If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. I've ordered here in the past and got food poisoning. Today I ordered on Uber eats and didn't see which wingstop it was; but to my horror it was too late to cancel and I had to cross my fingers hoping it wouldn't be the garbage I got last time. Well apparently it was because I got the worst experience ever. I ordered two chicken sandwiches, one of them was lemon pepper and the other one was spicy korean Q. When I got the sandwiches they didn't have the chicken patty they're supposed to come with. They had TENDERS instead. But get this, only the lemon pepper had two tiny tenders in it and the spicy korean Q had ONE TENDER SPLIT IN HALF on the inside! It was horrible. And there were these random fibers on the inside of the spicy korean Q sauce almost like hair or something. There was also hair on the fries too. And everything was cold. It couldn't have gotten more shitty. I hate this place. Never ordering from here again. You guys make me sick. I also tried calling them as well and they never answered the phone. First of all.... Does the sauce in the picture look dry?? I asked specifically if it was a dry rub and she said "YES" so I ordered it... Secondly, if I owned that restaurant I wouldn't be letting my kitchen staff "BUMP" their music while their is customers in the restaurant. SO UNPROFESSIONAL. Especially when it's cuss word after cuss word.. And then.... the dining room was so dirty. Nobody was cleaning the tables and the floor was a mess.. they should be on top of it. The cashier had the worst attitude... I suggest you guys really focus on getting your employees well trained and having them start to treat your establishment and customers with a little more respect. A lot of people come here for the wings and they are pretty good here but do not sleep on the Cajun corn! It is a side everyone needs to try out, I'm not really sure how they make their corn this good but it is a better side than fries in my opinion. Service is okay here as well. What is the point of making an online order then waiting 16-30 minutes for your order to be ready, then you get to the location and they say they can't make your order until you show them your ID and card you ALREADY PAID FOR. Now I have to wait another 15 minutes so they can start my order. What a trash ordering system. Workers can't even think about calling their customers ahead of time to let them know to arrive to the store early. read more
