This is the first review I've ever done on a restaurant which should say a lot about my first experience here. I ordered a pickup order at 10pm and was told that it was a 15-20 min wait, I got to the restaurant about 25 minutes after that call and was told the food would be another 10 minutes, I waited patiently in my car and went inside 12 minutes later to be told that the food would take another "few minutes". Finally my order was received and when I check the bag I was missing an item, when I went in and said something about it. They apologized and told the cooks to make the missing item. All of this would have been fine as I'm not a very aggressive or impatient person. But after another 30 minutes of waiting for my food, I was approached and asked what I was waiting for, after I told them I was waiting on the missing item I was told they forgot to make it. I was offered a refund but I request some sort of compensation or anything, after all I did set an order for pickup and ended up waiting a hour and a half. Wingstop is an overall great place to order wings. You cannot go wrong with this company. Everything from their wings and fries are such a great combination and I always tend to crave it. You can call in order to get your order before you get to the store, which is what I usually do and its a quick and friendly service. I tend to order the combo meal that comes with wings, fries, a drink, and a dipping sauce. I love the lemon pepper extra well done. Sometimes I will get their hot sauce wings if I am in the mood for something spicy. Their fries are to die for and it is so good with the ranch. I love the sweetness to it and it is fresh! The restaurant says it closes at 11 so I come in at 10:30 to be told by the cashier that they are close at 10:30 no more orders I wouldn't mind if that was clearly stated somewhere but on yelp on their app and nowhere in the establishment does it say that they stop taking orders at 10:30. This Wingstop is really spacious and clean on the inside. The staff was really nice and smiley, as well. I had a lot of food and the guy really helped me out with a cup holder and all. The order of cheese fries I got a small but it was huge. Wings were perfect; I request well-done wings every time and no place ever seems to get them right. Side note about wing stop in general: I love that you can mix and match different sauces and choose the # of wings... i.e if you order 10 wings you can get 3 with bbq sauce and the other 7 with hot sauce. The service is very slow moving and the staff is very rude. They are the only restaurants that require masks now. Since the mask mandate was lifted by Governor De Santos. Ordered wings from here last night around 10:30pm because it was late and I was hungry. I placed my order online (website was easy to use) and went and picked them up. There wasn't a long wait time until they were ready which was convenient and the staff was polite. As far as the wings go, they tasted good but weren't THE BEST wings I've ever had by any means. I ordered the 30 piece group meal (10 lemon pepper, 10 garlic Parmesan, and 10 original spicy). The original spicy wasn't very spicy at all and the lemon pepper was way too salty, but the garlic Parmesan was my favorite. Overall, the wings themselves are very fatty (as in I feel like they have a lot of fat on them) as opposed to actual meat. The combo meal came with large fries which tasted fresh and amazing, and carrots and celery along with 3 dipping sauces. This place is a good option to have late night when you get a food craving, but I definitely wouldn't say it's my fav wing place or anything. read more

Man do I love these wings! My girlfriend and I first tried these wings after a night out and wanted a late night meal. She was craving wings and always heard about wingstop but never eaten here. We came to a different location once and fell in love. THEN...one day I got a coupon in the mail for involving free boneless wings at this location which I found out is fairly new. I was so happy because this place is so convinently close by. First off, this location is always immaculate when I go, and the employees are always extremely friendly. We are always greeted with a smile, and the food always comes out in a timely manner. I usually get my regular wings and fries, half hot, half lemon pepper, and they always come out perfect. Always fresh, hot, crispy, and with the perfect amount of sauce on them. I have never had a chicken wing here that was not perfection. Fries are always fresh and hot. Pretty much another Buffalo Wild Wings. I tried their lemon pepper, garlic Parmesan, and bbq wings. The lemon pepper and bbq tasted good, but the garlic Parmesan was missing some flavor. I also ordered their fries and they were a bit soggy and soft. Most of their wings are a dollar each or you can get their combos. I love Wingstop, I've been a fan for many years so now that this new location opened I was thrilled to try it. It was definitely not disappointing. The staff was friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and organized and when you walk in, there's always someone greeting. In addition the chicken was cooked to perfection, I'm very picky with my chicken wings and these were up to my standards. I recommend the Cajun style chicken wings with and Cajun corn. I decided to try wing stop and this location disappointed in a big way. I was a walk in customer and placed an order with no one in front of me in line, despite this it took almost 20 minutes for me to receive my food. The staff didn't look very in to it and were not really pressed to cook my food. Additionally I watched them all prepare food WITHOUT GLOVES and watched a young man I could only assume was a manager wash his hands WITHOUT SOAP and had nothing to cover his beard. I eventually got my food and was willing to overlook all of this until I FINALLY arrived home with my order to see that of my 8 wings 7 of them were flats..... WHAT?!
