Disappointing take out. I ordered online a salmon plate without rice (paid extra for all vegetables) and got rice and vegetables. The plate comes with 3 dumplings which we didn't receive. There were not sauces packages in the bag. They do ask when you order online what type of sauce you want so I did expect to have the sauces in the bag. I called them when I got home to share what was missing. The cook stated "I did the order right". Yes, I heard him speak in the back ground. That's my major issue with this order. Careful what you order, my daughter ordered double chicken no sauce when we got home there was a little sauce and some steak. She is allergic and could have been a big mistake on their part. The Waba Grill in Calimesa had great service! It was clean, staff were very kind and food was great!

Decided to stop here for our first time because we usually go to the one in Banning. We're normally closer to this WaBa Grill and not once we had a bad experience. The experience wasn't bad here but it was the amount of food that was given in these plates. My husband finished his whole plate and was unsatisfied that he was still hungry. No cabbage and wasn't even at least told about it. Bowl- there was very little rice. Portion sizes here are very small. Will never stop here again. Thanks for the experience. - with the amount of these bad reviews this location should just close. And from what it seems like they won't do anything for the customers and just want them to contact the website. LOL. read more

Made a quick stop here before heading to Arizona and got a mini tofu bowl for only $5.75, I wish they added green onions or veggies but it's okay it's tasty. I walked in and immediately was serviced. I asked for my tofu to be crispy and it was the perfect texture so when the Teryaki sauce got in, it wasn't too mushy. read more

I agree with one of the reviews below. Their food is good and service is great. However, they stopped running the AC here. Today it is 100 degrees out and walking into the store you could not feel any difference in temperature. I feel so bad that a boss would not make sure this issue is fixed immediately for employees who work so hard for them. I would understand if this was a one time situation but it has been like this for months now. Management needs to get this fixed asap not just for their customers but for their employees. read more

I've been to this location a few times the past month with the Ac not working, it's extremely hot every time I go and when I ask the employees they said they get no response to when the AC will be fixed. I can't believe how little the district manager and higher ups care about their employees and customers in these inhumane working conditions. Apparently, you can wear Crocs to work without needing non-slip ones. I noticed a supervisor talking on the phone with her daughter, who was also working there. She wasn't wearing non-slip shoes, just Crocs, and was on her phone while wearing her bag and working at the register. Very unprofessional. On top of that, the supervisor yells at employees who wear regular shoes but never yells at her daughter and lets her use regular shoes instead of non-slip ones. I feel when you spend $3.76 for a Thai tea it should be full up to the brim. When I mentioned that to counter worker he said that they only fill it to the bottom line. Found hair in my food so I complain to a woman that claimed she was the manager. She said it was probably my hair which I know it wasn't. It was pretty deep in the food. She refused a refund but offered a replacement. I was grossed out already. I told her she should treat her customers better or she would lose them. She shrugged her shoulders like she didn't care.
