I RARELY EVER write a review even if it's a bad review but this one deserves one from me very much so. First, we ordered 30 wings and they all came out tasting like rubber band dipped in grease. I'm not even kidding. It was so horrible, we ended up eating more fries instead than wings even though the fries were also horrible. Speaking of fries.... Secondly, the fries were ordered to be well done/crispy and they were not even close to being well done. It was like limp noodle. Our first order of fries were wrong, so we went to the counter to order another large fries and asked for well done and extra crispy "because the other fries were not crispy like we ordered them". I figured she would possibly replaced the wrong order of fries for new ones, but we just paid for another order which I was fine with. When we got our second order of fries, they came out the exact same way as the first set of fries even after explaining that I wanted it crispy! Thirdly, we ordered fountain drinks and the Coke was so flat, I tried paying extra for a 20oz coke bottle which they didn't have. We kindly told the lady up front about the flat sodas (they were all flat) and she disregarded our disappointment on not having a drink with our food. Lastly, all the tables in there were almost as dirty as the floor at a Las Vegas strip club. No tables were cleaned or wiped down for anyone to sit down at. We ACTUALLY ATE at a table that wasn't cleaned from the previous customer with all their trash still on the table. IM NOT EVEN KIDDING. IT WAS EMBARRASSING and I don't even work there. The only thing good about this place was their bathroom. They were really clean and fresh smelling. Again, we were more than happy to pay extra for anything but they just didn't get anything right at this location. VERY DISAPPOINTED. I have been coming to this Wing Stop since it opened when I was a kid - like 10-12 years old or so. It used to be so much better, and everything used to be a lot fresher - including the fries. I've learned that when getting wings from any Wing Stop, it's best to either call ahead and order or order online for pick up. I ordered online, and the order said it would be ready by 1:06pm. Surprise! It wasn't ready until about 1:20 or so. Not too bad, but still a lengthy wait for the amount of people they had working and the time and day it was with nothing special going on (a Wednesday at lunch). Anyway, the staff was generally friendly, but the place was definitely not very clean. I didn't want to touch anything really because it all looked sticky and greasy. Then, we get the wings home (live right down the way - less than 5 minute drive), and they aren't even hot like they should be. The teriyaki and mango habanero were warm at best, while the lemon pepper wings were way hotter. Also, the fries were quite soft and almost soggy, and lukewarm. Not cute at all. However the ordering is not that hard, seems a little complicated but it really isn't when you see the menu. They have a variety of sauces and i like that. Well...Wingstop is amazing in general and we all know this t be true, especially if we are chicken lovers. This particular Wingstop is great in my eyes. It's always consistent with pick up times and other duties they attribute to in making your order a smooth transaction, but the other people who go here can be the problem. They are always hassling the staff and are the people who feel entitled. The people who work certain jobs that make them go back out into the world and tell cops, firefighters and other public servants and workers that THEY are the ones who pay their bills and that they have the right way of thinking and not the other way around.
