The quality of the food has just gone down. I don't even know anymore if it's the actual quality of the food or the presentation of the food when you receive it. I'm basically writing this review to remind myself never to stop at this McDonald's again. This is the weirdest and unpleasant experience I've ever had at any fast food restaurant. Too many oddities to go into detail, but the staff is rude basically not present. The food tasted off, they got my order wrong and when correcting it, they gave me back the same bread with different ingredients on it, when using the bathroom, they have to escort you to the bathroom each time and when I ask for a refill they had to tell "will only do it this once don't ask again in a rude way" with a rude tone. The Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese Deluxe - I don't recommend it. It tastes like a whole new burger... and a bland one at that. Who would have figured adding extra stuff to the double quarter pounder would make it taste worse. No wonder why the deluxe combo (which has more stuff) is cheaper than the double quarter pounder combo. It tastes like a completely different concoction and you can see why they never green lit this from the beginning. The staff here is nice. Service super fast, great for when you're hungry and just need food. Got my order wrong though. We asked for no onion in all burger but the other one is missing something else instead. Oh well. They asked if you're using the app before you start order. Came here to this location about 4 times in a row after 8pm; and the fries are always freezing cold.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I went through the drive through at around 4pm. I ordered. she repeated everything. I saw my whole order on the screen. I get up to the first window. A guy with a cap said it's $24 something. I said oh really? He repeated part of the order and said oh it's $17 something I said oh okay. I get up to the next window with my receipt that has food missing so I ask hey I'm missing a fry and a Coke. They tell me you can't add stuff at the window because they don't have a register. I said I'm not adding I'm missing. The manager talks to the guy in the cap on the headset then turns at me and she says "he said you removed it" to which I said why would I remove it if I'm asking for the missing items and I'm offering to pay which I was going to anyway. So then she walks to the front of the cashier and tells a guy to charge me(but I have my phone) so I say okay I'll just got inside) When I get inside no one that was helping at the window nor the manager help me. And I still asked to speak to her and I said hey you could at least speak with your worker about not removing items it's crazy no one helped me when I walked in knowing what had happened. No one bothered to apologize. I never said give me free food I said hey it's missing can you charge me. After offering to make things easier for them and not hold up their line it's bad service all around and from a manager it's kind of ridiculous. Went to this location at 5:30 pm on a Friday . Line was moderate to empty with only 2 cars ahead of me. I ordered a number 7 a two cheeseburger meal with medium fries . I received a half order of fries that had zero ounce of salt ton them . They were crispy chips in fact. The pickles inside the Burger tasted so sour i spit it out. They didn't even give me a receipt as the guy at the register looked frustrated and was just passing everyone along with no receipts. Decided to stop by McDonald's for their Star Wars toy. I know I know I'm such a kid at heart, but a fan of Star Wars. Happy Meals now a days are closer to almost $5.50~6 with tax. Right now they are offering Star Wars character toys from the new Star Wars movie. Parking at this McDonald's was plentiful and drive thru is available. Upon entering the restaurant was pretty empty with 2 customers coming in after. I placed the order via their mobile app. I noticed that not all McDonald's priced their food the same. Another McDonald's in the the city of West Covina for fries cost less than this McDonald's in Baldwin Park. Decided to go ahead with the order anyways despite the difference in price. Note: if you order double fries as your side they will give you one small size fry instead of two kid size fries. Not sure which size yields more food, probably an experiment for another day. Service is just meh. Why? Because the two girls working the front literally dumped a ton of salt on to the batch of fries. And they're cackling while doing it! Ugh! Wanted to get a little snack before heading home from a night out with friends on a Sunday night, went through the drive thru and it took so long to get my food, was planning on bitching to the guy in the window. Turns out that he was the only one working the entire drive thru, with a manager doing the cooking, wtf?? Who the hell schedules one person to run the front half of the restaurant and the manager working in the kitchen, for a fairly busy McDonald's. Instead of complaining on the wait time, I kind of felt sorry for him, watching him run around making drinks, taking orders, collecting money and even making fries. Writing this to let you know the poor service being provide at your McDonald's #11160 on 6/30/24 @ 5:01pm order # 1303. Upon receiving my order I asked the worker if that was everything she said yes just need the drinks.  I get home and the fries were missing.  Went back and told them they didn't give me the fries and they try to hand me the bag that they missed giving me.  I told them I'm not taking those cold fries. They said they would make fresh ones., that it would be the 3 minutes.  After waiting in the car stall for almost 10 minutes I had to call to make sure they didn't forget about me.  The person answered and I said that I'm in car stall one if they forgot about me.  The person hung up on me.  Couple of minutes go by and they bring the fries to me. As I drive off I reached in to grab a fry, the fries were warm.  In no way were they fresh. It seems they probably put the fries under the warmer and gave me the same fries they were supposed to give me when I first ordered.  Not only were they not fresh but now I get home to eat crappy fries with cold food I purchased a Half hour earlier. This is the reason people are so angry with the food industry right now.  Expensive prices, $20 hourly employees that can't get the correct order to the customer. I knew they were busy so I gave them a bit longer I was being very patient. After 15 minutes I called and they told me my order would be out in 2 minutes.
