Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience. We felt rushed and treated differently by the waiters. When we asked for takeout boxes for our leftover food, we were given plates instead and told thats all they had at the moment , A few minutes later, we saw another woman walk out with two full bags of takeout boxes. This was very disappointing and made us feel uncomfortable and singled out. We believe every customer should be treated with the same courtesy and respect. Terrible customer service. Wouldn't take our order or even a drinks order because one of our party had not arrived yet. After basically begging for a drink at least, the server was rude and threatened to not serve because she overheard a conversation about a car being sold that she presumed for some reason was aimed at her. We were all made to feel very uncomfortable and decided to leave before any more issues with the angry lady. Stay away if you plan on talking amongst yourselves whilst eating there. Their table salsa was the worst, no flavor, no heat...when I requested something hotter, I was given a blank stare and a response, that was their hottest. The food was tasty, but the *chile relleno* wasn't cleaned properly and was full of seeds. It was supposed to come with a taco that never arrived, and on top of that, I was overcharged. The owner was our server and had a bad attitude; they refused to give us chips until we ordered a main dish, even though I had already ordered a drink! They made us switch tables claiming the one we were at was reserved so why seat us there in the first place? The woman was very racist toward all of us, and they never came back to check if we needed refills. I'm truly disappointed in that restaurant; the service was terrible, and we were completely ignored. I have always loved this restaurant and I will always be loyal to this restaurant because they serve quality food that taste really good and [[HIGHLIGHT]]they keep a clean establishment which of course I appreciate[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]], the workers are absolutely super sweet. I was a little bit frustrated because the menu prices are a little bit different than the ones on yellow just slightly more expensive but honestly it's worth it and I feel bad for making a deal out of it. There's not much to say that hasn't already been said. The older lady was rude from the minute we were seated, I had no idea she was the owner. This was our third time eating here and our last. The first two times we also had the older server and it seemed as though she was having a bad day, the food was decent so that's why we've been back. Tonight it was very clear she is rude. There was no indication from the server they would double the price of the burrito for condiments. Had the burrito tasted extravagant and in a city like Las Vegas, I would expect the cost. But to pay that much in a strip mall in Yucaipa for a burrito that was simply "ok"? All future business they would have received from me was lost in that one trip. The bill came to just under $180 for 4 people who ordered 4 burritos, one beer, one margarita, and two sodas. The rest of the food might be quite tasty, based on some of the reviews I read, but I couldn't care less because I can go to literally ANY other Mexican restaurant in the area and pay half that for food of the same quality. This is our favorite taco joint. Best tacos in town in my opio ...fried shells. Stuffed with lettuce and cheese. Perfect. They have a vegetarian potato taco which is yummy. We normally purchase one combo meal and then I will order à la carte. We did not used to do this...but they changed their prices and charge extra for everything. I order hot water with lemon...free. Then we come out about the same as before. I will say the prices are not better or worse than any other restaurant currently. Decided to try it out. Food portions were good. Their chips and salsa were great. They were the "thick" kind of chips. The only thing wrong (hopefully it was a mistake) was that the beans had NO flavor whatsoever. Made the fries taste bland. The burrito's flavor was saved with all the other stuff inside the burrito (guac, sour cream, cheese).
