A while back we ordered a large cheese and a large supreme pizza. We were quoted a 25 minute wait time. When I went to pick up my order after the 25 minutes my order still wasnt ready. So I waited, no problem. 15 minutes later my order was ready. When the guy opened the lid quickly to show that it was a cheese pizza it looked burnt. I asked if it was burnt and he said no it was just a shadow. I had seen a guy working on pizzas and it looked like he was scraping something off. I didn't think anything of it at the time because our pizzas had always been good. Yep, it was mine. They were fully aware that they sold a burnt piece of junk and didn't care at all. When I got home the pizza was in fact BURNT. I called back to let them know and the guy who answered the phone promised a free pizza on our next visit. The next time we ordered I ordered an xl cheese and a large supreme, I reminded the guy about the mishap the time before and he said no problem it will be ready in 45 minutes. 25 minutes later my mom called me saying they called with a question about the pizza. I called back immediately and the guy who I spoke to said that free pizza was for a large and not and xl. We usually order an XL, so yes, that was my fault. I got it confused. I said the large was fine and I would see them in 20 minutes. He said uhhh... no your wait time is 45 minutes to an hour now. Since we were around the corner I said that I would be right there so I could figure out why my remaining 20 minutes turned into another hour face to face. I got there, waited in line, and when it was my turn I let the girl know what was going on and all she could say was sorry, that's what our wait time is right now. Umm, how did it add an extra 60 minutes? I looked at my husband and he said just forget it. I told her to forget the order and that this kind of service was unacceptable. I was planning on never coming back, but for some reason my mom wanted pizza from here. She called and ordered, told them we had a free pizza and they said it would be ready in 45 minutes. When she got there the snarky girl behind the counter told my mom that she remembered me and that I stormed out of their restaurant because my pizza wasn't ready when I wanted it to be and that they reason why was because I called back 3 or 4 times not being able to make up my mind. Obviously she got me confused with someone else because I knew exactly what I wanted and the only mixup was my mistaking that it was an xl and not a large. I left because there was no way that it should have taken an extra 60 minutes to make my pizza. It should have been put in as soon as I spoke to the guy, not put to the back of the line. Its not my fault that THEY took 25 minutes to call me back. And to the snarky misinformed girl, if you're reading this, no sweetheart, I did not slam the front door when i supposidly "stormed" out. I'm an adult. I don't need to waste my energy doing things like that. Plus not to mention my husband was holding the door the whole time for a couple who walked in after I walked out. It sounds like they need a more organized system so the girl who is obviously too overwhelmed to keep customers straight can verify right away what people were promised. I have a feeling between her attitude, the lack of integrity, and the unorganized mess they are probably giving out a lot of free "sorry" pizzas.

The stores here have and I HATE IT and compared to Stater Bros, they are filthy . MISS STATER BROS !!! Calimesa store is a bit smaller but I would trade it for the stores I have here in a heartbeat !

She called me out in line and stated that they don't accept returns for anything relating to alcohol in a very stern and unsympathetic manner. The line all starred and looked at me, making it awkward. The bottle was simply way too far overpriced and the discount ticket initially misled me as a customer. Not buying that type of product here again and will avoid shopping at this local store. I should add that they didn't ask for ID either given it was expensive alcohol, yet I get asked at the majority of stores I shop at frequently including this very location for cheaper alcoholic products.
