I'm working out at Fort Irwin and was looking for a place to get gasoline and lunch. The Pizza Hut is right behind a gas station next to the 15 freeway. I went in for lunch The personal pizza was edible. But the hygiene of this location is horrendous The dining area is substantial and everywhere I looked I saw litter on the floor. There was litter at the front door. There was litter everywhere I sat. There were dead bugs on the windowsill. I would definitely have the staff spend an hour to vacuum that floor and clean all the windowsills every morning I will never go back there again read more

As a local I frequently this spot. It's dated and at times can be disorganized or busy as most chain restaurants tend to be. But the food is always good as you would expect from any Pizza Hut. The service and workers are nice and friendly. I would recommend using the app or ordering online. If the store has issues or wants to confirm something they will give you a call as they have called me on such occasions. read more

By far the worst Pizza Hut I've ever been to. Took 15 minutes for them to not ignore me. Then after i start trying to place my order im being told I can't order a soda due to a system error even though I'm looking right at the soda in the refrigerator. After my order is placed we sit in the fly covered lobby that just feels dirty. After 20 minutes our food is ready and I ask so kindly if I can trade sodas for the one I want and get told no cause the manager will have a problem even though the system is glitching. I walked in and was greeted right away by Adam. I saw him working alone, so I was prepared to be patient and wait since he had many other orders. He stopped what he was doing to immediately take my order and send me on my way. I ordered one of their deals, which Adam did great at explaining. They don't have a menu, so I was a bit confused. He did amazing at catching me up and he even told me to download the app for online exclusives! The place was very clean inside and out. My food was perfectly hot and fresh! Tried to call ahead with an order so I wouldn't have to wait so long for my pizza. Spoke to someone from India and they could only take orders for delivery or takeout. I placed an order online paid for all of that. because they out source their call center I couldn't reach the store to confirm my order. I called over 15 times from 10am till about 158pm . I drove up to the store since they didn't answer and apparently the worker eugine isn't allowed to answer the phone. he confirmed my order it all seemed great. Turns out my order was canceled. Deserted, like everything else, the OPEN sign was off but the games were playing inside so we went in. Nobody was at the counter, nobody was in the store, the employee walked up as soon as he saw us. We got cheesy sticks, cinnamon rolls, drinks and a stuffed crust make-your-own pizza with pineapple and some other veggies. They brought the cheese sticks first, then pizza, and cinnamon rolls so we had the snackers while waiting for pizza. Pizza tasted like Pizza Hut should. Bathrooms need a key. Games were on. I have to say that I have always loved Pizza Hut pizza but this location leaves less to be desired. The cheese is always lacking, even if extra cheese is ordered, and the cheese that is on there is burnt up. If cheese sticks is ordered, it should look like cheese sticks not breadsticks with cheese accidentally spilled on them. Wish they would return to what they used to be. Pizza was tasty, still hot when I got home, prepared with all the toppings I asked for and in the half and half way I asked for. Absolutely no complaints. I recommed this place for pizza prepared the way you like, quick service, polite servers, comparable prices, very easy to find for travelers (right off the northbound Barstow Road exit off the I15), and tasty pizza. Good menu selection, pasta, wings, French fries, just wish they had some salads, no beers though (oh well..you can pick some up at the gas station right next door. We went there last night I just read every review and they are spot on dido on everything.. dirty, people were rude, except for the delivery driver which was super loud and funny running through the place. (wow) I said ok cool. We waited ten minutes walked up there and still was not filled, about four things were completely empty, no croutons and the big creaser salad was out as well. I love Pizza Hut but this franchised location is worst in Customer Service and Pizza making in the entire region of the Inland Empire! Why? Well every time I order from here, they either forget to bring something with them when they deliver my pizza or they bring me some paper thin pizza when it was clear that I ordered all the extras. Oh yea, if you don't add on ALL the extra's, they will make your pizza PAPER thin pizza. Also, if you order any of their Specials online, they will also make your Pizza PAPER thin. The staff are all rude and the Manager makes it awkward when you bring up the problems of this location to his attention. But have the gluten challenges, so figured after Google suggested Pizza Hut has a gluten-free crust option, I'd call to see if they had it available. (And ask about salad options, just in case.) Called 'em at 6:45pm yesterday (a Thursday). Can you hold? Sure. And held, and held, and held. After 6 1/2 minutes, the wife calls the restaurant from her phone -- I'm still on hold -- and refuses to be put on hold. Do you have gluten-free crusts? She'd have to check. Do you have salads? No, just at lunch. And that was that; we headed over the Firehouse (review to follow) instead. And I hung up, still without the young girl coming back on the phone, with a 9 minute, 43 second call on the screen. Paid for with a credit card it was around $50 I never received my pizza the next day my money was refunded to me.
