Lunch is take out only so plan ahead. I chose their Mixed Grill Plate so I can sample several of their items. The plate consisted of beef and chicken kabob plus a beef kofta, salad, rice, pita, and a choice of hummus or baba ganoush. The baba ganoush was the best I have ever tasted. So smoky and flavorful! I could just have that with pita and would be very satisfied. The meats were savory and flavorful. Rice is a seasoned long grain rice which is not basmati but tastes good with the meats. Unfortunately, Foul from their appetizer menu was not available. This fava bean dish is one of my favorites and I wanted to try theirs. Maybe next visit. Staff is friendly and attentive. Plenty of parking in their dedicated lot. Highly recommend.

The cashier was so so kind and it uplifted my spirits after the bad fish tacos i had earlier in the day at a random cafe in Summerlin. And driving for hours. Easy and short menu but it seems like you guys have the recipes down. My husband came from afghanistan last year and he said he hasn't had a shawarma this good... EVER! Such yummy food that's halal. It's got a chicken shop vibe when u walk in. You order at the counter first and the food only took about 10-15 minutes to come out! Clean restaurant and clean bathrooms.

We placed a pick up order about 20 minutes before arriving, but had to wait another 10 min or so before it was ready. Drove to my family's house about 10 minutes away and opened up the containers and went to town. We ordered several of their dishes including their chicken shawrma, pita bread with extra garlic sauce and a kabob plate that came with hummus and outa and pickled vegetables. The food was good. Garlic sauce is not as good as I've had elsewhere. Chicken was tender and the beef was tender also. Unfortunately about 45 min later I was not feeling it. Ended up having some stomach issues afterwards. Won't gross anyone out with the details. But 3 of the 4 got sick and were not feeling good untill the next day. I dont think I'll be back here anytime soon.

We were a bit disappointed that the kibbeh was sold out the second time, but everything else we ordered was excellent, and the portion sizes remained very generous. I was surprised to learn this place has been there for years -- because it didn't have that established 'homey' feel such places should. The service was very attentive and friendly. But one person decided to tell us his life story, which can be charming but in this case was too much too fast. He also went soft political with us and chose the wrong politics for us. I liked how accommodating the servers were, giving us last minute access to a buffet. Some of the foods from the buffet were quite good. A sandwich we had off the menu, however, was lifeless -- lacking flavor. The wrap bread was also fragile because it was stale. Unfortunately this uneven experience means we're not coming back. In general the Mediterranean food in the Redlands area lacks. All restaurants seem to be rated at 4 and above when they're really all just 3s, so please don't take this personally Mr. Kabob.
