Stopped in late on a Saturday night. Service at the bar was great. The bartender was solo, and she was working really hard. I don't think I saw her stop moving for the entire hour was there. So I ordered the 3 grilled chicken tenders thinking they would be huge. They came out looking like chicken strips meant for a salad. 'Twas the night before New Years ~or~ 45 Minutes in the BW3. a story by Steven C Moore (The right people will get that). In three visits we've found napkin and straw wrappers all over the floors. I think it might be part of the decor. Growing up we had restaurants that encouraged throwing peanut shells on the ground. Explains that. The biggest reason service is so slow is understaffing. Our server, had twenty tables to cover on her own. Luckily, only twelve were filled. Twelve? The woman still needed roller skates to get 'er done. Any help is appreciated, I'm sure, but the guy they sent to help her had the blazing speed of my grandpa Joe. I hate to act like grandpa, but, I hope they don't pool tips. He's handling four tables to her eight. But I digress. I love these places because I can pretend I'm listening to Mrs. E. when I'm really focusing on the Music City Bowl and women's basketball and high school volleyball. From where I sat I counted over 40 screens! We started with a tray of pretzel knots that included honey mustard sauce and an even better bar cheese. Mrs. E. calls it a grilled cheese appetizer. I didn't get it. I laughed anyway. We had waited over thirty minutes for our boneless wings, when a table that ordered ten minutes after us started eating. Then one by one everyone around us was eating. What happened? This review started off jovial and punchy. Now I'm kinda pissed. And hungry. Forty-two minutes for twenty boneless wings. Ashley had taken over because we managed to sit through the five o'clock shift change. She asked if we would still like to see the manager, as she placed a huge bag of food in front of us and uttered everyone's favourite words NO CHARGE. Also understand in this area, it's limited on places to eat on a Sunday night. I get there at 915 and told that the establishment is closing at 10pm and they will not serve me so I asked if I could take my order to go which I was told that the "kitchen staff is cleaning up and closed for the day" but there's tons of people inside being taken care of... Just had dinner at Buffalo Wild Wings in Blue Ash, and I believe it was the most disappointing meal I've had in a long time. We all ordered boneless wings which were not much more than a bunch of overcooked breading. My daughter ordered mozzarella sticks which were just the sticks, all the cheese had been cooked out of the sticks. We ordered celery and blue cheese and only received one order of celery. Went here Monday night. Place was not busy. I ordered traditional wings 5 Mango Habanero, 5 Thai Curry, and 5 Mild wings. I also got Raspberry Lemonade. Pros: Service was very good. Brittany our waitress was very prompt. Colleague never dined at B-Dubs before. She did not push him. Gave him space so that he can choose wisely. She also recommended items from the Happy Hour menu. Bartender was super awsome friendly and quick with the order. Drinks where great but THE FOOD. I came in knowing it was a BWW so I wasnt expecting 5 stars but they set a record for terrible food. Nachos tasted like they took them from other tables garbage and mixe them with some new ones and burnt them in the microwave. Still had some old salsa on a couple. Onion rings looked like they where cooked then they turned the oil off and forgot them there. Came back pulled them out microwaved them and served them. Wings tasted like they got cooked in the morning and left out all day then reheated in an air fryer. Sorry you, like the rest of this chain failed. read more

HORRIBLE experience here on a lunch hour carryout order. My coworkers and I decided we wanted to eat out last week for lunch and agreed to order from Bdubs. We used their online ordering system, which honestly, leaves something to be desired. I didn't love the way the online menu was laid out, but the real problem came in the "other instructions" box given at the bottom for each item ordered. IT ONLY GIVES YOU 18 CHARACTERS. This is not enough to give ANY instruction. Horrible. Out of the three of us that ordered, only one of us received our food exactly as ordered. Also, I set the pickup time to 12:30 and my dfood wasn't ready until 12:45. Coworker #1 got a chicken sandwich and subbed veggies for her side and had zero complaints or problems. Coworker #2 got a buffalo grilled chicken salad and subbed the blue cheese for colby jack. Unfortunately, we go the salad WITH the blue cheese and no colby. For her, it made the salad completely inedible. I got a chicken wrap and in my instructions, I tried to put that i wanted extra ranch and bbq on the side, but nope, the "on the side" didn't make it and my wrap came gross and soggy. I don't blame the employees for this, as it was the online system and they never saw the rest of my instruction, but it ruined my wrap. I also requested a side salad with it, to come with no onions or peppers Guess what? Both were included in my salad. Unreal. Coworker #2 decided to call in and request a refund, since her salad was inedible (I mean, c'mon, blue cheese is a very strong flavor and impossible to pick off). The manager fought her on a refund and explained that "the salad comes with blue cheese." If you are not going to allow substitutions, state it on your menu. Then at least I'd know how lousy your customer service is up front. At the end of the day, the manager did refund for the salad. But seriously, don't eat here. They can't honor your requested pick up time, they mess up your food, and they refuse to accept responsibility for their actions. read more

We've been eating at this location of Buffalo Wild Wings for the past 6 months. Usually we eat in and most often the orders are delivered correctly although sometimes we have to repeat that the french fries have yet to appear or the avocados are so green that they can't be eaten. This time we decided to have the order delivered. To begin with, the order arrived fully 30 minutes later than promised on the website. Further, when my wife was eating her Burger she found a piece of chicken cartilage. It is shown in the first photo. The second photo is of the box in which the order was delivered. The concern over the chicken bone in the burger wasn't because it might cause food poisoning. The concern was that my wife could have choked on this piece of cartilage. Further that concern was that anyone else who found a similar piece of burger with embedded chicken bone could also choke if the bite size were adequately large that individual could have choked on the combination of chicken bone and burger bread pickle bacon and everything else on it and could have possibly have died. I called the manager of the restaurant to let him know about the embedded chicken bone but was told that he was extremely busy and that I would have to call back. I couldn't seem to get across to the person who answered the phone that this might be a rather urgent matter. Further it is now pushing an hour and a half since the incident of finding the embedded chicken bone and I have yet to hear back for the manager although he has my name and telephone number. We will not be returning to eat at this particular Buffalo Wild Wings for the foreseeable future as long as we lack assurance that the kitchen staff and the management have left the premises permanently. read more

While some people ordered food and got it, when my wife an I ordered we received nothing for 45 minutes, so we asked for our check, paid for beers, and left. Useless staff. Go to the BW3 in Harper's Point. EDIT: While I still suggest going elsewhere, the management (unnamed) did send me an email promising to do better. Maybe I will give them another shot. read more

It seems like this location has its ups and downs every few months. Stop in for lunch and this must be its up time. Order wings and fries all cook correctly and covered in sauce. Our server stop over and kept glasses filled. Had welcomes from staff we past to sit down. So as always they hire good staff but they never stick around so I will stop in again til it changes. read more

I've been there when it's slow and when it's busy and each time it's gone over an hour from order to checkout. I talked about how nice the night was that evening and how this place has a patio over looking a little pond out back. With a group of about ten, after I arrived the seating process was immediate. I usually like to venture out and try something local when I'm visiting a city away from my home, but the majority voted on BDubs. This location looks exactly the same as the Lexington locations. There is plethora of TVs featuring football games, even during lunch time on a weekday. It took about five minutes for the waitress to come over and take our drink orders... never a great start. Only two people were given lunch menus, so a few shared. I will say that after she took our food orders, the food arrived fairly quickly. I've had the chicken salad at the Lexington location, so I decided to stay safe and order it. When I had it before, sauce on the fried chicken was coated. This time the sauce was poured over the chicken, spilling over into the lettuce. I didn't quite mind it, tossed it around and used it as a dressing. That was less ranch that I had to use. When life gives you sauce, toss it around... Or something like that. read more

I've been here a handful of times and every time, after I order my food, I say to myself , "Ugh, why do I keep coming here?!" The service is bad. It's not the worst I've ever experienced, but there is most definitely room for improvement. The same people have been there the handful of times I've been there and they all perform like it's their first day on the job. They don't know what keys to punch on the register, they don't know what's on the menu, and even after double checking with my server (the one time I didn't get a takeaway order) they got my order wrong! And not to mention it's incredibly slow. I think if you ordered ahead and waited a half hour or 45 minutes before you went to pick it up, that would be your best bet. B-Dubs is a chain that serves bar food and has loads of beers on tap. That's about all there is to say. Every location is pretty much the same. That is the whole point of a chain. This chain is aimed at sports fans, mostly young and middle-aged men, so the waitstaff are young women in tight clothes, and TV's are everywhere with ESPN and whatever game is going on at every turn. I have been to this location a few times for lunch with coworkers. It's nothing out of the ordinary. Service is okay, food is okay, everything is okay. Just don't expect more than okay. read more

The service at this BW3s is particularly slow. It's close to work so I've been a few times (which is a few too many) and they're always extremely slow.
