Good food, small food truck. If you are on the way back from Vegas to LA.. quick stop for authentic take out, can't go wrong.

It had a hint of lemon, which I liked the vegetables very good. They could have been cooked a little bit more, but they were delicious. The rice was Brown rice and it was so good. It was Fried Rice, but here's the problem. It could have been more healthier, by not putting msg or not making it Fried Rice. Just steamed brown rice organic And and just making it a more healthier version, it was really expensive But it is filet Mignon. But it was still expensive. I wish they would make everything into a more healthier version because there's not a lot of healthy food up in the deserert when I'm up their Also, when I have MSG or when I have stuff that is not healthy. I swell up and my joints hurt. Especially with msg or soy sauce, but everything was super delicious. It's just, I wish it could be a healthier version. I wouldn't mind paying a few bucks less but i know iit was filet Mignon, but it was really expensive. But it was good. But like I said, healthier version and not as expensive, maybe like a few bucks, less would be worth it but for that much I expected grass fed organic like I said just a few bucks lower would be awesome but food was good but I need a healthier version a personal preference but to those who are not you would like it just not the price ‍

Usually about 5 out of 10 vendors are Mexican food, and an occasional sushi truck or BBQ. Would be nice to have some other options come out for this area. It is small so I get it, there may not be enough room, but the crowds are pretty big and consistent for a Saturday night.

There's tons of different food truck option, good vibes, and lots of tasty finds. Favorites for me were the fried rice bowls from Rice Yo Way (that garlic sauce is fire - so good. Get extra!). The Filipino food bowls from MK Kitchen was really good, too... tasted just like a home cooked meal. And, the absolute standout was the juicy, flavorful steak from Arayaki Hibachi. Oh, and there were a few funnel cake trucks, so I don't remember which one I got funnel cake from, but it was absolutely delicious. Only miss of the night was Raf's Shawarma -- waited almost an hour, and the meat was dry, overcooked and disappointing. The baklava was a soggy mess. And, that sponge cake thing tasted like it was growing mold. They even forgot parts of our order. The garlic sauce and salad thing was good, but never again. We learned our lesson. The wait was so long it just ruined the whole night. So, I'm gonna say skip that one and go to El Basha instead, cuz I still love Mediterranean food. Each time I've been there, there's been a different mix of trucks. So, that adds to the excitement. Can't wait to go back and eat my way through more trucks! Mahalo nui.

Smoke ring, texture, staying but pulling off the bone. Pure perfection! Did I mention the Asian/Cajun infused rice? #dabomb. My only critique, his sauce is east coast vinegar style. Add some sweetness/spicy offerings. Those ribs needed no sauce. Thanks for sharing your food and love at Norco Brewery!

I ordered the 3-meat plate with brisket, burnt ends, and the jalapeño cheddar sausage, along with the yakisoba noodles and mac & cheese. Every single item was outstanding. The brisket was incredibly tender with a perfect smoke flavor, the burnt ends practically melted in my mouth, and the sausage had just the right amount of spice and cheesy goodness. The sides weren't an afterthought either. The noodles were packed with flavor and the mac & cheese was rich, creamy, and the perfect complement to the barbecue. What makes Shourai unique is how they blend Texas-style BBQ with Japanese influences. It's not a gimmick it genuinely works and creates something special. You can tell they care about the quality of every bite. If you're anywhere near this food truck, do yourself a favor and stop. I'll definitely be back, and I'll be bringing friends with me next time.

Thanks to my Yelp friends Sharlette and T S, we decided to come here…read more We went on the evening of April 1 and this was no April fools joke the food was legit. We got there a little late since they started at 5 and we got there at 7, but had time to go into recon mode and scout out what we wanted. As usual my wife and son broke off and made other choices...and as usual after they had a bite of mine they kicked themselves for not getting what I chose. My wife got something from the "healthy" truck, my son chose Wise Barbecue and I decided on Kim Bob Rex Sushi - Burrito truck and after so many choices decided on the Mighty Eel burrito. I probably should have taken a better picture of the menu to tell you everything in it, but two pieces of Eel I remember and I believe snow crab surrounded by rice and it seemed like a soy paper burrito wrap. Whatever was in it besides that was just a little slice of delicious and I enjoyed every last bite. There are shared tables here at this and the woman across said she had gotten the Big Fat Alaskan Sushi Burrito with salmon and avocado and she really enjoyed it. Like me, first time eating a sushi burrito. After we finished we made our way to the La Donut truck for dessert. We split a glazed donut with coffee ice cream and Nutter-Butter cookies on it. The nice woman on the truck when asked said they make their donuts fresh daily and it was a big hit. I would highly recommend coming here and getting out of your comfort zone of being enclosed in four walls to eat good food.

Bring your jackets and warm hat because it's freezing out here. I could go in my truck but that's no fun, just the smell of all the different flavors of food cooking, is worth sitting outside freezing your butt off. Every week they rotate trucks, if you want to know whether or not your favorite truck will be out here, just follow them on Instagram. Most of them do accept credit cards but, bring cash just in case. Bring your doggies, there's treats and water for them too. Lol (where do you find that but in Santa Clarita) Lol Food truck prices $10-$15 a plate pretty reasonable. Stop by on Saturdays, you won't be disappointed.
