During my visit, I observed two cars in the drive-thru line and another couple seated inside having breakfast. The restaurant appeared very clean and well-maintained both inside and out. I was able to place my order with a live person rather than via a kiosk, as most restaurants encourage nowadays. The female employee was very polite, helpful, and friendly. I ordered on the kiosk (btw, it's the only way you can order now) and waited for 7 minutes to pay cash. The Drive thru person came over to my husband and I and said, "You have to order on the kiosk." At this point, I looked right at her and said, "We did. We've been waiting ALL this time to pay." Then she goes, "Oh!!!" Takes our money and then we had to wait another 2-3 minutes to get our change. The lobby/eating area was not clean at all, EVERY table was dirty, and stuff was left behind. If minimum wage is $20/hr. I've only been here a couple of times, never realized it was here until recently. However, each time I've been it is never crowded and food is always made to ordered without issue. This location off the freeway seems deserted, but when you go in a lot of customers in the drive through especially off the freeway service so fast. But I made time to go in to order, rest , eat & nature calling used ladies restroom. Kept clean & organized especially the restaurant. Maria was the person in charge. Ran place so smoothly from inside restaurant & the drive through. She , her crew had an Excellent Teamwork's & she given me Excellent Customer Service!) Don't turn too soon or you'll end up in the Big Boy parking lot; there's no outlet to the Jack in the Box parking lot so you'll have to go back to the main road and crossover. Absolutely horrible. I came here around 6:00, the place wasn't too busy. I ordered food for my family and I. Me and my son got my food, although, they took about 25 minutes to make my daughters food. Very horrible service also. After we got our food, the servers didn't give us any napkins or sauce. I went up to the counter to ask for some and no one was there. I had to wait about 5 minutes just to get some napkins and condiments. DO NOT come here, go to the McDonald's across the street lol. They'd probably have better service than here. read more

Had my debit card info stolen when I went through the drive thru at 8am on a Monday. The person working the drive thru made a point to ask if I would be paying by debit card when I ordered and then took my card out of my eyesight around the corner to charge me and told me "we're having issues with our machines, that's why it took so long." On Tuesday I checked my account and they had charged over $900 to Costco online. Thank goodness I have a great bank who is investigating this fraud. Won't be returning to this location. read more

Finally at 12:02 am we finally got to the speaker to order and the lady says "thank you for coming, jack in the box we closed at 12am...Sorry". Was she being serious? I've came to this store for the last 3 years and I've never had problems. But I strongly recommend to not use their mobile ordering app. I had a huge order 80$ worth everything went through on my end and even took out my bank I went to pickup 30 mins later And they claimed to not have my order I waited about an hour at the store while the employees went back-and-forth with their manager who was not there because they didn't know what to do since it wasn't popping up on their screen the manager told them to just tell me they couldn't do anything but I would not leave because I either needed a refund or my food. I worked in food service so I know about inventory and all that but they could've easily gave us the food since the money was popping taken out from our end and the Order was obviously there they of course just didn't want to. after an hour I just decided to give into contacting customer service and request a refund. only one teen boy was being extremely nice to us well everyone else either ignored us or was confused on what to do. so don't mobile order!!!! the manager also told us this wasn't the first time it happened. My family and stopped for dinner the other night .The staff was really nice they told me my order back to me 2 times and what sauce i wanted. When i got home i found out my food was not all there.Not good no Tacos cold fries burger was made wrong. I was home and tried to call then with no one would answer the phone. So i called in the morning to talk to the Manager Angie she told me to come back by and she would fix it. When there she didn't want to fix my problem she said she would only replace the Tacos and said the fries were cold? Saturday night at 10pm, my friend and I rolled into the drive thru... When we asked if we could get 2 separate orders, the employee responded 'Nah....that makes it too difficult for me'.......wow. We were both pretty shocked to hear that. We replied back that our orders were simple since we only wanted a few late night shakes. We were then told, 'Nah....there's only enough left for one shake anyway'. We told the employee we didn't want to make anything too difficult for him and went to the Yucaipa JITB where they were happy to split our order and had enough pumpkin shakes for everyone. Disappointed at this new location. Nice, clean and new store just to be let down by the lack of service. Dined in, the cashier was very slow, spoke low and didn't say much at all. Placed my order, was told soft drinks need to be served by staff, whatever. My food came out in an adequate time frame, however; no drinks, napkins or ketchup. Had to get up and get napkins myself. Took an additional 10 minutes for the drinks to come. Same cashier brought me the drinks with no straws. He didn't seem to care much when i asked for two straws. He went back to the counter and started helping waiting guests. I had to get up again and get my own straws. The food was good, burgers look like they have shrunk over the years. The staff just doesn't seem like they care. Drive through orders take priority over those that dine in. read more

So let me start by saying, I love Jack in the Box. Nothing better than sneaking off to get some JB while the wife sits at home with my screaming kids. A juicy ass jumbo jack with raw onions and cheese dripping out the sides of the bun just fills my heart with joy. Now here we are, weeks into a pandemic and I'm starving for something delicious on the way to get my son. I get to this jack and the line doesn't look too bad. However, 3 cars in front of me took 20 min for me to get to the window to pay and get my food. I wear a mask because they ask you too and I'm thinking this place is probably really clean. The lady giving me my food takes her mask off to say something to me and gets a little breath into my bag but I'm not worried. I get my food and just devour it on my drive to fontana. My last bite of my burger had an extra crunch but I don't think too much of it. Later that night, probably about 3 hrs after my meal that I'm certain I got away with, I'm in pain. Wife's asleep, kids are asleep and I'm ready to put my head into a toilet. I run downstairs and just sit and let it out into my bidet. My stomach is in knots and I'm thinking I got the rona. I force myself to puke as I'm pooping because I just have to get it all out. Nothing is helping and I just lean my head against the wall, accepting my fate, unwilling to wake anyone for help in fear my wife will know I ate jack in the box. I think of how I can't tell anyone you do get the shits on the rona because my phones upstairs. After about 40 minutes and my legs are completely asleep, I feel well enough to lay down on the couch downstairs. I wear a mask because I don't know what I have. Hours later my wife finds me because our daughter is awake and I'm forced to tell her why I'm downstairs wearing a mask.
