Visited for the first time & was not disappointed! The food & service was absolutely wonderful. My husband ordered a boneless wing meal & I had a chicken sandwich meal. The place was extremely busy with people coming in & picking up orders & customers seated at every table, yet our food was prepared quickly without error. I normally love Wingstop however, I got super sick from eating at this location. Went to the doctors because my stomach was sore for a week non stop throwing up and running to the bathroom. TMI but I did a stool test and not to go into detail but everything lead back to this locations food! I would not recommend eat here. I'm positive the food handling is not properly done. read more

I got the 20 pc bone in yesterday at around 3 pm. An hour or so later I became horribly sick and have had food poisoning since. I won't get into details but this is one of the nastiest sicknesses I've ever had, likely salmonella. I assume the food was improperly handled. I wouldn't recommend it and I won't be going to Wingstop again. read more

I have zero complaints about this place. Since it opened not too long ago I have been about 6 times. The garlic parmesan wings are my go to and recently I found out I can order an extra side of the flavoring which makes it even better. They have the best ranch so I always get extra to use later and the spicy seasoned corn is a perfect addition to the chicken! Useually wingstop is super good here but you do notice how they change teams every month, we went in and immediately the till guy who looks like the hunch back crawls over and says "name" give him my name and he says the waits 5 min 20 minutes later we walk up and ask if the order is ready but the whole time it was on the rack right in front. I've been remiss in reviewing Wingstop. Mostly because I wanted them to get past the "New Restaurant!" phase and into a normal workflow. They're good. The staff are getting the routine down, they are friendly and professional, and well... they get my order correct. I've tried a number of different wing/sauce combinations, the thighs, the "boneless wings", the tenders, the fries, and the rolls. Sauces: Atomic, BBQ, Korean BBQ, Cajun, lemon pepper, and garlic Parmesan. Dips? Nah, I don't dip. The Atomic reminds me of Dave's Insanity sauce flavor wise. Just not ridiculous heat. Then again, I do heat. Korean BBQ has the roots of a Korean BBQ sauce with the little hoisin back end. The BBQ sauce reminds me of a typical sweet BBQ sauce like Sweet Baby Ray's. The Cajun, lemon pepper, and garlic Parmesan are all dry seasonings, not a sauce. I prefer the dry seasoning just due to the overall carb count. The Cajun was good, but not my favorite. I'd put the other two in a tie. The bone in options are all bare, the boneless options are all breaded. I'm a fan of bare. 'Nuff said. The fries are tasty, but have seemed to be over seasoned and cold every time. The rolls are delicious but some of them have been proofed improperly so you get a nice puffy roll with a big freaking air pocket. Fill that pocket with chocolate and you'd have a nice dessert! read more

First time coming in here. The girl at the counter, Veronica, wa super informative and had great recommendations and a warm welcome when I walked in. I would have given this place 5 stars, but as I was sitting and waiting for my food, I heard (who I assumed to be the manager) rudely yell for Veronica when new customers came in. She wasn't more than a couple feet away. He yelled her name in such a tone where I felt super uncomfortable being in the area. "Veronica.. VERONICA!" I understand the need to keep a team on track, however, how he spoke to her in the short time I was in there, makes me want to not come here again. Tried Wingstop for the first time tonight. It was AWFUL! Ended up throwing the food away. Couldn't find chicken in the breaded pieces. Sauce on the boneless wings that was supposed to be mild wasn't. Everything was so salty. The fries weren't bad and were nicely crisp. However, so much salt that you couldn't eat then. Even the dipping sauces were incredibly salty. [and I love salt] It was a total waste. Never going there again. read more

I came in for my lunch try their new chicken sandwiches. When I walked in there was no line I placed my order and sat down. The place is small. where I got my Burger. The chicken on the edges was fully cooked but the center burger was still raw. When I told the lady and showed it to her. she showed it to her cooks and all she could say was that I'm sorry and that I'll make you another sandwich. My lunch was over and I had to leave to make it back on time. So she said I can give you credit for the sandwich only. Make sure to check your chicken. read more

I'm always looking for a good wing place so when this place opened I was pretty excited. Wings here are pretty mediocre. The bbq sauce was good, the garlic parmesan was a dry rub which for me is a bit of a disappointment but they did have a lot of flavor. We drove into town only to find indoor dining closed so that messed up the experience a little bit. The employees were friendly and I'll be back when they have indoor dining open. read more

I got a meal for two this evening. A very slow evening and over an hour before closing I ordered a meal for two to go. I got garlic parmesan and Hawaiian classic wings with fries. As we drove away and dug into our food we were sadly disappointed by first sight of the garlic parmesan wings. They were extremely dry and hardly had any parmesan added on top. Some didn't even look like they had much more done to them than deep fried! I immediately called and talked to a very helpful and kind guy over the phone and was close enough to finish the conversation in person back at the wing stop location. He had no problem remaking our order with a heavy coating of sauce. Now here's the problem there was another employee whom was very very rude. Almost as if she were going out of her way to be extra rude and to show no kindness whatsoever! She made me very uncomfortable. Even with my efforts to be kind to her she was still as rude and unkind as ever! She made rude snide remarks and when I complimented her on doing a much better job on the wings second time around she made a snide rude remark along with looks that could kill. I kindly asked for some napkins and she pulls one off the roll, and as she glares at me, hands me the one napkin off the roll! As i was leaving i informed her if she was so unhappy with her job, IN CUSTOMER SERVICE, maybe she shouldn't be working there. I left before she could continue with her vile comments and evil death glare could get to me. I will never ever in a million years return to Wing Stop in Burlington! As a side note i myself used to be employed at a wing stop in Portland Oregon. That behavior towards customers would never fly in the workplace. read more

decided i wanted to give wingstop a try cause i've been seeing how popular it was. walked in and was not greeted. ordered my food and waiting about 30 minutes, 2 people who came in after me got their food before me. the white haired lady was super rude and aggressive towards other employees and customers. when i finally went to ask if mine was really or hadn't even been started.so i had to wait another 15 minutes. when i got my food the it wasn't even the right order and the fries were burnt my boneless wings were hard and not chewable. honesty the worst just service i've ever experienced and i will not go there again. read more
