Ayooo. This Wingstop did not miss. Food came out quick and the flavors were flavorful. Compared to other locations which I hate to say some of those cooks back there don't care aka the Fairmont/university or poway which misses 2/3 times. Got to give the team here a 10/10. Yall did your thing. Props to yall.

Update: Returned to the same Wing Stop and was disappointed in the quality of food. I was the only person there and ordered To Go only to find out my food was still cold once I was home. The front person was super kind and friendly but that was the only plus and reason I'd give a 1-star....

    This is the order.

Ordered online. There was a 20 piece boneless meal deal which was 16.99. It asked for a flavor. I chose plain. At no place, on the website, did it state the wings were battered and deep fried. I chose plain thinking there was no batter. My son picked them up and brought them home. They were battered! I called the store and spoke with Jesus. I explained the issue. He told me I would have to pay for a new order. I told him no I would bring the order back in and exchange it. He told me they can't do that and they were extremely busy. I told him "yes" you can do that and asked to speak with a manager. He put me on hold and passed the phone to Marisa. I explained my problem and was told me they would just charge the difference. I brought the wings back in. Upon arrival I asked for Marissa. She asked for the order #. She gave me the price for the replacement order and I reminded her of what she told me over the phone. She told me I could pay, in full, for the new order and it would take couple of days to get a refund for the other order. I told her I didn't want to do that. I was more than happy to pay the difference. She said let me ask. A gentleman came out and gave me dressing and Marissa told me everything was fine and there was no charge for the replacement. This could have been easily settled over the phone if Jesus was trained properly. I asked Marissa if she was the Manager and she told me no. So, in my mind, Jesus didn't want to deal with it and passed it to another employee. NEVER EVER should an employee tell a customer they are really busy and pass it to another employee!! ! If there is a dissatisfied customer on the phone the Manager should take the call. The website should be more clear. Attached is a picture of what it reads. Marissa was more than kind and handled it with grace.

The place do offer dining in option, it's been a while since I visited a Wingstop location since the one near me only offering take out, and I didn't like the idea as everything has been opening fully. Well, I was craving for thighs, unfortunately they had been discontinued, I did ask and also Google the info, guess they didn't sell as much as wings, so It was around for a bit then completely gone, ok so glad I get to try them before they were taken down. So I went a little bit off the menu and tried some boneless with Spicy Korean flavor, wow that one flavor I tried last time and said it was nothing like tangy BBQ, they did it right this time, the spicy taste made me sweating tears and breathing fires after my second bite :) the lemon pepper bone in wings on the other hand was great as well, not salty and overpowering, the seasoning was just right. Definitely visit this place again

Yoooo Wingstop why you gotta do me like this. All my wings were like broken and the bone was showing all naked and shit. Ended up waiting an extra 15 minutes cause the girl took forever with her fake nails trying to open the soda containers. Lol I loved this place but not when we pay full price for half of our wings and undercooked fries.

Dry chicken. Some burned my mouth. Others were cold. Mystery liquid surrounded the forks and napkins. Surprise, it was sticky.

I've eaten lots of Chinese food, more times than I can count, and it was above average than most others. The combos menu is quite large and offered a good chunk of food for the price. Would hiiiighly recommend the egg drop soup for sure! Super savory, even comes with fresh hot wonton chips to dip in. I got the orange chicken combo platter. Comes with a huge bowl of egg fried rice, 2 pcs of salt&pepp wings, and an eggroll! The combo platter was practically 2 servings. Wings were seasoned perfectly, orange chicken was super crispy and had the right amt of tang, and the fried rice practically made the meal! Orders were taken swiftly, food came out hot and fresh, and my party got their food at the same time. My friend literally scarfed down his platter in under 10 minutes, that's how good it was!! Was moderately busy and had plenty of seating inside. Service was nice and friendly as well. Def recommend this if you're ever in the area.

Order directly through their website link. If you are new to soul food or Louisiana rib style, then this eaterie would be good. If you are familiar with at least 5 styles barbecue and da real deal soul food, then the food and money value are not aligned. Actually, my one time may likely be unreturned. I was in a party of two but I should have just ordered one plate with two sides to give the food a taste test. Fifty bucks later, I'm a disappointed eater. I ordered pick up. It is apparent that all the food is pre-cooked and perhaps they have not mastered how to keep its freshness through the heat up process prior to serving. I was 6 minutes away. Hungry like a roaring lion on the African terrain. The inside of the ribs were cold. The other dishes were lukewarm. Although the ribs were tender and flavorful. The mac&cheese was mushy. A sharper cheese is recommended to blend. Or better yet a bechamel sauce and seasoning. Yet, I liked the texture of the pasta. You know how when beans get to the bottom of the pot and get mushy? Yep, that's what I was served. Mushy and dryish. But I can see where they were going and it would have worked out perhaps maybe just not on this visit. And the corn bread was so dry that it crumbled to smithereens. Now, greens are the easiest vegetable to make tasty, but an easy vegetable to make bland. These were on the bland side. I must be clear the meal was not Louisianian style. Being from Louisiana and cooking like a Louisianian are different. I'm just sayin'. Louisiana is known for flavor. And a ten on two. I know intimately what is expected from a Louisianian culinarian. Today was not that day. I want to support. And I will. But not fiscally. I'll get the word out but remember you're on your own. Since there's other eateries in the public market you may have a better cuisine choice. Service was with a smile and friendly.
