Would give no stars if an option. Ordered wings online for the following day. Got a call a few hours after my order was placed asking me to come pick up my order. Told them it was an order for the next day not today. They wanted me to pay over the phone for the order because they couldn't close their register until I paid. Ummmm NO!! When I told them, again, their mistake on the day and time they told me they would hold the order for me to pick up tomorrow if I paid over the phone. That would mean my food order sitting out for over 12 hours. Horrible HORRIBLE!! Will never be ordering from them again. Stay away, who knows how long your order might be sitting out!! read more

This Wingstop has consistently given me terrible experiences. It's starts with management's culture and just spreads like a sickness to the employees. They don't offer water cups - I understand people abusing it and filling it with soda - but the customers shouldn't suffer because of those people. Also, the wings are *consistently* on the small side/lacking sauce, the employees are rude, and the place is always dirty. I'll gladly drive to pocket for some wings to avoid this place. read more

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY ONLINE! Horrible customer service! I ordered online and the delivery driver NEVER showed up. Understandable at first because mistakes happen. I called the store and the girl that answered literally said she did not know what to do and held the phone. So I said, "uh well can you get the manager that does know?" The manager (Chris) told me I would have to reach out to Door Dash. Keep in mind I did not order directly through DoorDash, I ordered on the Wingstop website that's advertised to be so speedy and seamless. I called DoorDash and they told me I would have to talk to WingStop. I called WingStop on three way & Shift lead, Chelsea, offered to remake my order for the inconvenience. She is a gem! read more

So. I've had Wingstop before but this time will probably be the last time. I ordered online because I wanted to pick up and leave as I had things to do. Anyway I ordered a ten piece mix and match 5 bone in and 5 boneless. The email said pick up will be ready at 4:11. I was stoked cause usually it takes a bit to get the food. So I got there and paid at like 4:08. The lady said it will be out in a few min. Man I left at 4:30. So much for a quick order for online. It says why wait when you can order online and I still had to wait. It was not that busy. Not to mention that I got home and my order was all boneless. The staff was kinda nice. My sauces were right and my frys were good too. Anyone else have this issue? I feel like just give me a better estimated time at least. read more

I will never eat here again. I've been to this location multiple times and always had bad customer service. Their soda machine is always out of soda and flavors. This last trip we had to wait exceptionally long for our order. We had placed our order for here and they put it in to go bags. Why I asked the cashier why it was in to go bags she said because they were out of trays. When I looked around every person who was eating in the restaurant was eating from a bag. They just weren't serving food on trays because they didn't want to wash them. Anyways besides the horrific customer service I got food poisoning from my food and spent the next whole day throwing up. I wouldn't advise anyone to ever eat here. If you need wings go to a different location. This location obviously doesn't care about customer service or food safety. read more

I gave it a 5 star because its friendly, quick, and on point! & also the asian/flipino employees are dam attractive

My family and I went in on a Saturday afternoon and it wasn't busy at all. The restaurant is clean and the employees are friendly and efficient. Food is like all the other locations, but the employees here are the nicest of all locations we've been too. My daughter spilled her soda and the employee who cleaned it didn't seem annoyed at all, she was actually really nice and patient. This so far is our favorite location. read more

Husband picked up wings and fries. The food was horrible. The fries were cold and soggy. The wings were drenched in salt. For the long wait, it was not worth it. Never eating here again! read more

This used to be my favorite place to eat but became my least favorite after a recent change in staff. I ordered at 6:53 according to the receipt but only received food at at 7:50 after asking for progress on the order. There were several other customers before and after that had the same problem having to wait at least an hour for food, but by the time I went to ask for a refund they brought it out to us. In addition, the tables were dirty, I had to clean it myself, the floor was wet and slippery. Missing soda flavors and no ice in machine. The ice tea was just water too. Not coming back after a terrible experience. They did give us an extra two wings in the order, but that's not compensation for wasting so much time. read more

Nice customer service and they were able to accommodate me since they were out of boneless wings. Service was fast I ordered through the app and arrived a bit earlier and still got my wings before the time it was going to be ready. Happy customer Nayloni was very friendly employee, I love wingstop !!! read more

They took 1 hour to make 6 wings and I seen a worker on his phone for 30 min straight and they forgot my fries

I just went online to order wings for my wife to pick up on her way home. Instead of going with a family meal, I chose the $0.60 wings special. Here was my order: 15 wings $9.79 15 wings $9.79 10 wings $6.00 Large Fry $3.69 (2) Veggie Sticks $2.70 They tried to charge me $43 despite the fact that this only adds up to $31.97. I have had nothing but issues at this location. DO NOT eat here. This is extortion! I have pictures to support my claims as well! read more

50 cent boneless wings on Monday and Tuesday are great if you want to eat good and at a reasonable price. Staff is friendly and I love how they are open late. read more

The fries are amazing! I dont know what is on them but I want, want, want. I tried the lemon pepper and the hawaiian. The lemon pepper was delicious. The hawaiian was okay. Overall the chicken was okay but i will definitely go back for the fries. read more

Came to this location (i usually go to 65th) for the 1st time this past Saturday afternoon with my sister. We ordered the 15 boneless meal for 2. I LOVE their soda machine! So many options. It was a nice day so we sat outside and enjoyed our food very much! Food was on point and hit the spot! read more

Awful service. Waited 45 minutes for our order (6 customers max in the store). We finally get our order after the 45 minutes, and it was the wrong order. "Excuse me sir, this is the wrong order." "Ok what was it?" I gave him what I had ordered previously, and he said "okay." No apologies. I waited another 15 minutes to get the food. Still no apologies. Mediocre food. Super salty and greasy. Never coming here again. read more

This is the worst place I have ever worked! I worked here at the end of 2018 and MICHAEL MORRIS is or was the owner (not sure if he still is) There is mold on the fryers, the oil does not get filtered for weeks. He'll take money out the registers to buy potatoes and chicken from the STORE. They rarely let the employees take their breaks, they won't allow employees to clean the fryers or anything in the restaurant. ITS HORRIBLE. Customers get mad at us when we're just following orders from management because WE get threatened to lose hours or they cut our pay if we do what should be done... for example, sanitation and establishing safe & friendly work environments. The soda machines never gets changed because the managers claim they don't know how to do it so we're never trained on how to change them. I DO NOT KNOW HOW THIS PLACE PASSED ANY INSPECTION. Multiple times I was left alone after 9pm because they scheduled everyone to be off at that time except for the shift manager (me at the time) and I ran the place by myself due to the assistant manager not showing up til it was closing time. I STRONGLY recommend that you DO NOT eat here. It's not worth getting sick over when Fire Wings is only a couple blocks down the street. read more

Completely abandoned this Wingstop. Bad experience, after bad customer service, after neverending bad wings and fries... Hire a staff that actually cares about their customers and the food they serve and maybe we will give them another try. Good luck. read more

honestly the worst food service i've had in this pandemic. i placed a phone order on the night of saturday july 18th. 20 minutes later i went in and they took an additional 30 minutes to give me my food and they weren't even apologetic about it. one worker wasn't even wearing a mask and another worker was using their phone while simultaneously checking on the food which is gross. the last worker had their wire headphones and backpack on while in the kitchen which just isn't sanitary either. they also let multiple people in who weren't wearing a mask. ive been very paranoid during this pandemic and the precautions the workers were taking were simply nonexistent. read more

This is my first Yelp review and, unfortunately, I was compelled to write it because of my terrible experience. I placed an order for delivery and did not receive any dips, of which I should have gotten 2, one from a combo and an extra for which I additionally paid. Also, I ordered my fries well done and they were soggy. I couldn't blame the delivery guy, as Wingstop outsources to services such as DoorDash. I called the restaurant to let them know of my issues and asked if I anything could be done. The worker on the phone said she could write my name down so the next time I came in, I could get one free dip. I asked if I could get a coupon or email confirming this, and she told me, "We just write it down and put it on a board and you can mention it when you come in next time." Sounds real promising... read more

I ordered some wings today. Wings turned out good, exactly what I asked for. I also asked for ranch and honey mustard dressing. Jessica, who took my order and her co-workers said dressings were in the bag. I should have checked to make sure before leaving, but they being employees should have made sure that they put the dressings in, in other words they lied to me. When I got home, dressings were not in the bag as the employees had stated. They need more training on attention to details. read more

Jared, Cheyan, and Alex did an amazing job preparing our food! The fries and wings were amazing!

Besides the bomb wings the service is horrible, the African American cashier was taking our order but was bended over rubbing the eye boogers out her eye. Rolled her eyes after every decision me and my family was trying to decide. I asked if they had beer and she said you don't look 21 and I was like that was false advertising and plus my age shouldn't matter. Good food worst service. read more

Like everyone else has mentioned, the food is great, but the customer service is non-existent. I've had online, phone, and walk in orders all messed up. (Yes, I have made the mistake of coming back to this location) However, their latest work was so bad after I was done laughing I felt the need to write a review. First I place the order online, my email receipt said it would be ready in 15 min. Which was perfect because I was meeting friends for lunch. I get there on time but the food is not ready (no biggie) I sit with my friends and their food arrives, the people that were in line behind me get their food. The people behind them get their food. My friends are almost done eating, so finally I get up to check on my food. And oh there it is! Sitting on the rack behind the counter....jst hanging out. Who likes their food hot anyway? I personally prefer both my fries and wings soggy from hanging out in a to go bag, even tho I was eating in. My favorite part was when everyone behind the counter made it seem like it was my fault. Claiming " I said her name a bunch of times " which again being understanding and hungry, didn't feel the need to argue. I mean the place only has a couple tables, and they don't serve alcohol.. I can see how all the ruckus in the restaurant might have drowned out my name But the cherry on the top is when we are finally leaving. My friend gets up to refill his drink, and seeing that one of the employees is getting a drink, naturally, he lines up behind her. Who begins filling up her cup, but stops to have a taste. She repeated this process an additional 5 times. It happened so many times that we started lol-ing outside and of course took pictures to ridicule him once we all got in the car. My friend eventually had to excuse himself and ask the employee if he could butt in since he already knew what he wanted. Graciously she let him . So again, chicken is chicken. It's good. Employees that work there are a joke. Save yourself some aggrivation and go to any other wingstop in the Elk Grove/ South Sac area. read more

Good wings, a little pricy, but its fast food, and great for watching the games with.

The food here is just about the same as the other locations. The staff isn't really friendly but I don't mind because they aren't really rude (just extremely mellow). I read some other reviews about them not having any trays and giving out bags. I had the same thing happen in the past but doesn't seem to be an issue anymore. read more

If I could give this place no stars, I would. They never have the food prepared on time. If they tell you 18 minutes. It should be ready in 18 minutes. When I get there I wait an extra 30 minutes for the food. On 3 different occasions they've forgotten something in my takeout order. The last time, they gave my order to someone else and I had to wait an additional 20 minutes for my food. read more

My 9 year old daughter joined me to pick up wings during football games. She would like to chime in regarding her experience..... We were at wing stop at the register this nice man Aron brightened our day by being a nice funny gentleman. He was so nice that he gave my dad a discount for being a Marine. He had Good vibes and made us happiest as possible. The end. In closing we had the best in store experience due this Aaron and his great customer service. Even during a busy stressful time for the store I noted. read more

I know supporting local businesses is important but this place needs to improve. So, you would think someone would check each order since we have to wait 25 minutes for it, right?. My side orders were mistakenly given to another customer but I didn't realize until I got home. Do you think they remade my side orders as promised? No. they gave it to me even though another customer took them home and returned them. read more

I gave it 3 stars because I ordered 50 wings and my wife tells them she wants ranch and blue cheese sauce for the order. when i picked it up they charged me for a pound of each for 3.99 each (which they never told my wife there was a extra charge) for the sauces. and they gave the dressings in little individual containers....OMG that was funny....but not cool. u would think the dressing is free specially if u r ordering 50 wings.........WHAT UP WING STOP ?? !!!! read more

Worse place to grab dinner. The wait is forever and we called in for a pick up ahead of time. They are unorganized. Sat there and watched orders after us go out. Worst experience we've ever had. The whole time while ordering our food the cashier had the worst attitude with us & decides not to listen to the exact thing my boyfriend was ordering which got us upset and had to do the transaction all over again. After repeating our order three times and having a manager standing by her side she still got the order wrong and charged us. My boyfriend had to go back to the cashier after reading the receipt and was upset because he had his card charged twice for the wrong order. Even after repeating our order four times and waiting about 20 min for our meal they still got our order wrong. The restaurant wasn't even busy. We won't be going back to this wing stop again. read more

I Really like Wingstop wings however this location is hit and miss in regards to getting orders 100% correct. It's a 50/50 shot in getting your order right. Make sure you double check your order. Times like today when I double checked my order there at the restaurant, I got home and found my order was still wrong. read more

literally just had the worst service. called in an order 40 minutes before to make sure they had time since this location always takes FOREVER. on the phone i told them i would be paying cash. when i arrived and tried to give the man cash he said "what you don't have money on your card" i said why? he said "its easier for me and i don't feel like getting change so if you don't theres not much i can do". i was extremely frustrated so i handed over my card. when i asked for a receipt he refused and said he cant reprint it. (hmm sounded like a lie) he was hispanic with black hair, probably late 20s-early 30s, bump on the side of his head. (not sure of his name since there was no receipt and he wouldn't tell me) i paid for water and asked him for it and he refused to give it to me. i also paid for 10 wings, they gave me 8. i think this was so unprofessional. who manages these people? because they need to learn customer service! ive worked in the food industry for 6 years and id get my head cut off if i ever treated a customer that way. the service here is never good but i cannot believe the audacity of these workers. read more
