I want to be clear that this review reflects our recent to-go order, which may have been a different experience if we had dined in. I doubt the outcome would have been much different, but I want readers--especially those considering takeout or ordering through Uber Eats, GrubHub, or DoorDash--to have that context. What we ordered: 30-piece Mix & Match Crew Pack (10 Cajun wings, 10 Hot Honey wings, 10 Lemon Pepper boneless), all requested extra crispy/well done, carrot and celery sticks, three ranch dressings, a large seasoned fries, and a 5-piece fried corn add-on. The issues: Unfortunately, none of the food arrived hot, and none of the 30 wings or boneless pieces were cooked extra crispy as requested. The fries were placed loosely in the large to-go bag in an uncovered paper tray, which could have easily spilled during transport. The carrot and celery sticks were simply wrapped in a napkin and placed in the bag in the same open tray as the fries. The fried corn also didn't taste fresh. I'm not suggesting it wasn't freshly made--only that it didn't taste like it had just been fried. The main reason for this review is the value for the price. The total came to $68, and the overall quality and packaging didn't feel close to worth that amount. For comparison, we could have ordered a similar quantity of food from Panda Express for around $52, or from Epic Wings or Buffalo Wild Wings. They might be similarly priced--or even slightly more--but I would have gladly paid $70-$80 if the food tasted fresh and the order had been packaged with more care. Ordered online. There was a 20 piece boneless meal deal which was 16.99. It asked for a flavor. I chose plain. At no place, on the website, did it state the wings were battered and deep fried. This could have been easily settled over the phone if Jesus was trained properly. I asked Marissa if she was the Manager and she told me no. This is the last time I'm ever going to Wingstop. I went to this one again thinking that after a few years it might have changed. But I was wrong. I ordered my food and asked to eat there. I order well done so I expect to wait at least 25 to 30 minutes. So when I check the time it's already 40 minutes and I ask the person behind the counter how much longer. The young man said oh I have it right here. I said ok. So another 15 minutes go by and I still didn't get my food. I go back up and show the young lady my receipt and I said I ordered my food at this time is it ready? She looks at my receipt and says we drop it when you order and you asked for well done with an attitude. I'm like it's almost been an hour and people that ordered either before or after me had their food and were gone. So I stand there for a lil while longer just trying not to react like a butthole. She asks me if I want my receipt I said no. I wait almost another 5 minutes and the guy says your order is ready. I get to my food and everything was cold. The chicken was bone hard and the fries were cold. So when the guy said to me earlier my order was it was ready and they just let it sit there while I was asking about my order. Why would they want someone that is inquiring about their order to keep waiting and give an attitude and not just give me the food ? The only person that was nice was the young man that took my order and gave me my food. Everybody else was either indifferent or rude. Wingstop needs to really work on who they hire and train them on customer service. I stopped going for years because when I stopped going years ago was because the place was dirty and the people were lazy. I get it working with the public is hard but if you take the job you have to at least just do the job. I have been to this location, the one on fairmont and euclid. The guy at the register was helpful. BEWARE! This place will have you waiting for your food. I have tried given this Wing Stop location chance after chance because it's the closest one near me. Everytime I order on the app it states my order should be ready in approximately 17-20 min or so. Once I get there my order is not ready and everytime I have to wait, I don't mind waiting a few more minutes but usually I have to wait an additional 20+ minutes. Today I placed an order at 3:20pm and it's currently 4:16pm and my small combo order is still not ready even though they told me it should only take 10 more minutes.
