small and chewy. Flavor was good, bread was fresh. I have had their Roast Beef Po-Boy before and it was fantastic. As with many places, some menu items are better than others. Friendly staff and the place is clean. read more

Today is my second visit in less than 4 days. The po-boys are AWESOME! Their slogan is "You've tried the rest; now, taste the best." Yes, they are the best. Between my husband and I, we've had the soft shell crab, the shrimp and the oyster po-boys. All were fresh and not overcooked. The staff is also great with greeting customers and having patience as people peruse the menu options. You won't be disappointed. Delicious! read more

The Muffalata's are good but the last one I had the meat tasted freezer burnt. I will go back but I won't order that again and they don't carry the LA born beer Abita. read more

Something is going on in this place. Just look at that photo. I've gone here before with family. Around 4 on a Friday and nobody was there expect use and the 8 people behind the counter. I'd look and swear another person was coming from the kitchen. And they are all young as well. Someone's parents must've let all of their friends have a job. Anyway foods nice. The place is always clean. I'd recommend it. The amount of people who work there just throw me off. read more

Wasn't the best I've had and wasn't the worst. It was good. Service was quick and staff was friendly. If you're looking for something a step up from fast food, this is good.
