Been a minute since I been here and now my rating is gonna be very low . First when I came in there was nobody to greet us and we wait around for 10 min until someone came to ask us if we need help . And even after getting help we have to wait another 30 min until we were seated . The it wasn't busy but we still have to wait for a long time . The table was sticky I don't think they wipe it down good . The food was okay idk food was kind of cold also . Chili's is what's for lunch. The dining area is spacious and mostly empty. For lunch, I came for the special "3 for Me" special. My 3 items consist of their Big Smash Burger, house salad, and Coke in a mug. $11.95 total. I added a $2 tip for the service. She is the most delightful, attentive, and charming server I have ever had at any restaurant. Whenever we pull and see her through the window, I say yesss our girl is here tonight! Great service. Very friendly but not annoyingly so. Kept us covered without being a pest. The food came very quickly and was tasty. We both ordered the Crispy Chicken Tenders with various sauces. The beer (tap) was super cold and the standard margarita was perfect. We did happen to arrive just as one huge birthday party was leaving and it was sad to see the incredible mess they left. Ok our Chilis in Vegas sucks. But, every time we go to LA we hit this one in Barstow because it's always solid!! He had the Crispy Chicken and will not stop talking about it. This place is just ridiculous about acknowledging customers who are waiting to be seated. We've stopper here 2xs since 2026 started. Each time there was ZERO acknowledgement, even from the bartender who saw us waiting. We waited 13 minutes at the host-podeum last time, this time we only waited 5. There are tons of other restaurants near this area, but sadly this one is the only place to wait for TESLA Superchargers. In the end, we used their restrooms, but dined nearby at El Pollo Loco. I was driving all day and couldn't decide what to eat until I saw that commercial for Chili's 3 for Me special. This was my first time eating here at Chili's, located in Barstow, CA. I didn't really have any high expectations, but the food, service, and value blew me away. As I begin entering the door, the woman hostess opens the door for me. I thought that was really nice of her and made my dining experience in a friendly, inviting atmosphere. Service 5/5 My server, Tessi, was friendly and attentive throughout the time I dined in; also, the other team members did an excellent job too, and I got my smash burger combo under 10 mins, which was a plus. Big Smash Burger Combo 5/5 Think of this as a bigger and better Freddy's steakhouse burger, and the patty was juicy and prepared perfectly, cooked with fresh veggies along with their great, crispy-tasting French fries. I was going to order another Big Smash Burger Combo because it was that good and excellent value for only $11.99 with tax, and it comes with your choice of soft drink with free refills, and not too bad chips and salsa were included. I was traveling, so I opted not to order another combo. Strawberry Lemonade 3/5 It's not the best, but hey, free refills and the value for the combo exceeded my expectations. Ambiance 5/5 It has a western-themed interior, but they did play good pop/dance music while I was there. Forget getting a "Big Mac" or "Jumbo Jack." combo this will blow them away. Chili's Big Smash burger combo is a smash hit. If you're in the mood for a big juicy burger and yummy crispy fries, come to Chili's, and you can thank me later. My 1st drink didn't warm me up sufficiently so I ordered a shot of Jameson's, a cup of coffee and made a lovely Irish Coffee. Dessert was their seasonal Peanut Butter Pie and it was very tasty! Stopped in for a bowl of Chili's award winning Chilli. Guess what, they don't have Chilli. WTF? So we ordered the rib plate. We got served ribs from an anorexic pig. There was almost no meat on the bones and what was there was very dry. Waitress was not good and had an attitude as well. Daniel was an amazing waiter. When we arrived at the restaurant it was packed. He noticed us waiting at the podium, asked if anyone had helped us yet. I said no and he ran to clear and clean a booth for us. We told him we were ready to order so he took our order immediately. We ordered the surf & turf and a full rack of ribs. The food was delicious, everything was cooked to order and all of the extras requested extra items (sauce & napkins) were delivered promptly and with a smile. There wasn't a piece of grizzle on that 10oz juicy sirloin steak! (Our dog is going to be very disappointed) Our waiter Daniel and the manager Kevin made sure that everyone had whatever they needed. Review is only for curbside to-go ordering. Most restaurants in California have only recently allowed dining in and at a very limited capacity, this made for a 1-hour wait. Instead of waiting, we decided to place a to-go order via the Chilis mobile app. The first thing I noticed was that the app had an option to get added to the waitlist, but the estimated wait time on the app was 45 minutes shorter than the wait time provided by the restaurant. It was incredibly easy to order through the app. They even had the section for lunch specials and 3 for $10. The 3 for $10 options were a steal since they included a drink and a side (we opted for baked potato soup). The 3 for $10 meals were also well proportioned and filling, which meant my part of my lunch could also be saved for dinner. When ordering from the app you have an estimated pick-up time and can choose if you'd like it delivered to your vehicle curbside or for pick up on their shelf inside (both of which are simple and straightforward). If you choose curbside and arrive within your time frame you'll have the option to say "I'm here" or if you're a tad bit late like I was that option disappears (I do recall seeing an option to call if you're running late, which I didn't). Since I was a few minutes past my time frame, I walked through the to-go area's door and my meals were bagged and waiting for me on their shelf. Our meals were hot, cooked to perfection and not a single item was missing. I would recommend this route if you're not up for waiting to be seated or dining around others. Also, a great idea would be to place your order and then spend the 20-30 minutes it takes to be ready and shop a block over at the outlets. read more

If I could give them negative stars I would. Service was absolutely awful. My parents had to eat off of the same plate because we asked for an extra plate THREE times. They were also out of any green vegetable. We never received our appetizer. I received mashed potatoes instead of Mac and cheese. NOT ONCE, did they ask if everything was ok with our order. NOT ONCE, did they come and check on us. NOT ONCE, did they ask to re fill our drinks. What could be worse right? I was so embarrassed, I chose this place to bring my parents and celebrate my son's birthday......all to have them eat off of the same plate, be completely ignore AAANDDDD we all witnessed beef between the waitresses and the guy who brought our food. The guy was whispering words of annoyance as he served our food. He then proceeded to walk away talking under his breath while the waitresses giggled. RUDE. No service to even ask for the check.
