Solid pie, a bit heavy on the sauce and crust, but worth it for something different. Semi chain restaurant with a family forward, laid back vibe.

Well, I don't know what to say about this pizza. The dough is so thin that you can't even pick it up.

Stopped on our way through town for a pizza to take back to our campground. Wished you would have noticed the buffet sign, before we ordered and paid for our pizza. I digress. We ordered a large canadian bacon with pineapple and black olives. It sure smelled good, wasn't sure if it was going to make it back in one piece. We were pleasantly surprised at the quality and flavor of our pizza. Good amount of toppings, sauce and cheese. We will most likely come try the buffet while still in the area.

Chicken Greek salad was fresh and delicious!

Chicken Greek salad was fresh and delicious! The salad bar also had a fair amount of options. The pizza was also great!

We make a special trip all the way from Bellingham specifically to eat at Pizza Factory. Every time we have ordered from here, our experience has been nothing but great in terms of service, food quality and wait time. In my opinion, the only down fall is that it's definitely pricey to eat here--especially for those who have an entire family to feed. On the other hand, you do get what you pay for (fresh hand tossed dough, good bread sticks, delicious pizza and the best ranch dressing ever IMO). We will continue to make special trips to Skagit County just to order take out until a Pizza Factory opens in Bellingham or Ferndale. Two thumbs up, Burlington Pizza Factory!

There were 5 or 6 different pizzas plus breadsticks and cinnamon dessert pizza. Fresh baked pizza tasted good! Salad bar has decent variety. Drink comes with the buffet. There's no price for the buffet and I was a little confused. Kids buffet is only under 9 so we paid a full price for my ten year old. It's a good price for adult, but not so much for kids who don't eat a lot like mine. Overall, I'd go again. My kid said the croutons from the salad bar tasted really good:)

We have eaten all across Western WA with many disappointing recommendations but this one blew us away. First things first. Make a reservation. There is almost always a wait and cant imagine how long it would be without one. Great small place with an electric vibe as soon as you walk in. It has that homey chaotic feel as it is a smaller place, very busy but still very inviting. We were met by Papa who is hilarious and just sets the tone for the experience here. All of the staff are very engaging and have wonderful personalities as well as are very proficient in their positions. This place is very much dinner and a show. It was great just watching the mechanics of how everyone worked together and interacted with each other as well as customers. We sat at the bar and I ordered a drink while my wife ordered a handmade lemonade. (she does not like the sugary ones from the gun so the bartender made her one from scratch-she loved it). There are 2 menus, the traditional menu and the specials board. We were served homemade bread with oil and balsamic and also ordered a Caesar salad to split for a starter. I ordered the lasagna from the traditional menu and my wife ordered the Pork Belly Cannelloni from the specials board, both were absolutely delicious. You can tell they make their pastas from scratch as the texture was spot on. The flavor combination for the cannelloni was something I had never had and might be my favorite pasta dish I have ever had. We couldn't finish the portions that were given to us and we were excited to get to enjoy them again at home the next day. We did order the Creme Brulé Cheesecake to take as well and that was also delicious. We got the check and had to relook at the bill to make sure they got everything. For the level and quality of food, we expected the bill to be much higher. Overall we cannot recommend this place enough. We live in Renton and would easily make the drive to eat here in Anacortes with no hesitation. This is our current new favorite restaurant and can't wait to come back.

Our servers Stephanie and Elizabeth were so helpful, they made the whole experience so stress-free! We got to the restaurant an hour early to setup the Auxiliary meeting room we reserved for our club meeting. After talking with the servers, it was decided that it may not be big enough for a group of our size. The servers graciously offered to close off the main portion of the restaurant instead, and redirect the normal patrons to the Auxiliary meeting room. This worked excellent, and there was plenty of space for our club to meet! The servers also helped up re-arrange the tables to suit our needs, and we had plenty of space. The menus worked great, and the food was absolutely delicious. Additionally, we had one or two guests who had dietary restrictions, and the servers were more than accommodating to them. Our club meeting also went very well! The restaurant was quiet and we had no trouble hearing our president and officers make announcements. The servers very discreetly gathered up the checks, and nobody had any complaints about things not being processed properly. Overall, the officers commented about how accommodating the restaurant was and how the servers went out of their way to make our meeting work well. And it did - we one of the highest turnouts of any non-holiday meeting despite the rain. Thanks so much for the great experience. We will be back next year!

Luckily, I booked a table a week in advance, though there was still a short wait before being seated. We started with the meatballs and house salad--the meatballs were especially flavorful and well seasoned. For mains, the spaghetti carbonara with added spicy sausage was excellent, and the portion size was huge. I ordered the gnocchi gorgonzola, which unfortunately leaned too salty and heavy for my taste. The homemade bread was a nice touch and added to the cozy, home-style feel of the restaurant. Despite the holiday crowd, service remained friendly and welcoming throughout. Overall, it felt like a warm neighborhood Italian spot, and we'd definitely come back again.

My companion and I arrived during Happy Hour and these two selections are on that menu, so we had them again--and I guess the utility of this review is to say that these selections continue to be consistently delicious and that this is a wonderful place. We also shared an Afogato--vanilla gelato with decaf espresso poured over! Perfect, quite light after our meal and beautiful enough to paint as a watercolor. This is one of our easy go-to's when looking to dine out. We were happily helped by friendly bartenders, Nicole and Sie, who made great recommendations and great drinks for us. I especially loved the Mario Cicotti cocktail (an interesting variant of an Old Fashioned--including tobacco bitters and charred orange peel!--very interesting). And we enjoyed the beautiful, warm Montepulciano Nicole recommended. And they concocted a surprise drink for my dessert--I can't recall what it was--but it was lovely and came with a bunch of hearts! Consistently wonderful place in all ways, with lots of heart itself. In my opinion, what's not to love?

Big shoutout to the bartenders my husband asked if they could put on one of his sports games and even though the place was busy, they went on a full treasure hunt for the remote and then instructions on how to use it ( that was not a normal tv and remote situation) At one point it looked like they might have to summon the TV gods with a breadstick offering. The bartender even took the time to find the channel for my husband because he didn't even know which channel was broadcasting his game. Dedication like that was 10/10 and deserves applause! This location feels newer and more updated than most Olive Gardens I've been to. We didn't stay for a full dinner, but we enjoyed breadsticks, salad, and wine at the bar while the game played honestly that's already a winning combo. Took the rest of our food to go to tiramisu, chicken broccoli fettuccine, and shrimp fettuccine. Everything was just as good later on. We started with the Pappardelle Al Ragu Di Cinghiale, which was quite tasty, though the pasta felt a smidge on the drier side. Unfortunately, the Osso Buco ($75) missed the mark immensely. The veal was overdone and notably fatty, and the saffron risotto was very dry; it desperately needed a sauce to pull the components together. At that price point, I expected a much more refined execution. It's a lovely place to sit and the staff are wonderful, but the main courses didn't live up to the premium cost. Edit: I'm surprised by this response. I took the time to highlight what your team does well--the service and the atmosphere were truly lovely. My feedback on the Osso Buco was meant to be constructive, especially given the high price point. It's disappointing that instead of addressing a kitchen consistency issue, the suggestion is simply to eat elsewhere. I'll certainly take that advice.
