This Rero's is in West Covina. We don't get out there a lot, but we have been twice, once to eat there and one to take away. This place is just as good as the one in the Marina. I have seen they have been cited by the City for violations. For me, the two times I have been there, it is clean and the place is very cute and comfortable. The service is really nice. They pay attention to you when you tell them what you don't want on an item and what you do want. They are patient and kind. The food here is great. They make great tacos, taquitos and their guacamole is so so good. We also love their burritos and enchiladas. The prices are very fair and we will be back when we are in town.

If it didn't have salsa, it would be horrible

Reros is usually my to go spot for crunchy tacos, and they never disappoint. So I decided to give their breakfast burrito a try. It was basic as hell. No flavor, no seasoning, and had to be saved by the salsa. One other thing, they never get the salsa order right. You ask for red, they give you green. You ask for 4, they give you 2. Little things like that matter. I also don't think I'll be back til they get that fuc*ing C up on their health inspection.

Ok and convenient, nice that there's a drive through. We were going east and decided to stop by for some quick breakfast burritos. Ordered online - 1 bacon and 1 chorizo/bacon with salsa. It came with chips and the salsa was solid (has 4 kinds) but the bacon burrito potatoes were too big for my liking and the chorizo burrito was really oily. It satisfied our craving but not sure if it'd be my preference if I had more time to pick a spot for BBs.

The service is always great. Friendly and fast. The pricing is reasonable and the food is amazing. The hard shell shredded beef tacos are my favorite with the green or habanero sauce. Absolute perfection. They have a double drive thru and a small patio with seating. Highly recommend

One of the best Mexican spots in all of LA! Friendliest staff, updated and modern interior, and food so good it would rival your abuela's cooking. Amazing aguafrescas as well, very wide variety. I stop here every time I'm in LA, 5/5 Stars!

Rero's has been around for a minute. On my way home from a long evening of shopping for theme outfits for my kids , I was huuuuungry and pulled into the drive thru. I was greeted with patience as the attendant tolerated me going back and forth with my kids to settle their order: bean and rice burrito, carne asada fries for myself, and a formidable taco salad for wee one. Food was hot and good! I think I had about 3 lbs of food in carne asada fries - a huge portions that I didn't finish. Pictures will tell you just how generous the serving was with all the toppings -- deeelish! I'd get this again but share it with someone. lol!

Drove through here to pick up some burritos for lunch. Our order was placed for a carne asada burrito and an al pastor burrito. Service was fairly quick and the burritos were stuffed pretty full. I liked the big, tender pieces of meat in each burrito and the spicy flavor was great!

BREAKFAST BURRITO on a 10 inch paper plate.

In short - I think this a pretty good Lucky Boy Breakfast Burrito Competitor on the East Side of the SGV! So this place is near the West Covina Mall and it's a pretty small place. There is no indoor section but there is outdoor seating. Most of the people I've seen go through the drive through here. I ordered the breakfast burrito and I was able to choose two toppings without extra charge. I ordered the bacon and sausage breakfast burrito. By default it comes with beans but I think in the future I will skip the beans. There are 4 different salsas that you can choose from and there is like a mild, green, hot, and habanero. I asked how many sauces I can get and if it costs more to get extra salsas. I was told I can get as many as I want so I tried the first 3 minus the habanero. I would say that's A+ service since most places charge you for extra salsas. I got 6 salsas and I would have to say my favorite one is between the mild and the hot. The "hot" isn't super spicy and it's around medium. The burrito itself was huge and nicely packed. They didn't skimp on any of the ingredients. It was nice and big and it barely fit on a 10 inch paper plate. After eating around 7/8ths of it I was really stuffed. It passed the test of not feeling hungry after eating it. On top of this, they also gave free tortilla chips and it goes great with the salsa. Overall, I highly recommend this place. Good sized breakfast burritos and a great value. No extra charges on the salsa is a huge plus!! I would get at least 3 salsas as the cups are small and don't hold much. You also need salsa for the chips! Service is also quick going through the drive through. A 5/5 place for sure.

Got me a sausage breakfast burrito. Whenever I get a breakfast burrito they usually don't add beans but I'm not complaining. Sausage was a great addition to the cheese, egg, and beans. Their salsa was not too spicy and I really think this burrito was solid. Breakfast Burrito: 8.0/10

Loaded delicious shredded beef hard shell taco!

The customer service is great! The food is absolutely delicious!! I always get their shredded beef hard shell tacos or potato. The beans are top notch authentic beans! Mmmm I always stop by if I'm in the area. I again have to mention the customer service, Yesenia and the other people that work there, they are so great! It's a must to eat at Rero's!

This place could be addicting. The tacos are absolutely top tier in quality. They say you get what you pay for... and although it's a bit pricier than other places, you can see where the money is going. I have had quite a bit of items here, from the nachos to the tacos to the burritos and everything in-between. The drinks here are good as well Their pastor is definitely my favorite. The drive thru will set you back about 10 minutes. The employees are friendly and there is plenty out outdoor seating.

Is the Chile verde beef or pork?

Hello, We make it with beef

Do you use lard in any of your items?

They said they use lard in their beans, so not vegetarian or vegan-friendly.

Dow this place make their own flour and corn tortillas?

Does anyone have the number to this place??? bc I looked it up on yelp! no business number found? They forgot my fries and I was so having a craving for those. I don't feel like driving back up there

I made my way to the front from there. It wasn't too busy at around 12pm. Staff let me sit at the nearby booth. Chips and salsa was complimentary for the first round. I decided on the Lunch Special with the Tacos Dorados with beef. The price I believe ended up being $12.99 for the lunch specials. The food was ready pretty quickly. It was a lot of food for lunch so definitively worth a try. The plate was satisfying and beef was tender in the dorados. I enjoyed the rice and beans as well and left there happy. Overall, it a spacious location with solid options. A decent spot to also watch a game with the TVs around the place. I wouldn't mind dropping by again. ( ^_^)b

We both ordered the mixed fajitas- we could have spit one order and been full. I'm glad we didn't, because now we have a complete dinner of leftovers! The fajitas were brought to the table steaming. A great mix of green & red bell peppers, red onions, spices, beef ( not sure of the cut), chicken breast, and shrimp. The beef pieces were a little thin and dry, but in the mix with everything else, it really wasn't a big drawback. The fresh tortillas were perfect, as were the beans. We were checked on throughout our dinner, which was appreciated. My wife ordered the pomegranate margarita, which she really enjoyed. We have a new favorite Mexican restaurant, and can't wait to return.

We did notice that no one was seating in their covered outdoor patio even though we told him we'd take a table outside. It wasn't until someone in our party went to see about the patio and then they sat us right away. I don't know why they'd allow people to leave because of the wait without offering patio seating. It's not like it was a hot day. Overall though, the food was good. We had a variety of food, from fish to tacos to ceviche and we all enjoyed the food. Don't know if I'd go back if we had to wait that long again though without taking reservations. Especially if they're not sitting outside.
