I understand what the roving professor was getting at.....it's a national fast food chain. I like it better than some of the others. This location is obviously gone through a facelift. Bright and open, with several high top set ups. The staff was nice and friendly, but then again I appreciate most people. I am always horrified how many people feel entitled when ordering fast food. I'm sorry Madame, I didn't realize you were the Duchess of Canal Street. Get a grip. I love Taco Bell, it's one of my favorite fast foods. I really wish the food at this location was even half decent. The problem is everything you order, doesn't matter what or when, is completely soggy. I'm convinced they make a big batch of tacos, chalupas, fries whatever, in the morning to last through the day. It's the only explanation why the shells are always soggy and the bottoms split in two. read more

Okay so let me tell you a story. I go to my aunts house hungry as ive ever been, and we go out and get Taco Bell. I order 2 of these limited edition spicy burritos that they had at the time. That was the best burrito i have ever eaten. It was so juicy and succulent i still dream of this burrito at night. Even the aftermath of me completely destroying my rectum at 3 am and (quite litterally) destroying 2 toilets to the point of calling a plumber I still hold those burritos as the best ive ever eaten. Waited 20 minutes in line to not be confronted by the lady taking orders. she finally asked what we would like and i said i would like 2 seperate orders. she says " we not doin that" so i said "well i need 2 separate orders." then she says "well im not doin that." so i said ok. i continued to use manners and order and when it got to my drink she said " we only got medium drinks." this place clearly needs better management and new employees. read more

Customers before us had their orders wrong which delayed our order too. Drive through customers were entering the store because their orders were wrong delaying our order more so our food took quite a while to get to us. The dining area was not clean. i know this is a fast food restaurant, but in the 2 times that i have gone, in the past 2 months, they have been polite during the ordering. they were also polite while i was at the drive up window. i ordered a dr. pepper and it tasted wonderful. it was not watered down like alot of places are doing now days. i always check my bag before leaving the window to make sure i have all of my order. everything was in the bag. got home and opened my order. i bought steak soft tacos with no tomatoes. my order was correct. that doesnt usually happen these days. was very pleased with the service. read more
