I am a HUGE fan of any In-N-Out Burger location, including this location. The service I receive from all employees during my visits to this location is second to none. Employees have always provided friendly, welcoming, and professional service. I always feel appreciated when I visit In-N-Out. My order has NEVER been wrong despite my usual customer request: Double Double cheeseburger, protein style (no bun, wrapped in lettuce) with grilled and raw onions, no spread, extra mustard, and no salt on my burger or fries. I also include a Flying Dutchman (burger minus the bun, lettuce, and tomato) with a whole grilled onion for my wife. I also add Lite (sugar-free pink lemonade) and Diet Pepsi. My order is ALWAYS SUPER DELICIOUS, fresh, and perfectly prepared. Eating here makes you feel as though you are part of something big, unique, and special, as out-of-state friends who do not have access to an In-N-Out location are so jealous, as we have locations in many surrounding cities. The parking lot is huge, and you can usually find a space if you're patient. I woke up after dreaming about In-N-Out Burger and headed their for brunch. I was humming their tune as I was driving to this location. "In-N-Out In-N-Out...that's what our hamburgers are all about! Dah dah dah dah" HAHA I am pretty sure I added in the extra Dah dah dah dah. This location is especially iconic since Baldwin Park is home to the original In-N-Out area, and the restaurant always has a fun and busy atmosphere. I did get a chance to visit the small booth of the original burger place (replica) and it was fun. Parking can get crowded during peak hours, but there is a dedicated parking lot with plenty of spaces, and the drive-thru moves surprisingly efficiently considering how popular the location is. The food was made fresh, hot, and really tasty as always. I got their Cheeseburger Animal Style Fries and their classic hand-spun shakes. The burgers were juicy with fresh ingredients, the fries were crispy, and the portions were satisfying. Ordering items from the secret menu definitely makes the experience even better. Good service from the team members as well. You can see them communicating well and ensuring efficiency in getting the food made and out to customers in a timely manner. In n Out customer service is typically superior compared to most fast food establishments, but this location has the best customer service by far. First off, finding the drive through line felt like going through a maze because of the way everything is set up. After that, it was a breeze going through the entire process. I don't know what it is about this particular spot that screams efficiency, maybe because this location is in close proximity to the OG location? Every worker we encountered seemed overly nice (in a good way) and we were really impressed by how fast the drive through line was moving.. typically if you visit any in n out, you can expect to wait 30 min in the drive through line, but we were literally in and out of the line in under 10 minutes. I've lived in Socal 30+ years, but its my first time seeing the actual In n Out University and the OG location all on one street.. very cool :) read more

I was unaware that you can order a flying dutchman wrapped in raw onions. This was a game changer. The double double (mustard fried, extra pickles and whole grilled onions) is my go to... but, as a side that flying dutchman combo hits the spot. The service here is alaways fast despite the long lines. I can't imagine what In N Out would be like if you can place your order online and come pick it up. I guarantee it would be twice or three times as busy. There is always plenty of seating (inside and out) and for some odd reason the employees can always get your order right no matter how complicated it is. The restaurant is always clean and always well kept. The food tastes like it's covered in oil and the lack of flavor, it's just an oil slick in your mouth. The french fries tasted like a year old stale french fry that had just been cooked. The only flavor the burger had was the tomato and lettuce. This is by far the worst fast food I've ever had. I don't see how In-N-Out Burger is such a well talked about establishment, but my best friends sister-in-law wanted to try since we're both from out of state and we don't have them where we're from. I came to In N Out on a Friday night, about 7:30, thankfully the line wasnt too long at all. Ordering was smooth as always, very friendly employees. I was handed my flying Dutchman, double double with extra lettuce, which they confirm, whenever they repeat your order. I get my food through the window and head home. Upon arriving home, my grilled onions on my flying Dutchman are burned and there is visibly no lettuce in my burger. I open it up and there is no lettuce at all. They don't miss! The bun was so nicely and freshly toasted. Nice and crunchy but not hard. Decent portion cheeseburger ($4.25). Everything was fresh, very presentable, and nearly stacked and wrapped. Passing through on the way up from LA to Big Bear. The cool thing about this location--there is the In-N-Out University and store front where you can buy swag from next to the restaurant.. so cool! Not really too sure what the attitude is "all about" from the crew taking orders,, but whatever. If you live in Cali, chances are you've eaten at least once at an In-N-Out. So this review is more about the facility than it is about the burger, which are always outstanding. Was out in these parts on my way back home and I've always wanted to try and eat in a proper sit down In-N-Out. Most people just have it go, but I had time. This location is new-ish and big. Lots of parking outside. There's also their company store inside this spacious lot that sells merch. You should check it out. Inside seats about 100 or so, and there are a few shaded tables outside. I came on a Saturday afternoon and it wasn't too crowded surprisingly. Food came out in less than 10 minutes. Now that's efficiency. They also use these nice little In-N-Out red plastic trays instead of the throwaway cardboard boxes. Nice, eco-conscious touch. It was a beautiful 75 degrees outside with not a cloud or a jacker in site. Everything was alright. So I elected to take my meal outdoors facing this really cool Cafe called Mas Cafecito. This location is usually great, especially since it sits in the same lot as in-n-out's university. But lately it seems like there's something wrong with our order every time we visit. Whether it be something missing in our burger or our lemon up not having any 7-up, it's a little disappointing when you finally get home and realize your order is wrong. I get it though, their drive thru is usually out to the street and their parking lot is usually full of patrons - they're busy!!! Their employees are usually nice and it's usually clean inside. Still, I'd say 75% of the time they get our orders right on the nail. Just make sure y'all check your orders before leaving if you're not eating it there! read more

Just made it before closing. Stopped after a bar show. You'd think at 1am you'd be able to get "in and out" of here quick. Decided to eat in instead of waiting in the drive through. The wait was longer than midday at lunch. The restaurant was unkept with napkins, utensil, wrappers on the floor throughout the restaurant. They had to be under staffed because the trash was overflowing. I've never seen this at any other in and out. The burger was on point which I always appreciate. Here, you can check out In-N-Out University, which is partially a merchandise store and a training ground. At the merch store, I found old anniversary shirts dating back to the '80s and items that you see on their website and catalog. If you want to check out the historical landmark of the original restaurant location, it is just past the freeway heading north and to your left. This place is terrible! For years I have been awestruck by how many people love this crappy chain burger joint, my wife included. But our most recent visit to this "iconic" place might have finally broke the hold this place has on her. If you have never had the fries that crumble like powder in your mouth, then you're lucky, it's one of the nastiest experiences ever. It has happened to me at least a half dozen times. If you have never had a cold burger, then I would like to know where you're going, because the location next to their "Academy" has cold burgers all the time. My eldest daughter and I had a car situation a few days ago. All I'm going to say is that if you're planning to take a rest or nap in your car at night or day, please ensure you turn off your car lights regardless if you're sleeping for 10 mins or a few hours. I decided to just drive on the freeway heading west on 210 Fwy. When 30 mins was up, we were heading south on 605 Fwy. For some reason, I had an urge for In-N-Out fries and I've been wanting to check out the one in Baldwin Park because it's supposedly the original or replica of original. I'm constantly looking for the next interesting and intriguing place to visit. We got here really late or should I say early the next morning after midnight LOL. They open until 1:00 AM so perfect for us. We got 2 orders of fries with no salt and 2 cups of water. Fries were amazing! Lightly crispy and hot! It's the real deal folks... just the potato and peanut oil!!! There is no other like it LOL. Staff was friendly even at that time of the day. Thank you for staying awake and providing great service! We did drive-thru so didn't see the inside, but outside looked clean and tiddy. It's probably on the smaller size since it's one of the older In-N-Outs. Funny, they have an In-N-Out University right in the same lot and I read there's a museum nearby, too. We'll have to return to see what that's all about.
