I gave it another shot and it is official. They serve you fried tire shrapnel here. Everything is overcooked, lethally salty, and dry. Shame. These franchise locations do the original Cowboys Troy Aikman store in Dallas no justice. Done with Wingstop. read more

We ordered 2 of the 6 wings combo and 1 of the 10 wings combo online. When we walked in the store we had to wait 5-10 minutes before even being acknowledged. Then after our order was ready, we were told that everything was in the bag. We got home to see we only had the ten wing combo and 3 wings from the other 2 combos. So we ordered 22 wings in total and only got 13. We called back and were told they'll prepare the whole order again and to come back in 15 minutes. However when we drove back up, no one seemed to act like they knew what we were talking about. After explaining it, they told us the guy we talked to on the phone had just walked out/quit. They didn't really act like they wanted to make it again and they didn't want to give us a refund. So it was a big waste of time and money. Their customer service is probably the worst I have ever experienced. read more

I would give this restaurant and 0 Stars if I was able to, the customer service is absolutely terrible I spent $40 at this s*** hole and didn't even get what I ordered my wings were completely dry with no rub on them and when I called to talk to a manager at first they wouldn't even put me on the phone with a manager then when I finally get on the phone with a manager be the complete jackass I would give this place again 0 out of 5 Stars if it was possible I would not recommend anybody stopping at at least this location. read more

I was so excited to try this new place as a lot of places serve generic boneless wings. They have a good selection of sauces and the staff was friendly. We ordered our wings to go and when we got home the fries were cold and had no flavor to them. The boneless wings had too much sauce, were fatty and not very good. The prices weren't bad but after waiting for 15 minutes and am sure that our order had been sitting there as they didn't even have my name for the order like they had asked. Wing Stop it should be called Wings Don't Stop. read more

Have been very happy w/ the product & service at this location the several times we have gone for take out. It is what it is, take out wings & fries, don't expect more. But food was good, like the fact that they have combos to help bring down price. We enjoyed the "well done" option on our wings in particular. read more

Just left this location after calling first and ordering take out over the phone. We arrived at the time we were told to be there, and yet waited an hour after we got there to get our food! Your staff here needs upgraded! The girl at the register left while there were about 10 people in line, waiting to speak to her! Everyone that was waiting was upset and annoyed! One of your staff was extremely high!! And the two cooks were only doing 1 ticket at a time and waiting until it was finished to drop another order. Why not drop two to three tickets at a time and move faster! We love your food! But as a first time costumer will not be returning do to the service myself and all others received at your establishment! read more

Great place. Tasty food at a reasonable price. I look forward to coming back again.

We ordered 20 wings and 2 fries for delivery and when they arrived they were missing 10 of our wings. We tried to call and have them bring the other 10, but they wouldn't deliver them or offer us a refund. They put credit on our account for our next purchase but there's no way to use that credit when ordering from the site. read more

My expectations were pretty low going in to this place. We were actually going to Canes, but they were closed. Wingstop was open til midnight and they had 60 cent boneless wings. Except for the super sticky floor (would have been 5 star if they were clean), the place was clean and friendly. The wings were really good with generous amounts of sauce. We got garlic parm and smoky bbq wings wirh a basket of fries for 23 bucks. read more

This place flat out sucks. 30 minutes to get my order. When asked why it's taking so long.."we only have two people in the kitchen" . Could hardly hear for the hip hop music playing. Lazy and slow. Unacceptable customer service. Will never go back and would never recommend. read more

Attempted to charge me for the free items I was supposed to receive with my coupon. Wings were nothing to write home about. In fact, I though they were a bit on the small side. The fries are seasoned and it has a pretty good taste, but the fries were awful in that they were cold and soggy like they were cooked in oil that wasn't hot enough. In summary, it's basically BW3s but not as good. I'll continue to go to Roosters where wings are always huge, and service is great. read more

Good wings !!! Menu consists of 8 to 10 flavors ranging from sweet to spicy to hot for wings ! It also has potato salad and cheese fries as sides! Floor was sticky. Food is good. read more

Really rude staff. Wings were late. Not only were they too small but they were gross. They shorted me a few wings, I could tell this was a bad business as soon as I spoke with the girl on the phone. Avoid this place! I would make the drive to Wings Over on Lane Avenue. read more

food was and salty girl butterfly locs saw that i needed help and just looked at me like the last i was hear. i will not be coming back.

One star only because no stars is not an option. Ordered online via their website for delivery. The order was delivered to our neighbor despite our address being on our mailbox and house and the order was completely wrong. My first name was on the bag, but there was no receipt. When I contacted Wingstop they said it was not their problem because it was delivered by Door Dash, but I could come in and pick up a remade order (I had it delivered for a reason) - complaining to Door Dash was the only other suggestion offered. I ordered it on the Wingstop website and wasn't given a choice in delivery method - this is absolutely Wingstop's responsibility. Did Door Dash pack the food in the bag and write my name on it as well? This is the second time this has happened, we gave the benefit of the doubt the first time was a fluke. Shame on us. Never again. This Wingstop location is a compete clown show. read more

This was a great choice for lunch! They make everything Cooked-to-order. The staff was extremely friendly, a rarity it seems these days. That in and of itself was quite refreshing. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed everything. We tried several different flavors of wings, including, mild, Louisiana rub, and garlic Parmesan. Each flavor we tried was delicious! The baked rolls were great! I ordered the veggie sticks and hubby ordered the fries. The veggies were very fresh! It was a nice addition to my meal. The fries were incredible! The perfect savory side with a dash of sweet! We will definitely be returning! read more

Looked very dirty and employees extremely sloppy/unprofessional. First and last time trying Wingstop.

I never rate places I dont have the time but I got time today everytime we go to the one on east broad they get our order wrong from no seasoning on the fries to charging us for boneless wings an giving us wings with bones in them. My husband loves the food but we had to stop going to the one on east broad because of the service an they always getting our order wrong. This particular time they put no seasoning on the fries we go back remind you I got all the way home an tasted the fries an realized there was none an that's the main purpose of us buying the fries is for the seasoning. So we bring them back to the store and the girl at the register says "You brought them back for no seasoning" in a very sarcastic way I'm like " yeah if you guys wouldve put it on there I wouldn't have brought them back" at this point my chicken was cold an it was in the bag with my fries that I gave them back an they handed me back fresh fries with cold chicken the least they could've done was made me more chicken for my convenience, but that was just one of the many times that I went there and was disappointed. read more

I come to this wingstop all the time after work because its near my house, I'm a regular at this store been coming here for months, its honestly my favorite location, i usually am happily greeted when i see my favorite cashier, regardless i noticed a terrible tension in the workplace last night jan.25. on a Friday. I placed my order and the manager? was on her phone, didn't hand me my cup, when i finally got my cup, the sodas in the machine were nasty, i let her know and she told me that their is nothing she can do? they were carbonated, she didn't even try to make an effort or offer me anything else, why would she let me purchase a combo if the drink machine was not working??. not only was she lazy but she was on point with being a dictator towards staff, yelling at fellow coworker, saying she has influence with the higher management in charge to get him or anyone she wanted fired. she yelled at him to mop the dinning area, but he said he would after the customers leave so the floor would not be stepped on, she took offence as if it was a challenge to be combative, i see nothing wrong with what he said, she continued to yell at him, and he asked her to help clean and made it clear that she doesn't pull her weight in the store and it shows, she was on her phone the entire time, standing around barking orders, she was making it known she didn't have to help clean she doesn't get 'paid' to do whats beneath her. i wanted a refund but she would not come help me with that, she was so rude and disgusting behavior, i never seen this girl here before and i will not be placing an order with her again, she was recording the man she was yelling at and she would pause the video and she would cuss him out then start the video when he said something back to her. she needs to be gone, this was an entire mess. that poor man had to leave the location, due to her behavior. i think its foul she played her role the way she did and continued to play a victim when she was not on her A game. i want a refund from this location since i did not get my food because of terrible customer service from this manager as well as the way she told everyone to leave the store. its a shame how compared to other nights workers are having fun and helping each other versus last night. i suggest management really look into her because she was a complete disaster and the fact all of this happened within 20 mints is ridiculous. i would not want to work here under her rule. read more

The two men working yesterday afternoon where great! The food was cooked perfectly. The guys were friendly and accommodating. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. read more

Wing stop is amazing, but this location needs some help. I ordered a family pack of thirty wings, three different sauces. Two of the sauces were thrown in one box, I have never had that done and I was not a fan of the mixing. The cashier was not friendly. I'll make the commute to the wing stop in gahanna. read more

Came here for the first time today. I chose the original hot and asked for it to be mixed with the Parmesan garlic sauce. I was told they couldn't mix them but could pour one sauce over the other...? I said that was fine but when the wings came, there was no garlic parm on them. The wings themselves are nothing special. Fries are heavily salted and have a weird sweet flavor. The soft drink machine had no carbonation. Too bad, we were excited about trying, but we definitely won't be back! read more

Lemon pepper. That's the only one you need to get. But why are you guys so sloooooooowwww. It's wings not rocket science. To many employees just standing around. read more

While we are fans of Wingtip wings and chicken tenders, the terrible attitude of the smart mouth bitchy counter staff was so horribly insulting we will never return to that location, ever. I'm about as easy going as they come but the language and rudeness of the girl at the counter was the worst I've ever heard. Not a place for kids at all. Avoid if at all possible. read more

Drive by all the time and had been wanting to stop. Finally got to try it, won't go back. Waited almost half an hour for an order of wings and fries. When I got my food the wings were extremely small, closer to the size of canary wings than the chicken wings I get other places. Sauce tasted fine, fries were good but the small wings left me still hungry. Ended up stopping at McDonald's on my way home. Ordering a larger number of wings to make up for the size would get to expensive. So while the flavor was good don't h go here unless you either want to leave hungry or drop a wad of cash to get enough wings to fill you up. read more

I love the wings and the fries here, but this 1 star review is for the poor customer service. My husband and I have gone to this location several times and each time we have had a negative experience. One time we went in and we were trying to order and the cashier kept asking us very personal questions about ourselves "Is that your boyfriend?", "Oh, you guys are married?!" "How long have you been together?" It went on and on and we were just trying to order some food. Another time the cashier kept taking selfies of herself and ignored us standing there. Another time the cashier was texting on her phone while we ordered and messed our food up. The employees always seem to be fooling around there. We have told friends/families about our crazy experiences here and they can't believe it! Tonight I wanted Wingstop for dinner, but my husband announced that he is never going back. I like the food so I would like to go back, but my husband refuses to go because of the poor customer service. We both work in customer service and put on smiles for people everyday - the behavior of the employees that we have come across is simply unacceptable. read more

The chicken was very dry and over fried.... customer service on phone was great but I didn't receive the same treatment at the store... will not be returning read more

The staff was friendly the manager not so much. My order was incorrect and I called to let them know. They put the manager on the phone and she tried to tell me what I ordered and that it was correct. No sense of customer service. I will not go back to that Wingstop ever again. read more
