And were greeted with an individual jumping around the restaurant with his shirt pulled up to show his chest, singing an inappropriate song. Disgusted doesn't cover it. We visited two Fridays ago just to stop by because we had nothing to do. We hadn't been in a year or so. The Buffalo Chicken Tots were really good and hit all of the notes of what you want with that Buffalo craving.. Jalapeno, blue cheese, creaminess.. Will definitely get those again. Beer was cold. We were sat promptly and waited over 20 minutes an no one ever came to ask for our drink or food order. They were not busy at all there were 3 other groups in the room that we were sat at. Two already had food one had drinks. The staff made it clear they had no interest in assisting us. My wife finally had enough and agreed to leave since it was obvious they had no plans to wait on our table. You would think with BWW being a chain they would all be similar in quality and service. This was not the case. We waited about an hour for our food, we came on a Saturday night. Even though our waitress was nice she forgot the accompanying sauces and we had to ask her several times for them. Neither me nor one of my friends were impressed by the food, which is strange because we've both had these meals at other BWWs and were pleased. She ordered the chicken tenders with medium sauce and they were too hot for her, I ordered the BBQ ranch Mac n' Cheese. My order was incorrect and a jumble between the BBQ ranch Mac n' Cheese and the Buffalo Mac n' Cheese. The garlic bread that came with the meal was decent. The Mac n' Cheese was completely dry. There was no ranch added to the meal anywhere. The chicken parts were very small and buffalo flavored. After waiting about an hour for food I decided not to say anything as I was starving, but if this was any other time and establishment I would have asked for them to redo the meal. Had the worst experience today. They we're not very busy and after about 2.5 hours we never received our food. No oranges with the blue moon & no limes with the ultra. 2 families came after us, ordered food, orders messed up, got the fixed order and ate, and we still had no food. Then was given our ticket that looks as if it was comped $0.00! Feeling better thinking she had taken care of the ticket, she comes back to get my card and I made comment about the $0.00 balance ticket, so she goes to get a new ticket that's higher than the original $0.00 out ticket. So I asked to speak to the manager, who claimed they had been dealing with issues all morning. So he took care of our queso and we had to still pay for the drinks. Visit many B'dubs in my travels, comparable to other locations, service was prompt, beer was cold and lots of TV's to watch hockey.

I don't eat meat so I can't comment on the wings, but the other food is lacking!! Tasted like it was frozen and microwaved! I ordered the popcorn shrimp they were not popcorn shrimp much larger but not a good taste! Also ordered the mushrooms and they were terrible! They don't have honey mustard which is weird! And the flatbread wasn't good either! Just over all not impressed! Waiter was nice but slow! The only good thing I can say is this time the fries were fresh and they were the highlight of the dinner. And I didn't feel well after eating the food which has happened before:/ I definitely won't eat there again unless it's like dessert. Because I have had pretty good dessert in the past! read more

Horrible, horrible service. We waited an hour for our food only for our server to finally walk up to us and say "yall haven't gotten yalls food yet?" She then came back a little later and said that they lost our order in the kitchen... She then had to retake our order. Our reorder still did not come out for another 30-45 minutes. The order was wrong and cold. We order nachos as the appetizer and the cheese was solid and the sauce had already set. The chicken was cold and my friend didn't even receive the right sauce... We asked to speak to the manager and he tried to apologize and offered to remake our nachos. We accepted and the nachos were taken back. The server avoided us for most the night before and after the incident. I feel like if she would've checked on us sooner we would have known they lost our order an hour ago... We finally received our checks and they were also wrong... (we feel like maybe a discount or a comp would have been nice considering the situation but that is beside the fact). This particular BWW gets a 2 star for the service we received last night at 11pm. We waited for over 30 minutes for our food and our server didn't even acknowledge that he forgot to place our order. No apology just shrugged his shoulders. I had to flag him down for refills. Then he just left the bill on the table. Again, no apology. I've come to a conclusion that service at this chain varies. Most times though, the wings are just the right size, crispness and the sauces are on point so that's good since it is a wing place. I have a tendency to go to a specialty restaurant and then order the something completely random. Like last night I ordered fish tacos. Well, that was a bad idea. I seemed to forget that the rest of the food here is gross since it was late and I was hungry from flying all day. When they came out, I found a fish stick in each taco. Yup. Like the frozen kind your mom used to make. Oh and lastly, they have the worst chips. You're better off buying Doritos. The cheese dip is runny. So, stick to the wings avoid the other food. Maybe the burgers aren't bad but all the apps except for fried, are not worth the price. How can you mess up burgers and fried food? Anyway, stick to basics and you won't be disappointed here like I was but I guess if you're chugging beers and you're team is losing who really cares about what your shoving down your face? read more

The staff was quite rude and didn't seem to have any support from management. This place was a blast! Went here for Super Bowl 2016 and had a great time. The bartenders were super busy but still very kind and accommodating. One found me an extra chair so I could sit up at the bar with my friends. The Broncos won too which did not hurt anything! As for drinks, they have Mike's Hard which is important to me. The WORST manager ever. Not only did we have our service dogs with us, and had to sit outside, the manager was the biggest a**hole. We are almost 30 years old. My friend from Louisiana came in town, he forgot his wallet but showed him his legal document of his ID on the Louisiana ID app, and they still wouldn't serve him. We love this BWW. We always sit in the bar and we have excellent service every time we come here to this location. DK is one of the best servers out there. He is always on the ball and knows us when we come in. We get the same stuff all the time so he asks if we want our usual. There is another server that is just as good. He is attentive and knows us. The wings are always well cooked and I crave their dinner salads. They have a great mix of greens. This is one of our favorite places to come because of the service. Thank you guys! read more

BWW is one of the few places I can go for a proper dose of cayenne pepper, found in abundance in their Blazin wing sauce. I am told most people can barely endure one Blazin wing, which I consider a sad commentary on the human condition. I have seen people start coughing from the pepper in the air when my order was delivered. For those who like a more well-balanced touch of heat, the Mango Habanero sauce is quite good, and the Jerk sauce is respectable. It's also one of the very few places I can go & see golf on the screen while I eat, which is a plus.
