I was genuinely disappointed with this experience given the price point and expectations set by the menu. I ordered a $16.95 meal that included six wings and fries, and unfortunately the quality did not match what I would consider acceptable for that cost. The wings were the biggest letdown. They arrived noticeably dry, as if they had been sitting under a heat lamp for too long or were previously cooked and reheated. There was very little juiciness or freshness, and the texture leaned tough rather than tender. The flavor also felt muted and didn't stand out in any meaningful way, which made them feel even more underwhelming. The fries were equally disappointing. Instead of being crisp or even moderately firm, they were soggy and limp. They lacked any real texture and quickly became unappetizing. It felt like they had absorbed too much moisture either during packaging or sitting before serving, which made them lose their appeal almost immediately. The ranch dressing was another downside. It had an off taste that didn't complement the food at all, and I actually ended up throwing it away rather than using it. It didn't taste fresh or balanced, which only added to the overall disappointment of the meal. Overall, for nearly $17, I expected a much higher level of quality, freshness, and care in preparation. Unfortunately, the combination of dry wings, soggy fries, and unappealing sauce made the entire meal fall short. Based on this experience, I don't see myself returning or recommending it to others. read more

Service was fast and efficient! Tabatha is in game mode every time I walk in. She's the shit and we love her. Thank you Wingstop and Tabatha

I had a fantastic experience with Jose and Autumn! Their customer service was top-notch--friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure I felt valued as a customer. Thank you both for making my visit so enjoyable! Highly recommend! read more

The place didn't look that clean. The service was not anything special. The food has been taking a long time. When we got our food, it was good. The wings hit the spot. read more

Stop in on my way to Vegas!!!!! Food was great services was awesome. Restaurant was very clean!!!!!'

Staff are friendly but the location is not well maintained! Bathroom is disgusting and the cooking area is closed off. That is not the standard for Wing Stop that I am use to. I have always seen straight through the kitchen. read more

If I could give no stars I would I stopped here to get food with my family from Arizona and it was the worst service the lady was very rude and had bad attitude they put the ranch on the bottom of the bag and it spilled and gave attitude when we showed the bag went to the back and procceded about the customer like no one can hear cause she didn't want to give ranch and said with attitude the should have took it out first . If you don't like customer service don't work at a place where you have to provide customer service and not be rude to customers . I believe her name was Amelia will not be stopping back here again and would not recommend to any family or friends driving back and forth to stop at this place also no trash cans around to throw away trash if dinning in . read more

I order a 20 piece boneless meal and a lakers legendary bundle along with 2 tenders and I'm missing my 16 bone in wings. I call the store and speak with the manager and I'm trying to explain I don't got my bone in wings and this dude just hangs up like I'm trying to cheat them outta wings like come on you don't hang up like that on the spot idk what the manager name is but his voice speech was hard to understand. read more

Food takes an hour and 30 minutes for it to be ready. App says 20-30 minutes but it's just lies. They make you wait forever. Fries always soggy. Chicken is days old. I don't know how they keep this place open. Can't even blame the staff, it's definitely the owner not hiring more people. The cashier is the cook and everything else, feel like they could use more people. Overall tho, food was 4/10 but the services is what kills this place for me. For the owner who sees this, close this place down or HIRE more people. Pathetic f. read more

I was very excited and happy to hear a wing stop was in town. I finally got around to trying these wings and yah...what an experience. I door dashed an assortment of wings. Some of the wings were undercooked and I could not finish them. I actually threw up for the first time ever from eating food from a restaurant. This sucks because I am all for new businesses coming to this small town because Barstow sure does need it. I definitely won't be ordering wings from this establishment ever again, I hope other people have a better experience than I did. read more

Food is yummmm , love me some wings, employees were also giving good service. Tianna took my order and said I could get fries for a survey

Pretty ghetto here they only take card and not cash. The service and food were decent.

Well for starters the fries felt smelt and tasted moldy but not from the naked eye, it tasted like they were cooked with an egg cluster on it then thrown In snow with pee and finally seasoned with salt and salt and other seasonings...... the wings were mid very small and some were BURnt with big BUR. It wasn't bad but I wasn't mid either read more

Awful service, I had to wait 10 minutes for and employee to even look at me. When that happened, she didn't greet me or nothing just look at me to tell her what I need it. The place was a mess. The floor sticky, The drink area had spilled drink everywhere. If that's how they have the front where customers can't see, I wonder how they have the kitchen where they make the food. This place needs new management. Nothing how it was when it first started read more

Waste of money waste of time . Their representative was horrible. We ordered some food waited 25 !! Minutes to find out she misunderstood and ordered just half of the order . I recommend you check your order twice with them . Also , the chicken sandwich was very bad ..:( read more

horrible service got shamed for dashing with my baby and told they were paid to argue with customers refusal to contact or request management or customer service information just trying to do my job and she made it very uncomfortable and very insulting saying disrespectful things about me as a mother without the baby dad there which as she found out he is deceased so it for sure was the absolute worst experience I've had anywhere like ever never had this kind of problem until I came here read more

Food is always up to standard but the new policy of not accepting cash is not good. The cashier had a pretty nonchalant attitude

I have been to this Wing Stop a few times and although they are not open to dine in, the location is great for takeout. The staff is very friendly and if you order in advance, it is a fast stop. I ordered online and was given a 20 min wait time before the food was ready, but it was at most only 15 min before the food was ready. read more

Didn't want fries or coke and had to take both. They had no straws for the drinks, so I have to drink from a cup the counter girl handled. Sure hope she doesn't have Covid. First time and last to go here. Girl was kind enough and it looked clean but has issues. read more

Honestly this place is ridiculously slow. I placed an order online, and once I arrived I was told that they just put my order in and that it'd be ready in 15 minutes. Cool, checked in 15 minutes later and I was told they were making it right now. I asked how much longer and was told it shouldn't be long... I've been waiting for over 45 minutes now and still haven't received my food. If the kitchen is backed up, the staff should tell customers. I'd rather know it'd be a 40 minute wait and go run errands than wait around doing nothing. read more

Wing stop was out "chicken sandwich" so they say. When I walked in to order they said they were out. Another customer was able to get one. So we asked, "I thought you were out". The Manager mentioned we were running low. and the only way to get a "chicken sandwich" you would have to place an order online on the website. Very disappointing. That's the reason we came to wing stop. Not spotless but cleanses it's okay. Would not return to this location and btw, they don't expect cash only cards... read more

This place is not the kind you want to sit down and enjoy a meal. A little rough around the edges and we were expecting a Buffalo Wild Wings type of place - it's far from it. Wings were great, and staff was nice, but I wouldn't do anything more than takeout here. read more

This place is incredibly slow!! We placed our order and we waited for more than 45mins for $70 worth of food for 5 people. The lemon pepper chicken is too salty, French fries are already cold and soggy. The cashier does not have customer service. She is the one who took the order and does not even care that we were waiting for so long. We were waiting inside the dining area. She was just sitting and observing. If she is on break, then the others should've told us the food was ready. One of the people in the back apologized but it is too late! read more
