I was put on hold for 20 minutes to place an order!! And then when I arrived I was told they didn't take orders after 11:30 when I made sure to call and place an order atleast 1 hour before close time. A call that was put on hold and ignored and when I tried calling back kept being disconnected. Also when at the location the girl said that they were out of chicken?? I will never be coming back to this Wingstop. They really should take in consideration who they have working there, as they are the face of your company. DISGUSTING read more

Didn't get the complete order and received cold fries. All drinks are flat and tasteless.

Can't go wrong with wings but ima give them only 2 stars because they got my order wrong and it was freaking nasty in there sorry did but clean yo read more

If ZERO was an option that'd be it. My food was old and cold not fresh at ALL. My vegetables didn't come with my side of ranch yet alone any dipping sauce. My fries were stale and soggy. And the lady I spoke with on the phone was very rude and unprofessional she seemed pretty upset and doesn't know how to deal with a customer I was speaking very polite and she was acting intolerable I urge you guys to do better the next time. I am very displeased and unhappy with my order. read more

I Love this Wing Stop...everytime I place a order and go pick it up it's always hot !!! The Lemon Pepper Wings are sooooo amazing as well as the bake beans....Yuuuummmmmm!!!! read more

I think wing stop is a great place for wings but this location has messed up my order so many times I finally decided to leave a bad review and vow to never order from here again. I always call in my Order and pick it up. If you're planning to do the same be smarter than me and check your order before you drive back home. It's such a pain in the arse to go through a ten minute phone call talk to three different people and then finally drive back down and have to explain your order all over again. UHG! read more

Best fries i ever had, some type of special seasoning.Yum

Completely satisfied with my wings, fries and tenders (3 different favors). Order was fresh and correct!

This location does have wonderful service and provided us with well made wings each time. Nothing wrong with our orders since we ordered wings from this specific location. We hardly interact with the counter employees, since we come in and out, but so far so good. I personally enjoy their hot barbecue wings and with blue cheese dipping sauce. read more

This place is super variant on who is working. If its night time and its the 2 girls, forget it. They can't do a good job with preparing the wings. But when they are made right, its ALWAYS good. Really good beans, and super cheap beers while you wait. read more

I placed an order over the phone and when I came 20 minutes later to pick it up the order was not yet ready. Instead I waited a little longer than 20 minutes and was glared and giggled at when I asked how much longer it would take. Although I love the wings the service here is horrible and the 2 female workers were uneducated in hospitality. read more

I was so disappointed by wings we're half cook slimy and chewy I asked for extra seosonig and they half seasoned my wings but my fried where burnt and coded with seasoning never visiting this wingstop again read more

If these are the best wings in Denver, I'm screwed. Asked for extra crispy, they were not even close. Ordered hot, they were not. The fries were awesome! I can't say that I'll go back. read more

GARBAGE, don't get the smoke9. My first time in Denver we stop at wing stop because of he Kansas City location is flawless. This location in Denver put so much seasoning on my chicken. It was covered in white with garlic salt. And they refused to give me my money back. read more

My neighborhood wing stop place . They are always very busy so just make sure you call ahead . Lately they seem to have been slower since a whole bunch of chicken places opened recently . However , this place is very consistent and I never left without getting disappointed read more

We were overcharged by 10 wings, and it took 30 minutes to get them. Bad service. Rude staff...we are regulars for the $1.00 beers!

This place is a joke don't even bother ordering from this place. Their time frame is always 18 min but end up spending 1 hour to even get your food. STAY AWAY. read more

The mango habanero wings beat buffalo wildwings by a landslide. I am a frequent customer and love their wings. The only downside is that their ranch costs $1 for a little cup. read more

Ran by kids.. Constant joking and talking.. Food takes forever.. They only make one batch of tea a day and will just tell you "sorry we are out but we have sugar packets.. Oh wait we are out of unsweetened too sorry" . Tables are not clean. The food was OK one batch of wings were really over cooked and hard. I should have taken the hint when the place filled with smoke it was gonna be trouble... But hey the order was correct everything was there and the staff was friendly and joking around would definitely make the 5 minute drive and go to the one off Alameda much more professional.. now a news story about 13 health code violations.. read more

Counter people are rude and put you on hold as you stand in front of them. They are more worried about phone orders then the costumer that is right in front of them. To get 10 wings and fries it took 40 fricking minutes. There went my lunch hour. Poor poor customer service. If you speak Spanish you experience will be way better then ours. Just saying. Also there soda was flat and there was no ice. read more

Absolutely love the wings, staff is great.. I would definitely give more stars if only they delivered and had more seating available in this location... but food is great......... read more

I have not been here in almost a year and thought it would have been better however it seems like they have all kids working that got my flavor of wings all wrong. They were rude from first entering the restaurant and wings had a weird after taste to them. I have been in this neighborhood for over 20 years and the quality of this wing stop has dropped tremendously. I even think this location need a visit from the health inspector because I am sure they are not following procedure and it shows in the end product. As I waited I noticed it was not just me they were rude to most people that came in the restaurant. I wish I could give this negative stars because they dont even deserve the 1 star read more

Easily the worst Wing stop ever. Consistently horrible service. Food is NEVER done on time given by employees. Employees don't care. Location never adjust to high volume hours. Food is usually undercooked. I love wing stop so I keep faith but this location never fails to let down. read more

I used to come to this location plenty of times, I must say it used to be my favorite spot. This is the second time now that they messed up my wings. I must say I am pretty disappointed with this specific location. Poor management and the employees are just rude! read more

I was soooo excited to have wing stop again since I came here from cali and that went to the shitter!! First off it took an hour for my damn food to be ready even though I called in 20 minutes ahead and it was suppose to only take 18 minutes to be ready according to them. Then they give me the wrong fries let alone tasteless fries and the damn wings look like it's just bones. The smallest and driest freaking wings ever. Waist of my money and time. read more

OK so I went to this location Feb 14 approx 6 pm, the customer service was horrible. NO STARS! I was forced to put one. The Cashiers are rude and so Is the Manager! I received a card in the Mail for a 25 piece family meal because of the previous mess up. I ordered over the phone, and was asked the choice of boneless or bone in. I chose Bone in ( I never order Boneless) I arrive and waited over an hour, and was told that the card was for boneless ONLY! I said well I as given the option over the phone. She said it doesn't matter if you get bone in, you have to pay more....Since when? The cashier told me I had to pay 35.00 for the food, and snatched the food up and acted as if I wasn't even standing there. She called the next customer up, and was ignoring me. I asked if my food was going to be thrown away and I was still ignored! I wanted to destroy the place but I walked out peacefully. I hate the Wing-stop in Montbello. Horrible food, Horrible service! The only reason I went again was because it was supposed to be free. I'm calling corporate, and the health department. The cashiers hands were dirty, and they were touching computers, answering phones and not washing their hands and bagging food right after! The cashiers are rude and uneducated! I have never been so Angry I am finished. If I have to drive 30 Minutes to get to another wing stop! I will. read more

My wife and I were in there having lunch Thursday 7/11/2013. This employee if have seen her before stop out front walked out with 3 chickens in the bag and then came back in the restaurant with a puppy. I was shocked this place needs better management and it's always dirty with flies in the establishment. The workers have a don't care attitude and not friendly at all. The chicken is very greasy compare to the other wing stops. read more

I ordered a 10 piece combo, lemon pepper, it tasted like they had poured the whole salt shaker on them, the french fries were half cook!! I called them and told them the wings were to salty to eat! While standing there two other people return their orders also!! They re-made my order,I checked it before I left, the wings were extremely hard!! I ask for a refund, they said they couldn't refund my money!! Anyting a time restaurant makes a mistake and won't rectify it, will no longer get my money!! The customer service suck!! This is a horrible place to eat!! read more

Very Disappointed! I have always been a wing stop fan I was first introduced to it in OKC,OK and then Houston, TX was my next stop that I always made sure when I was due for a treat (eating out and paying over 10 dollars) that I have me some Wing Stop. I just relocated to Denver and went to the Montebello location on Chamber and OMG they gave me old fries with no seasoning and an order of wings drowned in butter! Totally disgusted and will never go back as they have told me they would not replace my order or give me my money back. Never heard of such a thing. Too bad I made the chose to treat myself spent 10 dollars and still have to go thru a work day with no food or settle for this disaster...smh read more

Why won't it let me give less than 1 star? After reading all the other posts on here, in addition to asking myself why did I go to this place, I really have to wonder how this place has a 2.6 star average. Sad part is I really like Wingstop, they have some great flavors and the wings are ok. Where it goes down hill is I've yet to get good service at any location. Every single one seems to mess up the order, but this one is by far the worst! I should have turned around and left when the line was wrapped around the inside and I walked in on customers yelling at the manager that they had been waiting over an hour. However, I ordered on the app and figured I'd see if it was in fact ready....it wasn't. While waiting I had to ask 3 times for the drink I ordered so I could atleast drink while I waited. But the worst part came when I got home and half my order wasn't even in the bag. The manager, Yelan (sp?) was extremely rude and offered no assistance, just kept talking Spanish to me. I'm as white as they come, why would she be speaking Spanish to me unless she's talking sh**. Anyhow, I understand that she doesn't trust white people and thinks that I have nothing else to be doing, like watching the broncos game and eating some wings, then to try and swindle some free food out of them. In short, she was not willing to do anything for our mistaken order or the inconvenience of having to go back up there so they could fix it while I miss out on watching even more of the game. Oh, and for being a game night, they didn't even have any of the TV's on sports. They must not like the Broncos or something because I hear several members request they put the game on at least one of the TV's. Learn from my mistake and those other posted on here - STAY AWAY from this place. read more

This is the 4th and last chance I have given this place; I don't know if they are overwhelmed understaffed or just don't give a damn but I am starting to realize it is more or the latter. 4 visits in the last 3 months where my order has been lost, they gave it to the wrong person, my fries aren't done and last night I was told a total time Of 25 minutes total. I live 15 minutes away so I went to get gas ect before I came; when I got there I was told "they are bagging my order" so I wait 10 minutes go back up there I get the " we ran out of fries waiting on a new batch" this is now pushing my order that was originally scheduled for 25 to sitting around for 45 minutes waiting. I wouldn't have mind but like I said this has become something constant with this location they do not care or value certain customers they are rude and when you question the timing you get lied to. My husband will have to either travel to Aurora or find another place to get his wings because as of last night I'll never return here read more

If I can give 0 stars, I would! I love wing stop but this location is in need of new management! I've never dealt with customer service as bad as I did here! My order was nasty so I called to have it replaced also felt as if I should be refunded and given the food for free because of the hassle of having to drive 15 mins back after waiting a hour for my food which typically is not supposed to take that long. The manager was NO help at all and was just rude! Every single time I order from here it takes about a hour for my food to be ready which is ridiculous but I love wing stop so much and since I know it takes as long as it does I am prepared for it. But EVERY single time they get my order wrong, now when you ask for your fries to be well done & with extra seasoning that's how it should come out! Not soggy and plain! Sometimes the wings are just trash! I don't know what's up with wing stop head quarters but reading the comments and seeing how my experience is the same every single time, I don't know why the big guys wouldn't get some REAL management with customer service skills in that place! I shouldn't even go back but the other wing stop is like 15 mins away and just don't feel like driving that way when this location is right next to me! *Confession I'm now waiting for my food to be done so I can go pick it up & lets hope the order is right lol I'll update you guys in a few..... read more

This has to be the worst Wingstop location in the Denver Metro area. The entire staff's lack of training and customer service skills ruins the good wings and fries that are served. A typical experience when calling in a to go order (never walk in this location and place an order or you'll find yourself waiting at least 45 minutes, for an order that should typically take 15 minutes), typical hold time on the telephone is 3 to 4 minutes, followed by a cashier that you can barely understand take your order. It takes them at least 2 to 3 minutes to take down and order (really, when all I ordered was a 10 piece combo). Here's where the frustration lies...each time that I am given a time to pick up, I arrive 5 to 10 minutes after that because the order is NEVER ready. I reached my boiling point yesterday as I was told that my order would be ready in 18 minutes. When I arrived 30 minutes later I was told that I would need to wait another 8 minutes. The managerial staff is completely unapologetic for delayed orders or orders that are incorrect (which frequently happens here too). My daughter loves Wingstop so I have decided that in the future to maintain my sanity I'd rather drive to another location that is an additional 15 minutes away rather than to deal with an incompetent staff that lacks decent customer service skills. read more

Woohoo! As good as it gets! Questionable?? On line price vs. in store price. Buyer beware!! After placing my order on line, which seem to be a descent price. Not sure if it went through. I called to make sure they received my order prior to pick up. I was told they had but that my order would be a few dollors more than quoted online. I asked why? It was stated that the on line price and in store price don't match. I nicely said then they should honor the price I had received on line. The girl on the other end said she had to ask her manager. The manager agreed but said next time he would NOT honor it. Hmmm? Had I chose to pay on line with my credit card they would have only received what I was quoted and nothing more. But since I was paying cash and in the store the price rose up. Not exceptable!! Don't get me wrong the service and wings are good at this facility or else I would be eating else where. Just don't agree with price gouging of any kind. Anytime you are quoted a price on line for a certain facility it should be honored by that facility. I won't stop eating wings or end my visits to this facility. I will just pay for it online. This way it becomes just a pick up only. Now I have to pray that nothing happens to my wings or no one sucked on a carrot. read more
