Today I placed an online order at approximately 4pm and scheduled to pick up at 6. Wife gets there around 615 and not only is order not ready but they were out of most of the slides we ordered. Waited for about 10 min and then decided that we wanted a refund instead of waiting indefinitely for 1/2 of what we ordered. Cashier gave the wife attitude about the refund. 1st go at the new Wing Stop and it's the typical Hemet bs. Go in with low expectations and you won't be disappointed. The food I am sure is great. read more

I had stop by today my name is Dia by the way. I had went to go get a 8 piece. When I left with my order and I went to park in the shade by the wingstop I opened my box and I see a tiny baby roach. I immediately close the box and I go to take it to them. I told them the situation and she basically didn't even check the food called the district manager and said the district manager said "we'll give you a refund but we don't have roaches here, so yea " and I instantly got upset because why would I lie about a roach in my food. I love wings !!!! NEVER AGAIN read more

Wing stop in hemet. So exciting!!!! staff is working hard to keep up. Tasty wings and free style drink machine and of course the famous fry seasoning read more

Love wingstop, this one is pretty good. thank you...chris? i think his name was chris. he served me my order.

Football and wings I thought would be a nice Sunday. Wingstop let me down with tasteless dry wings. There's absolutely no internal flavor to the wings. Could have cooked better wings at home. read more

Charity is awesome! Door Dash delivered the wrong ordered to us, and even though it was not this store's fault, Charity was quick to remedy the situation. This store rocks. Thank you guys for all of your hard work. read more

Second time they screwed up my order and had to drive all the back to get my food. Seriously pissed off. Gave me extra wings carrots and a drink for messing up my order but frustrated I had to drive all the way back from west hemet. The employees need to learn how to read the receipt!!!! Not that hard. read more

I'm glad a wing stop opened near me! This place is really clean and the employees are nice and attentive. Joel helped us out and was really helpful. I recommend the mango habanero and the Spicy Korean the food was really fresh and delicious. read more

What's the deal with the fries lately? Wingstop fries are supposed to be thin cut but the last two visits they come out thick cut like Red Robin steak fries. read more

Wingstop - Thick cut fries - Chicken Wings Near Me - Hemet, California

Disappointed. Chicken was cold. The boneless were different sizes 1.5"-4" & dry and tough.

Have had nothing, but great experiences at this location so far! A lot of people are not understanding about the wait times, which explain some of the low reviews. Although, the staff is super friendly here and we've ordered about 3-4 times now and the wait is definitely worth it. Food was super good and everything was done how we ordered. Will most def pick this location over Moreno Valley Lol. read more

Horrible customer service! I ordered online over an hour before I was going to pick up, when I got there they told me 10 more minutes. People walked up and placed orders got food before I did. I got my food 25 after the time it was supposed to be ready. There were 2 orders just sitting on the table. There were about 10 orders that were ready and people weren't even there, and there were about 15 people outside waiting for their food. They don't know what they are doing. read more

Had a horrible experience. Do not go to this location. Had a employee shove my food at me and was told to just go. The employee stormed away and said I can't take it. This was very unprofessional. Oh and to add to it all my fries are cold and just look at the sauce on the boxes. Like really Wingstop are you this careless? read more

Wingstop - Seems they don't care if their customers food is presentable and warm. Cold fries and dirty boxes really Wingstop?!?!? - Chicken Wings Near Me - Hemet, California

35+ mins for 6 wings. They seem to prioritize online orders over dine in. Second time this happens. First time I figured might of been a one off. read more

We bought some wings from here to try it out for the first time since my wife loves chicken wings. When we got home and opened the bag we were both disappointed at how bad the food looked, but decided to give it a try anyway. The taste was awful, it tasted like red cayenne sauce, mixed with horseradish, & a strong mustard which was heavily soaked in, and I couldn't even wash the stuff off, & it stank my hands up. It was (thrown away) money costing almost $23.00 I would never recommend anyone eating this food. The French fries were terrible also. They gave us three containers of some kind of dressings that went directly into the trash also. We threw it into the trash as we wouldn't even feed this to our dog. You have been truthfully informed! We will never be back~ read more

I love wingstop it's so good but today I put in a mobile order and went to pick it up. I was waiting in my car for a while because I got there before it was ready . when I went into the wingstop they said it was two minutes until my orfer would be ready, no problem.I waited on the bench for a little bit. when my order was ready the perosn who gave me it was reading it so fast I couldn't understand I didnt check inside thr bag because I wouldnt think they would miss anything. I get my drink and go home RIGHT. now I'm home I go to my kitchen sit down and take out my food. I'm confused "where is my ranch", I said. I looked in the bag.not there. I look in the box. not there. now I'm mad pissed even I'm turning red.I love wingstop ranch, it brings me joy but to see that they didn't even give me it EVEN THO I PAID FOR IT makes me really mad ‼‼‼‼‼‼ also I ordered 3 lemon pepper and 3 Cajun what did I get ? Sent me on my way with no sauces on a pick up order. Bag taped shut, expected everything I ordered to be in there.

I ordered thighs and ended up sick the next day to find out the reason why I was sick was food poisoning...... that was the last thing I had ate.... not only that the food was to dry and didn't even taste fresh and I ordered this thru doordash before and it would be warm but this time the food was cold and I won't be coming back cause this is ridiculous read more

There's a sign that says, "Wear a mask" & what do I see when I go get my food? The person giving me my food, Caucasian girl with glasses, not wearing a mask. I've been to Wingstop many times but this was my first time at this location. I understand this place is new and that there may be bumps in the road but serving completely RAW chicken is unacceptable. This was not a situation where couple of wings might of been slightly under cooked, all 20 pieces we ordered were raw! When I came in to demand a full refund, they first tried telling me to email corporate because they couldn't do it and that it would take 3-5 days to receive it. One of the mangers, Lily, tried saying that it was tendon and not raw. It was laughable, there was no apology, and on top of that she gave me attitude and rolled her eyes at me. I kept insisting on getting my refund and finally they were now somehow able to do it. The customer service was horrible, one of the other managers, Tyrone, was kind and did end up saying sorry but they did not try and makeup for the inconvenience they caused and the fact that we could of gotten super sick biting into raw chicken. I will not be returning to this location to say the least. read more

Ok, I understand just opening but seriously I went to this location today 7/2/20 around 1400hrs and man this place is way out of control! They had around 10 orders just sitting on shelves, no coordination on who was to do what and the two females working the counter seemed out of sorts. We spent $50+ on orders to have only 1 ranch dipping sauce (we ordered four combos) no bbq sauce for my daughters chicken tenders. One of the orders was supposed to Cajun and it wasn't and my 10 piece combo was supposed to be half classic half boneless and it wasn't! I shouldn't have to open each box to verify that the order is correct, they weren't even marked as to what was inside! We had to open them up to see who's was who's. Fries were lukewarm, the drinks had way too much ice. I should've drove the extra miles to Beaumont! Needless to say it'll be a very long time before I return to this location. This place keep operating this way they'll be out of business before Christmas. It seemed no one wanted to help the front staff, I had to wait for my drinks because again no one seemed to want that job which took one of the two working the registers to do which took away from them taking orders! Very bad service coupled with incomplete orders spells trouble. This franchisee better get their act together and soon. read more

Never had wingstop before, but thought id stop by as Buffalo had an hour wait time. The customer service was awesome! They got us in and out within 20 minutes, and let me tell you they were packed. I was truly looking forward to Wingstop coming to Hemet but my experience was horrible. Please think twice about coming here anytime soon. I get that it's their first week, but their customer service is bad! I placed my order online on "THEIR WEBSITE" and after I place my order, I receive an email saying the wait is 45-50 minutes. Ok, that's fine since I figured they would be busy the first week. About 10 minutes later, I get a text saying my order would be delivered through DoorDash (rolls eyes) if I wanted a DoorDash order, I would have placed my order through DoorDash (nothing against DoorDash, I just assumed the order would be delivered by Wingstop because it was not advertised they are partnered with DoorDash.) Anyways...my order was placed at 3:55pm. By 5pm my husband was asking where the food was. I called Wingstop and the girl states "I remember giving him your order about 20 minutes ago. Since you placed your order through DoorDash, we have no say in what happens to your food once it leaves the restaurant. If it hasn't arrived call back in 20 minutes. I tried to explain to her that my order was not placed with DoorDash, but through the Wingstop website. So my order arrives about 10 minutes later. My husband opens the bag only to discover the food is cold! Not warm, but cold...and the fries were soggy. It's like the food had been sitting for a long time. So I called back and explained how my food arrived, and the next girl I spoke to says "well the food was hot when it left the restaurant, our food is made to order. We can remake your food, but in order to remake the food you need to bring everything back and the wait for new food is about 50 minutes." I could not believe they would try to make me wait another hour for food. By this time it was already 5:30pm, almost two hours since my first order. I took the cold food back and was told by some girl name Antoinette that she had to "request my refund online." Mind you I paid with a debit card. I have filed a report with my bank and will be filing a complaint against them. While I was in the restaurant I noticed several orders just sitting (but my food apparently went out hot...yeah right!) another gentleman kept asking where his order was because it had been an hour and all he was told was "it's not ready yet." After today's experience, I'm not sure I'll be back. So just a heads up. If you've read this far, thank you. I normally never leave reviews but I had to speak on this experience. And no, no manager got on the phone or spoke to me in person.such a sad experience for a restaurant that has the potential to be great for Hemet. read more
