The food was SO good yesterday that I literally came back again tonight lol. Everything was fresh, hot, perfectly seasoned, and made with care. You can tell they actually work hard and take pride in what they do. What really stands out though is how kind and welcoming they are every single time. this has been my closest to go wingstop location and today i had an ubereats order placed there where my first driver picked up my order but they never confirmed on the app and stole our food and cancelled on picking up our order on ubereats which made another driver go pick up and they were told the our order was picked up already. I understand that part of this isn't fully Wingstop's fault, BUT in order for a delivery person to get the food they have to confirm on the app about having picked up the food. Other locations have that set where the pick up person will confirm on the app and therefore give them the food. It's just upsetting that they don't take security precautions seriously. I even called the wingstop location and they told me they couldn't cancel my order only for them to cancel it 10 minutes later im just putting this here in hopes they take more precautions because this isnt fair to those 3/4 drivers who tried to pick up the order after it was stolen. read more

We were craving for some wings and glad this location is near us. I placed the order online and picked up in person. Service was pleasant. Order was accurate. We got 10 traditional and 10 boneless. Sodium Attack! I ordered a 5 piece hot honey chicken and they gave me these 5 pieces of chicken that you can clearly see are super over seasoned. And to top it off I ordered 2 fries & veggie sticks which did not make it to my order! I called the store to let them know, and they stated yes they did have my remaining items in a second bag. However they failed to let us know that there were two bags for our order. They placed one bag in the counter and let my husband walk off without saying anything. I asked if they could refund me for those items since I was already home. I didn't see the point of returning to get cold fries that would probably disappoint me even further. The worker that helped me said there was nothing he could do and that the items are there for me to pick up. I will definitely not be returning to this location. If you're looking for a great Wingstop experience go to the one on Azusa in West Covina because they never miss. Definitely know why everyone chooses the La Puente location over this location. First off don't order online, people who order way after me, as I was waiting for my online order received their food before me. The drink machine did not have ice, luckily they were nice enough to compensate for bottled drinks. But clearly it was because I waiting 25 minutes passed my order time. The workers do try to be helpful but they need a little more customer service skills. Trying to check the orders when I finally received my order I had to go back. Placed an order for pickup for 3:00pm. So you figure once you get there the order should be ready right? Wrong! not on this day.
