Maria had a good costumer service and gave me my food on time and the food was amazing

I loved this location until they moved to a new building around the corner from this one everything changed this is my first time ordering online from the new location I usually go before they switched buildings, everything fine but This time my soda was very watered down! And I found a HAIRRRR! A very long hair that was NOT my own on my WINGSSS I have dark green hair so I know this hair was NOT mine. Aside from that I love their fry seasoning number one reason why I get their fries this time they were very plain and bland along with the wings. The restaurant services 2-10 I cannot believe I found hair in my wings and the fries weren't even seasoned! read more

If it's to go, double-check your order--these guys can't seem to count to ten. If you order to go, watch your order--they apparently can't count past ten. read more

Ordered almost 40 in food and had to throw out everything but 6 boneless hot honey wings. The fries were mooshy and had so much seasoning on them they weren't eddible it was like trying to eat straight ramen packet With sugar in it ( I looooove the seasoning so I am shocked they managed to do to much ) My hot lemon was sitting in a pool of lemon juice couldn't even have a bite without looking like a cabbage patch kid ( my favvvvvvvvve flavor so ik they messed that up ) I stg I got 4 pieces of mild chicken boneless that shit was soup half the to go box was full of mild sauce made the chicken a mushy mess same with my Korean bbq Luckily they burnt the hot huny so sitting in a puddle softened it up enough to bite it without breaking a tooth Then to top it off I noticed they gave me honey mustard not cheese so I went to swap it they locked the door right after me bc they were closing and I knocked to have them change it and bro just started to do some tweaker dance at me pointing at the locked door like mf come change out my sauce so then I get to eating and we could not even eat the mf Wingstop bc they messed it up so bad I stg they had to have been tweaking. Couldn't even ask them to just take it back and refund me bc they closed so a good 39 down the drain :/ read more

Hickory BBQ Sandwich was way better than the others around. Definitely did not I can have my own flavored chicken sandwich that they had

If you're going to order from this location, expect to wait longer than an hour for your order, even if the online order says 15 minutes. Service is extremely slow!!! read more

They didnt season my lemon pepper wings. The wings were so dry they were hard to eat. Listen to the reviews this location sucks. read more

Just picked up my call in order. I ordered a 20 piece boneless wings and our order was short 2 wings. They also forgot to give us dipping sauce. I tried calling to report it and someone picked up and hung up. Needless to say I will not be ordering from them again! read more

Hello, friends! If you all have followed my reviews thus far... you should know by now that I LOVE WINGSTOP! However, this location was a total miss for me! I'm giving it two stars, because my celery and dips were absolutely immaculate. But, upon walking in... I noticed a large amount of haze/smoke in the air with a burned grease smell heavily floating. The cashier wasn't initially friendly until I gave him my name and then he switched over into a more professional mode and nailed my order after that! I was then given my drink cup (I ordered an 8 piece bone-in combo with celery sticks and a side of lemon pepper sauce) and was disappointed to not see an updated fountain drink system like all of the other Wingstops in the Denver area seem to have! I love that I can have so many sugar-free options usually... but, my only sugar-free drink option today was unsweetened iced tea-- which I do love. But, the tea station was so buddied up to the nearby table, that I personally felt like I was intruding upon someone's space to get myself some iced tea. I'm sure they didn't enjoy my close proximity either! Anywho, we sat to wait for our order and the smokiness was not subsiding... in hindsight, I should've waited outside, because I ended up getting super nauseous from just sitting inside for 15-20 mins. Also, when my name was called for the meal pickup, the girl working the counter was really unfriendly. I always love to give everyone the benefit of the doubt and write it off like we all have bad days (we are only human, after all), but she was unpleasant to multiple customers... especially when they would ask her for a quick favor or a question in regards to the food they're receiving currently. My chicken was good, but the oil tasted a bit old/burnt and I couldn't tell if I was feeling ill from my food or the smoke inhalation. Either way, I won't be back to this location for a long time. I was so excited to see a Wingstop in the area, because I seek them out everywhere I go! But, this experience left me with tummy turmoil and I have felt exhausted ever since? Like my energy has left the chat, y'all! I hope whoever goes next has a better experience. Today could've just been a bad day for this location. It would be nice to see it get updated as well. It needs some love for sure. read more

We're on our way to Denver Airport so stopped by for my fav: lemon pepper wings. We had to wait 45 minutes from the time we ordered until we got our food. The interior was full of smoke from the fryers that I'm surprised it wasn't a breathing hazard! Thankfully there is seating out on the patio to eat. I get it that we walk-in folks have to compete with Uber Eats and Door Dash to-go folks. And it's a good problem to have for the owners. But if you want walk-ins, then you need to do better at servicing us. Overflowing trash cans right outside your door do nothing to promote the health and quality of the place. read more

We had to wait a long will. We went during the a rush but the wings were well worth it!

WORST wingstop branch on delivery. My order was completely wrong, and they way they want to correct it is go to the store bring the wrong food and pickup your order. What's the purpose of ordering for delivery and paying delivery fee. They have the WORST cuatomer service in food industry. The food is good though but their service is simply the WORST. read more

Wingstop has always been "plan b" when i dont want to cook. They have remained consistent during covid 19. The good , they have not changed in terms of quality and wait time during covid 19. The food is worth the price and this is one place everyone in the house will eat and they can pick their own flavors a big plus! read more

Wingstop - Today is a nice day for chicken wings - Chicken Wings Near Me - Denver, Colorado

I ordered the 50 piece combo i pick up my order there's only 20 wings. I go back and ask them to fix this, I show them a video of the missing food I wait a hour for them to fix this . I come back the second time to pick up the order that's supposed to be fixed and there's 30 wings of flavors I didn't order I go back the manger refuses to fix the order and tells me I need to take it up with cooperate the manger was disrespectful, rude, dismissive and unprofessional. Absolutely ruined my super bowl, after the way the manger acted I wouldn't trust them to make a food order for me ever again. read more

Good food, nice workers. Love it here, their wings are probably one of the best wings i have ever tried.

So disgusting, they sold me dip with fries already in the dip. Do not order from here, who knows what other disgusting unsanitary conditions they are in. read more

Incorrect order delivered. Manager, Jairo, refused to correct since the order was placed through Door Dash. Door Dash did everything they were tasked to do correctly. It was Wingstop that screwed up the order yet they refuse to make it right. Piss poor customer service. Advice: Don't order from this location. read more

I mean, it's a Wingstop. They're all the same. One time I wanted a beer and had already paid and the dude just gave it to me while I waited which was nice. I once watched a customer drop ranch all over the floor and just left it there, but that wasn't the restaurant's fault. They just kinda take too long and the staff isn't always the nicest just kinda depends on who you get. read more

This place was really poppin off on a Thursday night! We had a midnight flight that we realized was delayed while already in the car. We stopped at this wing stop because we saw the $1 drafts advertised. The wings and ranch were great, and the Coors light was some of the coldest and crispest I've had in Colorado (I wasn't expecting it either)! The only issue was like many places they were severely understaffed for the amount of orders they are getting. We felt our service was fine based on the price but, a lot of customers were complaining about the long wait times. People were still lined up at the door when we left at 10 pm and the phone was ringing nonstop. read more

Crazy how I ordered an hour in advance and I'm still waiting here 15min after it was supposed to be done...

Theeeee worst location! I understand you're busy but I waited over an hr for my order even when I preordered it. I was told 30mins...it was doubled that! Prior to me ordering, I was put on hold twice for a total of 20mins. C'mon Wingstop, you must do better! Customer service is not like how it use to be. read more

The wings here are consistent with other Wingstop locations served made to order and hot. The service is hit or miss I often see lines of people waiting for orders that generally take longer than you'd expect for fried food. I think they have a high turn over rate it's hard to run smoothly if you're always training crew. At any rate I still come to this location I just plan ahead. read more

Average, nothing to write home about. Their wing could use a better tasting barbecue sauce. Very ordinary

More concerned about pick up orders then the orders being placed up front. Needs to be quicker

Got salmonella from this place, do not eat wings here. My and family felt sick the following day thanks to this wingstop

I work for doordash, and pick up from here frequently. Compared to the other three Wingstops in Aurora, this one is the slowest and rudest by a big margin. Honestly, it's very small and tight in there, which definitely doesn't help. Still, the attitudes are not really helpful. And yes to the person saying they are always on their phones read more

Placed an online order for 30 Pack wings at 3:35 PM for a 5:00 PM pickup. Arrived at 5:00 Pm to pick up order and was told everything was not ready and it would be a 10 min wait. That 10 min wait turned into 30! Will never order from this store again. read more

Ordered our food. cashier said it would be ready in 18 minutes. 45 minutes later we get our food. We bought a total of 20 wings. 14 of them had no flavor on them at all. They tasted like 2 day old leftover wings. Fries tasted the same. Seriously avoid this place. read more

Bad customer service, waiting to long for the food , plus food was cold due to the fact that the food was sitting there, and employee didn't let us know until we asked. Place with a lot of incompetent employees without adult management. Not coming back ever. read more

This Wing Stop is the closest to our home so that's most of the reason we come here so often. The quality of service isn't the absolute best and the wings are definitely not the quality they could be. Convenience will always be a determining factor when I'm with my family of 7 but when my parents and most siblings don't need a place to meet up that's relatively close - we make our way to another wing joint. The people who work there are definitely not the friendliest, they don't seem like they ever want to take your order. Out of the 3 recent times we've had one person who's helped us and made us feel welcomed. The quality of the wings is a hit or miss. One time they were great! Well seasoned and cooked with a great amount of crispiness. The next time we went they were made so dry, and they seemed like they'd been sitting around and heated up before handed to us (that goes for the fries too). This last time we went they were okay but then the fries came stale and cold - and we ate inside, so that I'm a little upset about. Overall I don't like that this location's food isn't always up to par. I will still go as the convenience is a huge drive, and I will always hope for the best. read more

The food is cold. The girl in the front Emma or Anna are rude af. They give you cold food and laugh on the phone. I placed an order online and it wasn't done the right way and the food was unseasoned. There are so many more jobs out there I'd you don't like it then don't work there. I don't get it read more

The best wings in Denver ,CO are made here! Hot, and pack a flavor punch to the taste buds. Then theres the fries...they have a seasoning they put on fries that makes their fries even better. Find a Wing Stop and try it your self! Love WingStop...wish they had one in Orlando! read more

Wingstop - Chicken Wings Near Me - Denver, Colorado

This location is nothing but horrible service. I ordered from this location back on October 25th.. (Boneless Wings Day) and spent nearly $30. (30 wings, Large Ranch, Cajun Corn, and Rolls). There were 4 other people that came in and placed their orders after me. Normally the wait it 15 or so minutes. I had to wait nearly 40+ minutes. The overall service would be rated a negative score if possible. I finally received a call back from their management on November 12th. (this is after calling in on the initial date of issue and once again on the 5th of November). I guess there management doesn't really care about thier customers. The resolution was to offer me 20% off my next purchase and my 6 rolls back. I will never eat at this WingStop EVER AGAIN!!!!! If anyone is reading this the next closest location is off Alemeda. Much better customer service and quality of food read more
