I had to leave a review for Erick, Alma, Jenny, and Leo at the Baldwin Park Wingstop because this crew seriously deserves recognition! The food was SO good yesterday that I literally came back again tonight lol. Everything was fresh, hot, perfectly seasoned, and made with care. You can tell they actually work hard and take pride in what they do. What really stands out though is how kind and welcoming they are every single time. Even when they're busy, they stay professional, friendly, and keep things moving with a positive attitude. That kind of customer service is rare nowadays and it honestly keeps people coming back. Huge shoutout to Erick, Alma, Jenny, and Leo for always showing great energy and making customers feel appreciated. Baldwin Park Wingstop is lucky to have a team like this! read more

Shitty customer service, shitty management. I stopped coming to this location since a while but today I had a incident that instead of helping me out and explain a little bit better although they do it was just rolling their eyes, giving me attitude and rushing me away and when you try to make a complaint about it all they say they're not allowed to give you their name or cop number were too call like everything they take it as a joke.food all greasy like they take it out and don't wait for a bit so oil will come off read more

This place need to do better in service! In person they do okay but when it comes to online and Uber Eats orders they completely fail and ignore details in the orders. I have ordered 2 separate times to give them a chance and both times failed. I asked for extra seasoning in the corn and they put the corn with absolutely no seasoning! In the same order I asked for voodoo fried in the side and they don't even include that in my order at all! read more

this has been my closest to go wingstop location and today i had an ubereats order placed there where my first driver picked up my order but they never confirmed on the app and stole our food and cancelled on picking up our order on ubereats which made another driver go pick up and they were told the our order was picked up already. I understand that part of this isn't fully Wingstop's fault, BUT in order for a delivery person to get the food they have to confirm on the app about having picked up the food. Other locations have that set where the pick up person will confirm on the app and therefore give them the food. It's just upsetting that they don't take security precautions seriously. I even called the wingstop location and they told me they couldn't cancel my order only for them to cancel it 10 minutes later im just putting this here in hopes they take more precautions because this isnt fair to those 3/4 drivers who tried to pick up the order after it was stolen. read more

Paid $80 for food poisoning, both me and my wife got sick. Didn't even finish the rest of the wings

We were craving for some wings and glad this location is near us. I placed the order online and picked up in person. Service was pleasant. Order was accurate. We got 10 traditional and 10 boneless. Sauces/flavor were mango habanero and lemon pepper. The mango habanero was spicy, loved it! Restaurant was clean. read more

Got my order on time no extra wait time and they were busy as well very kind staff as well

Food was good, took a little longer than expected but worth the wait. Fries Better than the Covina location on citrus and arrow 1000000 million times over Friendly good food and good service overall read more

Great service wings taste fresh all the time and if you ever come across any issue the employees are always willing to help (:

Sodium Attack! I ordered a 5 piece hot honey chicken and they gave me these 5 pieces of chicken that you can clearly see are super over seasoned. And to top it off I ordered 2 fries & veggie sticks which did not make it to my order! I called the store to let them know, and they stated yes they did have my remaining items in a second bag. However they failed to let us know that there were two bags for our order. They placed one bag in the counter and let my husband walk off without saying anything. I asked if they could refund me for those items since I was already home. I didn't see the point of returning to get cold fries that would probably disappoint me even further. The worker that helped me said there was nothing he could do and that the items are there for me to pick up. I will definitely not be returning to this location. If you're looking for a great Wingstop experience go to the one on Azusa in West Covina because they never miss. I'm just really disappointed to pay for something I never received, nor did I enjoy the quality of the food I did receive. read more

My teen son ordered a 15 PIECW boneless wings, two large fries, 2 sides of ranch and paid 53.00. Now I don't know about you, but when I saw the notification that he paid 53.00 I was a little . That is ABSOLUTELY ridiculous. Talk about taking advantage of.... I still can't get over 53.00. Apparently he ordered by the piece. Instead of as a meal he ended up paying way more than what this meal was worth. Still in awe 53.00. SMDH. A 10 piece and fry is actually only 18.99 when you order online. Can I say it again 53.00. Lesson learned----- Ordering online from wing stop WILL NOT happen again. read more

Great service, courteous af, and on point! We will definitely be coming back my Son Loves it here.

This meal was lacking... I paid extra for all flats and I did not get it. I also ordered some boneless wings and I did not get it. Lakers Legendary flavor was straight up bland. It was an unfortunate experience. I called the store and they did offer to remake it but nobody wants to drive back to the restaurant and wait another 30 mins during dinner time. read more

Definitely know why everyone chooses the La Puente location over this location. First off don't order online, people who order way after me, as I was waiting for my online order received their food before me. The drink machine did not have ice, luckily they were nice enough to compensate for bottled drinks. But clearly it was because I waiting 25 minutes passed my order time. The workers do try to be helpful but they need a little more customer service skills. Trying to check the orders when I finally received my order I had to go back. I checked the bag and I just requested it and forgot about getting the rest after 30 minutes. It's convenient cuz it's local but not worth it read more

Very disappointing experience for this location. Alright I get it it's Super Bowl Sunday and everyone and their mother wants wings. Inside was packed inside this store. Placed an order for pickup for 3:00pm. So you figure once you get there the order should be ready right? Wrong! not on this day. I didn't understand why you had to check in and right your name down if your there to pickup an order that's been placed hours ago. And to find out it's not even ready yet. Cmon Wing stop. What's the point of preordering on line? The reason for the back up me and everyone gets is because they're busy. So after waiting an hour after my order should've been ready I finally receive the order but it wasn't complete. I finally received the rest of the order and I was on my way. It was just really disorganized. I hope the management takes note of what can be done differently come the next big game day. It could have been handled differently People were frustrated, the store didn't even have the game on for people waiting there missing the game. Bad game management Wing stop. read more

Wings barely have sauce. This particular wingstop is not good. I have been to others where they sauce them correctly. For a Monday deal it was quick but maybe too quick. I'm ok with waiting a little extra to make sure my food is done properly. read more

Want to start by saying thank you to Melina for making sure my order is correct. I always asked for my wings to be extra crispy and at times they do it wrong.
