I ordered my wings on Superbowl last Sunday. I called in because I thought I would be late to pick it up turns out I had to wait 45 minutes even though I placed an online order for a set time for my order. What I didn't appreciate was being lied to. When I came in they said oh it will only be 15 minutes then it changed from 15 to 5 and then again another 15. Wingstop stop telling customers different times just to make them happy and not ask for a refund on their order. Not only that, some of the food I ordered was expired so maybe I should have gotten a full refund because it's better to eat something else than expired food to avoid from getting sick. Wingstop is a fairly regular place for us to eat. We have 8 people to feed and we like different things so the meals make this an easy stop for us. I LOVE traditional wings but when I'm super hungry or don't want to get messy, the strips were always a good choice for me. Now they have become my go to. You can have them plain with sauce on the side or you can have them spun in the sauce. We really love the fries here and ask for extra seasoning when ordering. You can ask for them to be cooked lightly if you don't like them dark. We also really like the ranch! If you need extra there is a small charge. Some of our favorite sauces/rubs include the spicy Korean, Louisiana rub, original hot, and Cajun. My son likes to get the wings spun in a sauce and ask for one of the dry rubs on the side so he can sprinkle it on the wings for an extra layer of flavor. This location has had some mediocre employees and some great ones. Overall we are pretty happy with the service we receive here. When there is an issue it gets addressed by management or the owner and that's what makes it five stars for me. I know people make mistakes but the way they handle it is important to me and they haven't let me down yet. read more

I would order food from here every week. Never again. Last order I placed for pick up and I went in and forgot my mask. Normally I'm pretty good at having it. But I saw an employee go in without one so thought I could just run in and out and the lobby was empty so I thought no big deal. The food was already made and paid for, just needed to grab the bag and walk out. As soon I come in the manager said I need a mask. I told him I forgot it and my food was literally right behind you and paid for just need to hand me the bag. He again said I need a mask on. I'll start by saying that I have been a customer of Wingstop as a corporation since 2003 and the first store in Dallas and I have been to dozens of different stores up until recently and during the past 20 years this particular location in Hilliard has something of a practice And money grabbing schemes that I have never seen in any other store in any other city or state not even in other stores in Columbus area itself they do not provide water cups and insist on charging three dollars for a water cup. You see a family coming in with kids and they would not provide the kids with water cups if they are not drinking soda or Coke products, they offer dining in area. They are not even offering a purified water bottle for purchase for three dollars. It is literally three dollars for a plastic cup that you can fill with tapwater that is literally free and all other locations in any other restaurant that ever existed on planet earth. I have written an email to their corporate office which has been completely ignored whether this location is corporate or a franchise on by an individual. They should be ashamed of themselves if they do this because they are afraid and worried of their profit margin should someone use the water cup to fill Soda or a Coke product instead something that literally cost them a fraction of a penny then that speaks worse for their character and their business model in fact the customers of this place should not give them any business due to their money, grabbing scheme their obvious scam and lack of awareness and general human empathyand this has nothing to do with profit margins or business decisions as I am a corporate business manager myself and I know a scam and a money grabbing scheme when I see one. They could have simply filled the water cup with the tapwater from inside the kitchen if they are so worried that someone would use the water cup for soda without paying for it, but that speaks volume for their condescending business practice and presuming the general public thieves, and suspect of committing, such a trivial matter even if I wanted to play the devils advocate, they could simply charge $.50 or even a buck for a tapwater cup for those who choose to dine in but cannot drink soda for health reasons but insisting on charging three dollars specially during this economy for dirty unfiltered tapwatercoming from a rarely cleaned soda fountain machine is simply condescending to their customers, degrading, humiliating and speaks volume for the character and low class of this particular location management. read more

I decided to test out the new wing place near my house. I had a coupon for 5 free wings with an order of wings. That always will draw me in especially with it being the first football game of the season. Food: I ordered 10 boneless wings with original hot and BBQ split. My five free classic wings were Louisiana Rub. This only set me back $7.49 which should equal to .75 cents a wings but with the coupon it brought it down to .50 cent a wing. If I had that price every time then this place would go up in my mind. The classic wings were comparable size to BW3s. The boneless were a little underwhelming. We had 8 normal size ones with 2 babies. The babies seemed to be only crunch with a little chicken inside. I am not a fan of boneless no matter what but these seemed to be like nuggets. I would order the classic but not the boneless again. Service: after my order, they said 14 minutes. It took maybe 1-2 less than that, so they were quick and upfront about wait time. The person taking my order seemed a little tentative but was efficient. All in all this place is decent with room for about 36 people and 2 TVs. They also sell bottles of beer if you want to stay and eat. They have some special dipping sauce and gliders( chicken sandwiches). They offer family meals and large 75 to 100 count orders of wings. It was our first time trying Wing Stop and it was pretty good! We walked in kind of late one night and the place was pretty dead. We went up to the counter and the employee asked if we'd been there before. We told him that we hadn't so he was kind enough to go through the menu with us and give us suggestions. Great customer service! After we ordered it took about 10 minutes for our food to be ready. We got the boneless wings combo with 10 wings that came with two flavors, a dipping sauce, fries and a drink. He even gave us two cups since we were sharing the combo. Again, great customer customer service here. We got home and there was a lot of food there! The fries were delicious and had a special seasoning on them that we were told consisted of garlic, sugar, salt and some other great flavors. They were great! The two flavors of wings we got were Hickory Smoked BBQ and Garlic Parmesan. The BBQ wings were completely drenched in sauce, no skimping out on sauce like some other places do. The Garlic Parmesan ended up being a dry rub which we were not expecting but they were still very good! Terrible service! My local wing stop on Olentangy was out of service for some reason so I was forced to go to the Westpointe store (which is twice as far). I ordered an online order at 11:00pm and picked it up at 11:30. When I arrived my order was ready, cool. I made the mistake of not checking my food before I left. When I got home 20mins later I realized my order was completely wrong. I called wingstop and spoke with the manger on duty. I asked for my food to be re-made and a refund for the inconvenience of having to travel 20mins since my local store was closed. That's just good customer service. The manger said no I could only have one or the other. He also said to get the refund I still had to bring back the food. Ridiculous! What happened to taking pride in making sure the order is right the FIRST time? What happened to customer service that makes up for shortcomings? None of this is valued at the Westpointe wingstop. Every time I've been to wing stop, the wings have been great! I'm always getting the boneless hickory bbq wings and they always come out hot! The only dilemma is their sides aren't quite the best. Their beans are of the worst quality and the fries are mediocre, but the coleslaw is okay. Usually I think I need two ranch's but one is typically good enough (even when their overpriced ranch is almost a dollar). Would highly recommend for wings but not their sides. read more

We love Wingstop, they are our favorite place to go for wings! My husband and I go on average at least a couple of times a month. They have never made a mistake. I usually get their lemon pepper and cajun or their korean bbq, and my husband will get their parmesan garlic. They're friendly and fast. They have the best ranch other than Jet's pizza lol.
