The pizza itself absolutely lived up to the kindness and care behind the service. We ordered the Hot Pop, and it was genuinely excellent. The crust was beautifully done--light, flavorful, and perfectly textured. One of my companions, who is French, even commented that it was one of the most authentic pizza crusts she'd had outside of Europe.
