Came here because of the surprise cup which has the collectible pin. Collectible pin was already out of the cup. The pin is in a see through ball. Employee stated they can come without the cup. Shady if you ask me. Are the employees opening up the cups to see if they have the golden pin? Highly recommend go elsewhere. read more

Waited in drive thru line for about 30 minutes to be told by a rude employee named Mildred that they were on break & only taking mobile orders. Instead of putting a sign at drive thru so customers would be aware they allowed everyone to sit in line & be disappointed with no considerate explanation. I am hesitant to stop at an unknown fast food restaurant while traveling. But I had to use the bathroom and this was the first opportunity. To my utter delight, their bathroom was clean as a whistle. Like, perfect. I decided to order a chicken sandwich and surveyed the restaurant while waiting for my food and was impressed with how nice it looked. It had unique hanging lighting and solid, massive like tables. I often have to go back and forth between Palm Desert and Lake Arrowhead, so I'm happy I know I can trust this Jack In The Box to have super clean bathrooms and the food was custom made just like I ordered. read more

The Calimesa Jack in the Box is located off the 10 freeway in Beaumont and is a good place to grab breakfast or lunch. One thing I like about JIB is that they're found almost everywhere, convenient and the prices are reasonable. I stopped by for breakfast and ordered the Jumbo Breakfast platter with coffee. The customer service was great and friendly. I received my order promptly and the eggs, hash browns and sausage all tasted good. Since it was early, I was the only customer and enjoyed the peace and quiet while I ate my food. The dining area is newer and very clean. There is plenty of free parking available. read more

Legit the worst jack in the box location within a 50 mile radius. I hate to say it, but the employees have to be blind, deaf and dumb. The food was okay but the service was terrible. They (Kristal) look at you like you are bothering them. I stood at the counter to order she glanced at me and turned the other way. The slowest fast food place in the world. Everytime I get on the drive through it takes forever. I've waited for over 25 min one time and there was only a few cars in front of me. I get that working on Christmas sucks but that's what y'all signed up for. I got literally 8 onion rings for $5. Pretty janky if you ask me. Didn't even get the sauces I asked for, had to wait n ask again. But fr this food,... something was terribly wrong with it. Didn't sleep well bc I had upset stomach over the food. If I could give this place a minus in stars I would....The staff at this location is horrible. When you ask a question they look at you like you are bothering them and continually say we don't have it....(meaning...Salsa, Teriyaki, ranch etc). When I asked to speak to a Manager, he was just as bad, no wonder his staff is bad. Being a General Manager of a Hotel Resort myself, we pride ourselves on our customer service and this General Manager of Jack in the Box, needs an attitude adjustment. I ordered a #6 Jumbo Jack Combo with NO CHEESE for my wife who's allergic to dairy. We learned later that we had gotten 2 slices of CHEESE! We turned around after traveling aways away to correct the order and ask for compensation for our loss. The company needs to have a compensation plan to help each restaurant do a better job and save the customer loyalty! read more

I stopped here after a long day of work yesterday they made my sandwich wrong I asked for a plain sandwich no lettuce tomato or mayonnaise or cheese literally just chicken and bread. I called for an hour before reaching someone. They took my name down to replace my order. I go back today and asked for the replacement meal. I verified several times plain. They only gave me a sandwich and not the meal. I asked for a manager and was told to call back. The sandwich was wrong again. I tried calling back to speak to Mondo and they never answered. They eventually blocked me from calling because it said it was service by call blocker and my number could not go through. Of course at this point I wouldn't want them to make my food again for the third time but you pay $15 for a meal that went in the trash because I can't have mayo. Here we go again, I've written a review before and I have to do it again, it's the one jack closest to my job and I got in line at the drive through picked up a quick meal some chicken strips didn't even ask for curly fries in fear they would take longer, ordered a red bull and they pull me around to the front for fresh chicken I mean what are they killing it in the back I've already waited for 10 min I have somewhere to be and I'm ready to go back and ask for refund because I just don't understand how I ordered first everyone behind me is gone and I still haven't received my order. So they are sequencing orders, they don't make order when you order it at the box, they either are preparing food before orders which means the food isn't fresh, and the customer service sucks. I actually came here after a frustrating experience at Arby's in the same center. Arby's had some guy that should not have been taking orders b/c he couldn't clearly communicate in English. I gave up and left. I came to Jack's and I had to ask "What's your regular basic burger" cuz I did not see it on the menu. I hadn't come to Jack's in several years cuz I got nasty reheated coffee there once. So I ordered a burger & Coke with fries, and all items were tasty & fresh.
