This is the closest wingstop to my house. They have great customer service, and they actually make the wings extra well done when I ask for it but the wait time is pretty bad and they always forget to put my ranch and my cheese which is annoying cause I pay extra for the cheese. I know I should check my food but if they paid attention to what the order is and made it correctly, I wouldn't have to double check and dig through the bag to see if my dipping sauces are in there. read more

I have been to this place several times and the one and only redeeming quality was (despite on numerous occasions they have forgotten something in the order, like half of the order at one point) that the food was good. Today they gave me the saddest 10 pieces of chicken wings imaginable. Not just one but at least 9/10. They were small, hard, and not even warm. One of them was like a shell of a chicken (like, there was no meat lol). They also appear to be chronically short staffed. Been going to this location on and off for years. I've seen the ownership get really, really cheap with customers. They will not provide customers with water. Although they will sell you a bottle of water for almost three bucks. Having inside dining without providing drinking water is against the law. There is no indoor trash receptacle for customers. There is just one for employees behind the counter. The bathrooms are now inaccessible, where before they could be used by customers. They are now locked behind a door that says "employees only." They did not have forks when I was there. I don't know if that's a cost cutting measure or just bad timing. And finally, like most businesses today, they are understaffed. If I could give 0 stars I would. To start off, the lady at the cashier named Isabella on the receipt gave such rude customer service. I thought it was just because it was a bit busy, but I read another review before composing this and they had mention the same name and same attitude so I'm guessing it's just her personality which she should fix since it doesn't sound like it's the first time. Second, this is our fourth time coming into this WingStop and it has always been around a 45-minute wait for our food. A lot of customers come in after us and still manage to get theirs first. I understand the online orders, but when we came in today, these high-schoolers had just ordered and got their food within 10-15 minutes but we were sitting there for 40 minutes already! It's unacceptable how long they take. Lastly, right when we got home, our order was full of drumsticks! No flat top wings at all. Yet I ordered a mix of wings. Such a bad wingstop, that I waited 45 minutes for a bunch of drumsticks. They definitely have a good amount of flavors and also new ones that come and go with limited availability!!! So as for the wings and boneless wings that are all standard flavors and tastes!!! This place is hit or miss. Honestly there's been way more misses than hits and I'm confused as to why i've gone back so many times. Anyways, these employees are the absolute worst. I don't think most of them could pass a 4th grade math test. They all look spaced out all the time and talk slow like they're on something. One of the worst experiences i've had was when my order was ready for 15-20 minutes and I had waited on the side where online pickups were for. The cashier had looked at me multiple times and ignored me when no one was in line only for a customer to walk in and her to take their order before just giving me my food. Jewels and Valerie are absolutely a nightmare to deal with. They treated me and another person with so much disrespect over a simple ranch order. I asked for 3 ranch cups and I thought something was odd when she refused to tell me how much she charged me and refused my to give me my receipt. Jewel GAVE ME 15 ranch when I asked for 3! STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION! We ended up driving 30 mins away from where we live to another location because of the rude, unprofessional, disrespectful treatment and service we received from one of the managers of this location by the name of Wanda. I waited 30 mins which is understandable because of how busy this location can be only to check my food once I got to my car and noticed that I received food that was thrown in the bag, ranched spilled all over and chicken and fries not cooked thoroughly. My sister decided to take the food back for a full refund and was given a hard time, even after she handed the food to the worker so that she could see how the order was given. The worker called her manager Wanda over, she walked up and stated the refund is going to take up to 3 days without even processing anything on the computer, no second receipt given to show proof that a refund was even processed. She just wrote REFUND on the receipt and when my sister asked for her to write her name she replied with "I CAN WRITE WHATEVER YOU WANT" and proceeded to put her hands to the side. My sister then came back and told me what happened and I ended up walking in to ask for a refund receipt since the food was returned, I also was met by Wanda. When I asked her for proof of the refund she said she didn't have it, that she would have to send it to accounting for one to be issued to me. I asked her for something showing the order was being refunded and she said she couldn't do anything about it. I explained that the food was returned and there was nothing that she provided to show it was going to be refunded her demeanor was as if she did not care. I asked for someone else to speak to, she stated there was no one else and there was nothing she could do. Didn't ask me to come on another day so that she could process a refund so that I can receive my money back, didn't offer to remake the order, nothing. I finally got fed up and stated I would call the authorities because she was basically stealing she looked at with with a rude smirk and told me I could call the authorities then because there was nothing that she was going to do. We ended up calling another Wing Stop just to ask for a recommendation on who to speak to regarding that specific store and the experience we had with the manager, not only was the other manager sympathetic, she then went ahead and offered to remake our food. So we drove 30 mins away to pick up from a different location. She explained to us the refund process and it was nothing of what Wanda had did, she remade our food even though it was not ordered from her store and her store was also busy, she also went ahead and processed a refund for it and apologized for the treatment my sister, son and I received. All I'm going to say is I would rather drive 30 mins than to ever visit this location again. read more
