I liked coming back here! On this visit, they had a full crew who was busy in the kitchen, up front, and through the dining area--yet not stressed to where they weren't smiling or happy serving! My daughter had the barbecue wings and said the meat was savory and tender. I had the garlic & Parmesan chicken sandwich and the meat itself was tender but the breading was overdone. The one thing I recommend to improve upon is not to serve customers who dine there in the paper bags. It's inconvenient for a lot of us. They have a lemon herb promotion right now which is lemon pepper and an herb mix together. It taste really good, the herbs aren't overpowering and you have the lemon taste at the end. We also got spicy Korean bbq & Louisiana rub. The Korean bbq has a perfect balance of spicy and sweet. The Louisiana rub has a smoky spicy flavor to it. We always get our food well done that adds a nice crispy crunch to it. Only sad part is the ranch was not in our order. Their ranch is seriously the best ranch ever. I love the wings as they are crispy and have a large variety of flavors to choose from. The fries were a bit too salty, would definitely try to order without salt next time but still so good. The service was great, Jason and Juanita have made our experience even better as we were able to make them laugh in the busy environment. I hate to write this review at 11:45pm but its definitely needed. I have praised this location before but tonight service was horrible. I placed my order at 10:34 and left the store after 11pm. I didn't mind the wait for fresh food. My host was Jayden who was friendly but was more tentative to another customer that walked in a few minutes behind us. His food was actually done before ours and once we seen him leave we asked how much longer for our food. When I received my food I had cold fries loaded with parmesan. I immediately asked the young lady if I could have fresh fries. She took my fries that I touched and gave it to the cook in the back. I seen the young man take my fries and dropped them back in the grease. I was shocked because there were several tubs of fries sitting on the side and what if I was given returned fries in the beginning. This is not sanitary. One of the young men mention to my husband that he does this all the time. That is completely disgusting. I was given soggy fries with more parmesan cheese added. The young man wasn't aware that I seen him until I said something. The manager on duty did not care about our experience either because I asked to speak to him and he wouldn't come to the counter. We had so much oil on our food that i could have fried my own wings and fries at home. I know that it was close to closing but if you are going to serve cold or returned food maybe they should have a cut off time for orders. The food gave me an upset stomach ache and the likelihood of returning is slim. We spend good money at this location and it is not ok. I'm sure plenty of you know about Wingstop, but for those who don't and or are out of town..it's kinda like a fast food restaurant. You order at the counter and then you sit and wait for the food. Let me tell you, most Wingstop's are usually dirty or they don't have much space to eat. This one is the exact opposite. This place is super clean, and super spacious. Very bright and very embellishing. The downfalls of this place is that most deals you see are mostly for boneless wings. Although, the pricing is not bad for any of their packaged deals, they heavily favor the boneless wings. Also, the wings aren't as saucy. Today we got the 30 wing deal... (10 Parmesan garlic, 10 smokehouse bbq, and 10 lemon pepper) and it comes with large fries which were not bad and celery and carrots. The Parmesan garlic wings just tastes like straight up cheese and no garlic, the bbq one was ok, and the lemon pepper wings were on/off... They really don't give you much flats and more drums. Drums are only nice if you're playing in a band :( jk. But overall, thoroughly impressed with this wingstop. The staff is polite and the place is spotless! read more

Although I've known about this place for a while & I was very excited that a wing stop opened up near me, I've finally tried it for the first time today. All I know is that Rick Ross speaks highly of this place (LoL). Famously known for their lemon pepper wings, get them. They come boneless or bone-in. Their menu shows the different flavor and their spicy levels. Very helpful and self explanatory, for easy ordering. The staff, for a wing spot, were so nice and phenomenal! With my indecisiveness, I changed my order from half lemon pepper half mild to all lemon pepper and they genuinely were kind enough to do so for me. It was a nice experience, I was still in shock. I got the Meal for 2, which comes with 15 wings (you can pick up to 2 flavors), it comes with one side (fries, corn, etc) and 2 dips (ranch, blue cheese, or honey mustard). Oh and don't forget the drink. You can get a fountain drink for which they have an endless selection at those touch screen vending machines or a cold drink form the fridge. We got 15 lemon pepper wings as you known and fries, oh! I forgot to mention the meal for two comes with 2 drinks! Love their wings, so crispy. And I ordered in store and took it home which is about a 7 minute drive and they were still yummy! I'm a huge fan of Publix wings, but this place is awesome. read more

The service here was pretty fast and the workers are nice. I ordered fries and all the salt was piled up at the top and none towards the bottom. The wings were cooked well but were not seasoned well. The seasonings on my wings ended up in clumps which made the wings very salty when I would eat. I was not thrilled the first time I tried this place, however I have been back several times since. My absolute favorite are the Louisiana rub wings which is a dry rub with a little bit of spice. I usually order the garlic Parmesan wings for the kids which are also dry. I do not like their sauce, so I stopped ordering the hot wings or anything with sauce. For a place that specializes in wings, I would expect they would have an awesome sauce but I'd rather get hot wings from the pizza place. All in all, I will keep returning for my faves. New wing stop location near us! There's nothing special about these wings and it's basically $1 per wing.. BUT the wings that we got were pretty decent. I think HOT and lemon pepper are the best. I am a fan of cheese fries but the cheese that they serve here was very chalky. The place was clean as well as the bathrooms. There are a variety of flavors for the wings and they also have certain bundles on the wings. It didn't take long for the food to come out.
