Wing stop kept catching my eye, even though it had poor reviews... I am so glad, we didn't let the negative Nellie reviews influence us - our meal, service & restaurant quality was fantastic! Megan took our order & went out of her way to ensure we got what we wanted (even a few boneless pieces & various sauces to try!) . We split a 30pc family order, planning on some leftovers, we ate them... all of them - don't judge! Flavors: honey sriracha, mango habanero, Buffalo/regular hot & a dry "sprinkle-on" flavor (sorry, can't recall all the names). Chicken was cooked perfectly juicy, came out quickly, the sauce was on point and the restaurant itself was clean & well maintained with polite staff (& patrons)!! Based on my visit, this Wing Stop is inappropriately underrated! It deserves another chance for anyone who gave a negative review & deserves a "first-time visit" from anyone on the fence about going. I walked into this place with an empty stomach and high hopes, and I left with an hour of my life stolen and still, an empty stomach. This was by far, without a doubt, the worst food establishment I have ever experienced. If I could undo anything that I have ever done in my life, it would be the decision I made to go eat at this circus. I cannot put into the right words, how inexplicable the service was. If you have a fear of being ignored and forgotten, then this restaurant is your worst nightmare. Go ahead and cancel your plans for the remainder of your evening, and your morning plans as well. They are complete garbage. We have ordered twice now with horrible experiences to the point we have requested the better business bureau become involved! First order was done, we goto pick it up, and there is an employee saying we have no workers. Daytime Manager of the store is top tier. He makes sure the job is done correctly and introduces himself to customers. His customer service skills alone & ability to keep things going during the day is outstanding. Food is always consistent & usually correct. I've had a few issues in the past with orders not containing my extra ranch but the manager made sure to get that into shape with the next orders. Flavor wise we like wing stop sauces. Cannot go wrong with mild, Korean bbq, hot, garlic parm, honey bbq, literally they're just all good lol. & the voodoo fries are pretty good too. Never disappoints. read more

I've only ever had food delivered from this location, so 100% of my experience comes down to the food itself. I don't know how accommodating the staff are, how clean the restaurant is, or anything else along those lines. I do know that the wings I order are delicious every time. The food comes packaged well for delivery, so it's usually still hot and fresh tasting. There's not much to say specifically about their food: it's exactly what you're hoping for when you're in the mood for wings and wing accoutrements. I will give a special shout-out for having the best lemon pepper wings in the game by FAR. I will never come back to this location. First impression is the most important. I walked in to order at 7:45. I received my food at 8:40. It was not even hot, so why was I waiting that long. I only received a hand full of fries at that. Im not a hard person to please food wise. But This was a disappointment. No one should have to wait that long on wings and fries. Pretty freakin' good!! We tried the Parmesan garlic, Hawaiian, and Spicy Korean. The spicy Korean was by far my favorite! They were just a little kick of spice and some nice sweetness. Very rude employees!! The employees were in the kitchen having VERY loud conversation's using words such as HO" and the "N" word and laughing!! I find this to be very offensive!!! So had to follow up after a couple of tries here and disappointed in the results. First off is my pet peeve of all Wingstops. I don't care for the basket of chicken hanging out over the grease. It let me know it will be refried or it may be just warm when you get it and cold if you're taking it home. Next thing is not getting the flavor you ask for. I like Cajun but received it without the seasoning. Next is the lemon pepper which I was told has butter and received a heavy butter variant or I've never seen it thicken after getting cold. Horrible experience!!!! Place an online order, received a notification that it would be ready at 855 pm. Got to the restaurant at 908, and the front cashier stated it would be a few more minutes, and for me to wait aside. At 928 I walk back into the store to check on food and the cashier said it's still not ready.
