I've been out of town for months. Came into town today and said, cool I'll stop in at Arbys and try their new steak nuggets. When I walked in there was a young kid sweeping and cleaning up the dining area he also thanked the diners for coming in and happy holidays Also, the young kid that took my order, he was very nice & polite. There were two other employees there that looked like they didn't want to be there, and the food showed off their personality. I heard the older lady say, I'm not doing anything or start anything because my shift is up in 45 mins so I observed her leaning up against the counter doing absolutely nothing oh and she was getting paid for that. The older male behind the counter must've been the cook, horrible! He took my boyfriends did not have any customer service skills did not smile, did not look at the person he was ringing up he was rude. Are there new owners to this Arbys? The food was cold and the steak nuggets taste like gas. The chicken nuggets were old as if they've been sitting under the heat lamp we threw the food in the trash. Its sad for the amount of money you pay for food these days at least it should be warm and tasty. If these employees don't like their jobs than just quit and find something you're good at instead of treating good paying customers like crap and serving crappie food. If you enjoy a truly chaotic, high-tension dining experience complete with live kitchen drama, slow service, and a soundtrack of yelling and loud music, then the Arby's on Cherry Valley is for you! I honestly thought I'd walked into a film set for a reality show about restaurant meltdowns. I walked in to find a small crowd--3 food delivery drivers and 2 in-store customers--all waiting patiently (or not-so-patiently) for their orders. The tension in the air was palpable; I could feel it the second I opened the door. The kitchen, with its slippery floor covered in smashed French fries, was the main stage. The music blaring from the prep area was so loud that the employees had to yell at each other just to communicate. It got intense. The shift leader was audibly yelling and cursing at one of the employees, who looked visibly overwhelmed and ready to cry. It was unsettling to witness. From the moment I entered until I was walking out with my order--3 regular roast beef sandwiches and 2 curly fries--30 minutes had passed. We all have bad days, and I truly hope this was an isolated, crazy shift for the folks working there. If this is the norm, though, good luck! read more

I don't usually write reviews, but tried reaching out to corporate and no response. I ordered a roast beef sandwich from Arby's and what I got was an unappetizing mess. As you can see in the photo, the sandwich looked like someone just slapped a few limp, gray slices of meat on a dry, sad bun and called it a day. No sauce, no cheese, no effort - just cold, unseasoned beef that looked like it was cut with a ruler and left out for too long. There's zero care in presentation, and it honestly looked more like something out of a cafeteria tray than a fast food sandwich I paid money for. If this is the "We Have the Meats" standard, Arby's needs to reevaluate everything. Completely disappointing and not worth the price at all. 0/5 -- do better, Arby's. read more

The food is never the problem at this restaurant from the experience that I've had but the staff will consistently have you pull around to the front whenever you're ordering food in the drive-through and then we'll proceeded to have you wait an additional 10 to 15 minutes. It doesn't matter if you ordered food for a family or a small fry and a sandwich you will wait 10 to 15 minutes outside of the restaurant every single time. I have now since refused to pull around in hopes that their boss will see the large drive-through times and can hopefully do something about this soon read more

This is the 5th straight 1-star Yelp Review.....and for good reason. I dropped in today to try the NEW BBQ Bourbon Brisket burger Not only was the sandwich pretty miserable, but it had a strange flavor, a small amount of microwaved meat.....nothing like what it looks like on the TV commercials.....and, at an outrageous $10.99. For that price at Chili's you can get a huge burger with fries, a drink and soup or salad. Why would anyone ever buy this new offering? And, the thin Black male worker was swearing behind the counter, and complaining about his work schedule and other things with another worker soooo loudly that the conversation easily flowed out into the dining room area. Who teaches these guys? Where is the management? Time for a video and recording system so these clowns can be monitored and FIRED when this type of behavior is recorded. read more

The drive-through sucks Person taking the order cannot understand me at all had to repeat myself three and four times and they still couldn't understand what I was trying to tell them had to go to the window to get it straight. Went a few nights ago after work, Leila was fantastic at the window, fast efficient and amazing service, she was all alone late at night taking orders & making food. And even just being by herself managing the window and everything else, the food was amazing. The best Arby's I've ever had. This girl is killing it! Fantastic job, sweetie! So. I'm sitting here in the parking lot with my hazard lights on at 9:54pm. I ordered at 9:38pm. These guys seem to think it's more important to keep their drive thru times low than actually give people their food. And guaranteed they will mess my order up. Who wants to bet? And it's sad, because it doesn't take much to be a shift leader. It's a fairly new Arby's we were guessing but maybe not. The drive-through could have been a tight fit with a good-sized pickup and the line is deceptive as it winds around the building. The food is almost always good at Arby's. We love their french dip sandwiches and that's what we ordered. The hiccup was with the employee. Thank goodness the person actually taking our order to begin with told us what the price was because the one collecting the money seemed to not have a clue. She gave us 3 different prices until she finally gave us the same amount. Then, she wanted to give us drinks we didn't order. I think her job was a little more than she could handle. So, I understand it's Halloween night, but I was too disappointed NOT to let people know about this. The customer service was decent, I don't know his name but he was a cool young dude. I was asked to park in front, and it took about 10 minutes to bring out my order. He apologized for the wait, and I asked if everything was in the bag, ( I payed $58 for 3 sandwiches, 2 orders of chicken nuggets and 2 fries) he said yes. Normally I would've gave em the benefit of the doubt, but this time I felt obligated to double check. Good thing I did because the 2 orders of nuggets were not in the bag. The dog and I drove to Arby's this morning because I had to go on an early errand, and I had forgot to feed him. So on the way back we stopped at Arby's to get his favorite Half Pound Roast Beef sandwich, but I had such difficulty communicating my simple order to the foreigner taking my order that I got frustrated and drove straight through the drive and went to Jack in the Box for a hamburger. Visited Arbys 4/14 at 9pm ish it was only me and another car in the drive thru, not busy at all, I ordered two chocolate shakes, when I got to the window the employee handed me mint chocolate I told her I had ordered chocolate. The employee got frustrated and huffed and puffed, another employee came to the window to ask why I didn't want the mint shakes..... because I ordered chocolate! This Arby's just opened by the Stater Bros located on Cherry Valley Blvd. I ordered the special 2 for $6 Classic Cheddar and Beef (if you get just one it's $5!). They were training everyone, so it was chaotic behind the counter. After I ordered, I noticed about 7 people waiting so I was in it for the long haul. At least the food was hot and I got my annual Arby's fix. Didn't realize or must have forgot this place has $13 sandwiches!! Give it some time...and a couple weeks for them to get it all together. A door dash guy came in and they couldn't tell him how long the order was gunna take and people getting mad at these new hires just starting at their job. Hope they hang in there! If you want to get accused of stealing your own food, not get what you ordered, have an all around bad experience SEARCH NO FURTHER! Our business orders lunch 3 times a week for employees. Today, unfortunately we chose Arby's. We placed our $93 order online around 10:30am for a 12:15pm pickup. When we arrived to get our order there were no fries with our order even though we should've had 5. When it was brought to the worker's attention at first they accused us of stealing the fries even though we had not left the inside of their restaurant. After a minute of arguing with the worker, a less incompetent worker came to help and said they gave our fries to other customers and that we would have to wait for a new batch to be prepared and it would be a ten minute wait. All while our sandwiches get cold. Our sandwiches were something else this sess pool of incompetent people couldn't get right. Ask for sandwiches with no cheese or no sauce, we get cheese and sauce. Ask for aus ju with our French dip, get no aus ju. Wanted Ice Tea to drink they're out of Ice tea. Inside of the restaurant appeared clean, but with the level of stupidity, laziness and incompetence of this establishment I doubt it is. read more
