This is ridiculous I wish I could leave a -1 star, I was just in the drive thru for 30, I only had 2 cars infront of me. Which was pretty annoying that type of wait I expect at a dine-in restaurant not in the drive thru. When I got to the window the cashier didn't take my card for another 5 minutes, after the card transaction I didn't received any receipt and I didn't receive my food for another few minutes. I checked my food in the drive thru once I got it to make sure the order was correct, which it was but at that point my food was already cold. Very disappointing but it's fine I have my microwave at home. But when I got home to eat the food was extremely salty. Pretty much inedible. Came here for a mustard hotdog and sauerkraut hotdog with french fries. The place was clean. I was the only customer at buying food. The customer service was excellent and I would rate the hotdogs as average. Nevertheless, I would recommend coming here for lunch as they do have meal deals and the food is cheap. I haven't been to one of these places since maybe 2005 or 2006. It always seems easier to find Del Taco, Jack in the Box, In-n-Out, or Carl's Jr. Sure, if you're looking for hot dogs, the others won't really do. Chili dogs are on the endangered list of foods. Actually today, I got a pastrami sandwich. I don't remember ever eating pastrami on the west coast, but I ate it regularly on the east coast. When you're in Philly or New York City and find a good deli with fresh rye bread, pastrami, and brown mustard, it can be so tasty to have a sandwich made for you. When I was ordering, I thought about how many ways this could go wrong and tried to dismiss all of them. The employee was so friendly and upbeat that it was difficult to think of anything bad at all. When I got the sandwich, I saw the yellow mustard--oh, well. The sandwich was good, and so were the fries, but that was a given. The pastrami was maybe a little too fatty, but people eat bacon and that's really fatty. The bread was soft, as though it had been baked that afternoon. What was missing wasn't as important as what was there--good flavor! I was surprised at how busy the place was. They didn't seem to stop for anything. Made the mistake of eating here. The Asian clerk was pushy about upgrading to medium size fries when we ordered small. Then we get our order and we were missing fries. She claimed she didn't charge us. So we say ok In good faith. She brings medium fries we think oh that's nice. As we are leaving we are about to toss receipts and realized she overcharged us extra food On the first and second bill!! Overall the food is what you've come to expect of Wienerschnitzel, however the restaurant had sticky floors, and was poorly kept. Went thru drive thru, lady was friendly enough, food came out quickly. Got back to hotel and order was wrong, not sure how two sounds like one. Chicken sandwich was revolting, drenched in ranch dressing with soggy lettuce and tomato. Chili fries were nice. Bratwurst with grilled onions came with diced raw onions instead. I ordered one of the new Chocolate Caramel Crunch Freezees - thought I would give it a try. Unfortunately, I wasn't impressed with the taste at all. I went back up to the counter and asked the woman at the register if she would make me a different Freezee because I didn't enjoy the taste of the one I got. She looked over to the woman working the drive-thru and asked if she could do that. The answer was, "It's up to you." The woman then turned and looked at me and said, "No, I won't do it." I was shocked. It's not like there was a long line I was holding up (there was no one else inside the business). What happened to customer service? If you serve food that doesn't take very good, you should be willing to correct it. Shorted me 5 chili dogs...chili was nasty...food was cold by the time they made my order right

I came here to grab a quick ice cream one day and went through the drive through. There was an older Asian woman taking orders. She seemed friendly enough during taking of my order. My big issue is when I pulled up to pay, she took my card in the back to run it (most stores have a card reader they run right there), and I watched her wander around with my card for at least two minutes in hand. On top of this, she came back and said that she needed me to give her my pin number. Yes, she actually told me I needed to tell her my pin, and did not bring any kind of machine to put it into. She said she would do it herself. I told I her I didn't feel comfortable doing that, and asked for my card back. She held onto my card and stated, "It's ok, you can trust me". I stated again that I didn't feel comfortable, and asked her to cancel the order. She finally handed me back my card and said she'd cancel it. I drove away hoping she hadn't been taking copies of my atm card! The manager there needs to address this and not have employees working there that ask for pin numbers.
