The outside had that perfect crisp, while the inside was packed with flavor. Dip it into the consommé and it somehow gets even better. It's one of those dishes you keep thinking about after you leave. What really elevated the whole experience, though, was the service. Matt took care of me, and he was outstanding -- super attentive without being overbearing, genuinely friendly, and clearly takes pride in what he does. He made great recommendations and made sure everything was spot on.
