Bad Service...We visited last week and decided to sit at the bar. We each ordered a beer and some rolls and butter were delivered to us. The butter for the rolls was AWFUL! Either someone forgot to add the sweetener to the butter or it had gone bad. When we mentioned this to the bartender instead of her offering us more butter, her reply was "That is not my department". I worked here for 8 years and if your an employee and your upset. Get out now. If I would of left sooner, I would be that much farther off now, with a better company. This company? Is old school. Meaning the general managers are empowered to do things like deny FMA, because they "need" you. I spent a lot of years chasing a bonus written on the wall that wasn't as advertised, it was a scam. A lie. It didn't work the way it was explained and described. This company is trash. I can't speak enough volumes about my terrible work experience here, how I was taken advantage of and used and denied rights that belong to everyone so a few brass at the top could commit embezzlement and take more of the incentives for themselves and personal gain. It's true. The ladder bonus for meat cutters is not as describes you guys don't all get the same meat I've had partners add stuff to their lines over the meat line to protect their pockets unfairly and I've seen the HR work for them above the people that make the company. Enjoyed my birthday meal experience. However, I had no idea It would be such a long line waiting game sitting OUTSIDE in the muggy air to get a table. The hostess at the stand was kind of abrupt with me about getting me a table when she asked if I was on the 'wait list'. No of course, then she sent me to the bar, which was a pretty good experience, but it was kind of cramped with other patrons. The noise level was pretty loud, but the food was spectacular! the food and atmosphere was good, my server good as well BUT the manager Kelsey was so rude and didn't help me at the time to check out. I had 2 cards to use for my payment and wanted to split the check between my cards, I tried to do it in the kiosk that was on my table but the way is design doesn't seem to give me the option, so my server went to ask for help to the manager, i explained what I was trying to do and I told her I already tapped for payment in the kiosk and wanted to make sure was cancel in there because she said will do it in the computer. well, she pulled the battery from the kiosk and said, ok it's gone! she had an attitude looking at me and i requested to put it back together so i could see it was cancelled my transaction in the Kiosk when she said "you put it together ". He stated we would have 2 tables of 7 each (6 in booth, 1 chair on end) and two at another table. We arrived at 5:30, waited for an hour, then were seated at two tables for 14. Super sad.... It's going down hill fast for TRH... on my last two visits really were disappointing. Went in for a special night, while standing in the waiting area, I noticed 3 very very nice 20oz ribeye steaks ( odd size weight/cut) so I selected one and had it marked for my order. Cutting it short, I ordered it to be cooked a light medium. After a long wait and noticing several tables around us that arrived after us, receive and eat their food, pay their bill and begin to leave... as well as the third offer of more breads.. I asked my server... she agreed it had been a very long time. She went to the grill area, and a different server arrived at my table with the wonderful steak I personally selected from the case, turned into an absolute slab of charred to coal.... Second occasion... yes, I did it again, shame on me.. but TRH has been one of my favorites for a nice night out and leisure meal with decent atmosphere. Seated quickly as I always get on the waitlist before leaving home. Had my Elders with us for the evening, as I always enjoy their company and we socialize over a good meal. Drink orders were placed... I opted for the "Legend" margarita as it hand mixed, not daiquiri machine made, comes on the rocks and has a Lava salt rimmed glass . It is a signature drink of TRH with the biggest picture on the center of the front of the drink menu. Timely my server returned with drinks for my family, and would return with mine shortly.. A drink arrived as promised... margarita of very lite color and regular white salt on the rim. I refused to accept it as it was not the drink I ordered. It was returned to the bar, then returned back to me by a products promotional manager, saying this was in fact the Legend I had ordered and that they have a very strict mixing recipe and process for each signature drink. I pointed out the photo on the drink menu alongside the drink sitting on my table... no match there... the reply was, Oh, we have run out of the Lava Salt and our house salt is a common replacement. We minced words for a moment, and my side was that, the customer should always be approached prior to any substitution, and asked if it was acceptable.... Not just show up with a less than product and expect the customer to accept it. ( and pay the price of a "Signature" what should be Top Shelf item. ) A bit presumptive on their part, and kind of an unfair business practice... I have NEVER had an issue with spending on quality meals or drinks, but do very much expect to get what I ordered as I asked for it to be prepared. I tip very well according to the service provided by the server and never grade them on the food prep as it is not their fault. But I will add in for the waitstaff... you are the face we see, we are your direct customers. if the establishment you work for is in the habit of things like the above... be above this and ask us if we are fine with substitutes... give the customer an option to accept or maybe change orders to something else, don't just assume we will accept what ever is set down in front of us.. To TRH, sad it's going this way and hopefully it will improve... for the time being I have moved over to OBSH... where things aren't being done down under. read more

The guy comes up to seat you and says party of two... when there are 5 parties of two waiting to be seated and people walking in after you get seated first because they put their hand up. Happened twice, then questioned the hostess about and she just replies well there are a few parties of two. Third time it was about to happen again but me and others stopped it. Usually I love a good ribeye, medium rare, smothered with sautéed onion and mushrooms. I have no idea what was used for a simple sauté but the taste of their sautéed onions and mushrooms ruined the taste of the steak me. It tasted as if they added sugar instead of salt. Though it's an extra cost, I had to scrape it off and the steak still unfortunately took on some of that sweet flavor. Thankfully my salad and beer filled me up, so I just doggy bagged the steak. Next day I scraped that side of the steak good and re-seasoned it and briefly seared that side and made a nice steak salad. Kicker, I noticed that my boyfriend barely touched his steak medallions with sautéed onions and mushrooms - I didn't ask why. Otherwise things were fine. Typical steakhouse atmosphere, pretty busy, friendly waitress (though spread thin), wait time wasn't too bad. If I'd been super hungry for that steak/onions/mushrooms it would have been a bust though. I should have asked for the nasty sauté add on to be removed from bill, but neither my boyfriend nor I thought about it at the time. Without the sautéed veggies I likely would have eaten more of the steak, but I will say that either way I've had steaks in many places, many states and the steak here was faaaaar from being the best steak I've had. Then they were out of my beer choice and then prime rib.... Then the waitress PAIGE took everyone's order except mine....... That's when I got up and walked out to cool off.
