Solid pie, a bit heavy on the sauce and crust, but worth it for something different. Semi chain restaurant with a family forward, laid back vibe.

Well, I don't know what to say about this pizza. The dough is so thin that you can't even pick it up.

Stopped on our way through town for a pizza to take back to our campground. Wished you would have noticed the buffet sign, before we ordered and paid for our pizza. I digress. We ordered a large canadian bacon with pineapple and black olives. It sure smelled good, wasn't sure if it was going to make it back in one piece. We were pleasantly surprised at the quality and flavor of our pizza. Good amount of toppings, sauce and cheese. We will most likely come try the buffet while still in the area.

Chicken Greek salad was fresh and delicious!

Chicken Greek salad was fresh and delicious! The salad bar also had a fair amount of options. The pizza was also great!

We make a special trip all the way from Bellingham specifically to eat at Pizza Factory. Every time we have ordered from here, our experience has been nothing but great in terms of service, food quality and wait time. In my opinion, the only down fall is that it's definitely pricey to eat here--especially for those who have an entire family to feed. On the other hand, you do get what you pay for (fresh hand tossed dough, good bread sticks, delicious pizza and the best ranch dressing ever IMO). We will continue to make special trips to Skagit County just to order take out until a Pizza Factory opens in Bellingham or Ferndale. Two thumbs up, Burlington Pizza Factory!

There were 5 or 6 different pizzas plus breadsticks and cinnamon dessert pizza. Fresh baked pizza tasted good! Salad bar has decent variety. Drink comes with the buffet. There's no price for the buffet and I was a little confused. Kids buffet is only under 9 so we paid a full price for my ten year old. It's a good price for adult, but not so much for kids who don't eat a lot like mine. Overall, I'd go again. My kid said the croutons from the salad bar tasted really good:)

Fresh, great sauce, good amount of toppings. Breadsticks were a solid choice. Will be going fack when I'm in the area.

My personal favorite pizza would have to me the Rancheesy Pizza, basically a cheese pizza with a ranch reduction.

We're originally from NY but let me tell you, Nonna Luisa Ristorante beats "the best," most well known Italian restaurants in and around NYC. Hands down. There's no way anyone could possibly leave this place feeling anything other than full, happy, and excited to come back. Like a true Italian family, Nonna's won't let anyone go hungry. We were planning on having dinner here one night but the ferry was late. By the time we pulled up it was already 30 minutes after they closed so we sat in our car parked across the street looking up what other places might still be open. The owner happened to be outside and shouts "Are you hungry?!" They had already cleared out for the night, there weren't people still sitting down eating. But he invited us in anyway. I would've expected our server Carmen to be annoyed because I'm sure she wanted to go home but instead she welcomed us in just like the owner did. We thanked her and apologized but she said "that's what we do here, we take care of people." They even gave us a free desert since we were celebrating a birthday. Come here because you're hungry, come here to celebrate, come here because you don't feel like cooking, come here because it's a random Wednesday... just come here.

We arrived around 4:35 PM, and by 4:45 PM the restaurant was packed. Thankfully, we had a reservation, so we were seated almost immediately. I came here to celebrate my birthday, and the service was exceptional. Our server took the time to walk us through the specials, which took about 10 minutes, and she was incredibly patient and attentive throughout the entire meal. Since it was my birthday, they also graciously treated me to dessert with a song, which was a thoughtful touch I ordered the Pesto Pasta and added chicken for an extra $5. I didn't mind paying the additional charge, but I was disappointed by how little chicken was included there were only one or two small pieces. The pesto sauce itself was flavorful, but it was quite rich and heavy because of the amount of cheese, making the dish a bit overwhelming by the end. The real star of the meal, however, was the tiramisu. It was honestly one of the best tiramisus I've ever had. The balance between the coffee flavor and sweetness was absolutely perfect, and the texture was light and creamy. I would happily come back just for the tiramisu. The portion was also very generous and could easily be shared between two people. The pasta portions were equally impressive. I couldn't finish mine, so I was happy to take the leftovers home for lunch the next day. Overall, I had a wonderful birthday dinner. Between the excellent service, generous portions, and outstanding tiramisu, this is a restaurant I would definitely return to.

Big shoutout to the bartenders my husband asked if they could put on one of his sports games and even though the place was busy, they went on a full treasure hunt for the remote and then instructions on how to use it ( that was not a normal tv and remote situation) At one point it looked like they might have to summon the TV gods with a breadstick offering. The bartender even took the time to find the channel for my husband because he didn't even know which channel was broadcasting his game. Dedication like that was 10/10 and deserves applause! This location feels newer and more updated than most Olive Gardens I've been to. We didn't stay for a full dinner, but we enjoyed breadsticks, salad, and wine at the bar while the game played honestly that's already a winning combo. Took the rest of our food to go to tiramisu, chicken broccoli fettuccine, and shrimp fettuccine. Everything was just as good later on. We were only visiting the Burlington area for a weekend, so this isn't our usual stop. But if I'm ever back and want to watch a game with a drink, I'd come here again. Solid food, friendly staff, and bonus points for turning breadsticks into game-day snacks.

We started with the Pappardelle Al Ragu Di Cinghiale, which was quite tasty, though the pasta felt a smidge on the drier side. Unfortunately, the Osso Buco ($75) missed the mark immensely. The veal was overdone and notably fatty, and the saffron risotto was very dry; it desperately needed a sauce to pull the components together. At that price point, I expected a much more refined execution. It's a lovely place to sit and the staff are wonderful, but the main courses didn't live up to the premium cost. Edit: I'm surprised by this response. I took the time to highlight what your team does well--the service and the atmosphere were truly lovely. My feedback on the Osso Buco was meant to be constructive, especially given the high price point. It's disappointing that instead of addressing a kitchen consistency issue, the suggestion is simply to eat elsewhere. I'll certainly take that advice.

Chef Alberto runs the whole operation himself cooking, serving, sharing stories, and making you feel like you've been invited to Sunday lunch at his family's table in Italy. Served in a simple plastic container yet unforgettable perfectly balanced sauce pasta cooked just right, and eggplant that was tender and full of flavor. My husband ordered the chicken mushroom ravioli, and I was tempted to sample half of it. Big, pillowy pasta filled with rich, savory goodness an absolute win!
