Pizza factory is my favorite place in the general area for take out pizza. If you wanted to dine in, they also have an actual salad bar, which takes me back lol, I love me a salad bar with all the fixings. But to me, the best thing about their pizza has got to be the crust. They hand toss it, they have gluten free options if you're into that, but I really like their regular crust. Solid choice in my opinion. I'll also add that most other pizza kind of upsets my guts a little the next day, but never with this pizza. And the air fryer for the leftovers is great too. We ordered a large canadian bacon with pineapple and black olives. It sure smelled good, wasn't sure if it was going to make it back in one piece. One of the filthiest places I've ever eaten. Came in well after the lunch rush. Dirty tables and food/heat tray. Salad bar not replenished with some items. No TP in the women's restroom. We make a special trip all the way from Bellingham specifically to eat at Pizza Factory. Every time we have ordered from here, our experience has been nothing but great in terms of service, food quality and wait time. In my opinion, the only down fall is that it's definitely pricey to eat here--especially for those who have an entire family to feed. On the other hand, you do get what you pay for (fresh hand tossed dough, good bread sticks, delicious pizza and the best ranch dressing ever IMO). We will continue to make special trips to Skagit County just to order take out until a Pizza Factory opens in Bellingham or Ferndale. Two thumbs up, Burlington Pizza Factory! read more

There were 5 or 6 different pizzas plus breadsticks and cinnamon dessert pizza. Fresh baked pizza tasted good! Salad bar has decent variety. Drink comes with the buffet. There's no price for the buffet and I was a little confused. Kids buffet is only under 9 so we paid a full price for my ten year old. It's a good price for adult, but not so much for kids who don't eat a lot like mine. Overall, I'd go again. My kid said the croutons from the salad bar tasted really good:) read more

Update: we're still ordering here occasionally. I think profit and the pandemic have caused them to modify their pizzas. Prices are still what I would expect to pay for a premium pizza, but quality has dropped like a rock. A smaller amount of toppings, assembly, and presentation have all dropped. I'm not changing my star rating, but now posting the same rating for different reasons. After a crummy experience here, we came back to give them another shot. They were extremely friendly and apologetic about the pizza we got (dry and chewy) and gave us a new one. We decided to eat in the store since we were starved by the time it was ready. The only complaint I have now is they didn't come our sodas, but no big deal. I love Pizza Factory. Sometimes I have these horrible, insatiable cravings for PF breadsticks that nothing but the original can cure. I try to grab a small sticks whenever I am up in the Valley to visit my family/friends. Their pizzas are delicious, toppings are always fresh, and the salad bar is just tops. Pizza crust is nice and chewy, but not too soft, just perfect if you ask me. Try a Seahawk or a Tiger, they're a bit pricey, but well worth it if you're a meat-lover or like a good combo. They also have pretty decent dinner specials throughout the year, and a great all you can eat pizza buffet that I think runs 7 days a week (maybe not sundays) They have great sandwiches, great pizza, great salads, everything is tops. I worked here in high school so I can attest to the commitment the owners put into this business. Ken and Denise live and breathe their business and it shows. Denise takes pride in keeping the place clean, comfortable and friendly, and Ken can almost always be found in the store. They've taken the time and money to convert what used to be the party room into a great little arcade room to keep the kids busy and out of your hair, and they have a big screen that always features a good game! Bottomline is they are just the best in Skagit County. I only wish we had a PF here in Seattle, or maybe one that was closer than Arlington, or a ferry ride away :( read more

OK when you have a 10 year old son, pizza is a staple food, or at least he would like it to be. This is great for the buffet because they have salad and pizza for cheap. Then we seriously drank the Koolade when we found another location RIGHT near our home, here, in Skagit. They rock. Check it out. --THE LONG OF IT-- When future-husband & I were a freshly minted couple, we went to Port Townsend in vacation and arrived exhausted. We started eating, then in unison, both looked up mid-slice, and in pleasant surprise, said "wow...is this pizza amazing or are we just starving?". We were sold and ate there THREE more times during our WEEKEND trip. Now fast forward a year or two (a wedding, enrolling in university, purchasing a home, moveing to Sedro-Woolley), and this pizza has become relationship legend. Then one day while running errands, we see it: "...IS THAT A PIZZA FACTORY?! OH SH!T OH SH!T ...oh SH!T!". I mean, it was fate, & like was said in Jurrasic Park, "Nature will find a way". It's hard to believe that we practically live so close so long! But we soon realized we weren't exactly "so close" them, because the Burlington shop won't deliver to Sedro Woolley (major bummer). The parents will actually WANT to eat it after the child fails to finish it off course. -- My personal favorite pizza is a creation of Pineapple & Pepperoni: the sweet fruit balances &9 cuts through the slight spice of the pepperoni. Ya can't miss with this one! -- The restaurant includes a good sized indoor dining room with banquet-style seating: perfect for kid's parties (it blows Chuck-E-Cheese out the water because --let's be real-- it's best feature is that it's not Chuck-E-Cheese), sports' ceremonies, casual family celebrations (it does look like a red-check tablecloth, classic pizza spot so don't go thinkin it's fancy), and so much more -- Why not offer special delivery to Sedro-Woolley when requested (ie, no need to advertise it), but include a surcharge and/or a minimum tip, like restaurants do for parties over certain sizes. This place is a mess! Seems to be a health inspection away from closing. Unprofessional and unattentive staff. Never full or fresh buffet during my 5 visits here to date. (I keep hoping it will be better, so I keep trying). This will now be my last visit here. I'm thinking it must be the only pizza buffet in town, so they don't care about service or quality. Best salad bar and pizza my only reason for not a five star review is because the managers and or owners need to check their cashier workers attitude! I came in right about 5 mins after they were open where I work we are on a time schedule and so I I knew I could count on the pizza factory! Which I did for the most but the skinny meth looking cashier girl with her wore out cowgirl boots was just rude! reason I didn't leave no tip. On top of me getting my food she proceeded to make the next woman come in feel uncomfortable or at least I felt uncomfortable for the customer, becuase this worker had Attitude! towards that woman and was not friendly what so ever I felt real sorry for the lady! When she simply was asking a question or confirming information. That worker had terrible customer service! That was my biggest red flag which I've never experienced at pizza factory even before the remodel until this last week! Now today 2/22/2021 at around the Noon the salad bar was beautiful! But croutons where pretty much empty and no bacon bits but that's just small stuff other then that food is was amazing and the kid working was super respectful and nice get that one worker in check and I'll change my review but I'm still coming in for great food! I joined the club they offer which gave me a coupon for a free breadstick order with the purchase of a pizza. I ordered a pizza and wings and showed my coupon and they told me i had to get an extra large eventhough the coupon didnt mention a size. It was only me eating so I didnt want to get a large and the manager wouldnt apply the coupon. If youre going to offer coupons you cannot make up stipulations or rules that are not written on the coupon. I told him it was my first time and he wouldnt give it still. I will not be going here and I will not recommend it to anyone. Its a shame because I live close and was hoping it would be my new pizza place. I will not return to a stingy place..
