Every time I order anything without a bun they give me an entirely different order or pattys that are breaking apart. Today was no different, I ordered a double cheese (x2 cheese slices) and I got 2 cheese burgers instead of what I had ordered. It seems to me that it may be a lack of management or simply the staff have no interest in fulfilling orders. After ordering a second time I finally got my order but now my food was cold to the touch and I had no other choice but to put them in the oven... thanks McDonald's for the best customer service read more

We ordered at 12:17 (on the receipt). We got our food at 12:38. And it was incomplete.. when I went to ask for the rest of my order, there were two other customers complaining about their order.. $20.00 an hour... do better read more

I've been coming to this McDonald's since I was a kid, my parents house is down the street and I never had a big issue with it until recently. I work nights and have gone to the "24 hour" drive thru around 11:30pm - 12am three times now and each time they tell me they're only taking cash ! I have a big feeling the kids working just get lazy and say that so now orders. Anyways so shitty cause this is the only 24 hour McDonalds near by. read more

this spot is a hit or miss late at night, can't even order in the drive thru, I get told they can't take any orders especially around 2-3am. understandable if there's maintenance to be done but to be sitting there and hardly get any communication is pretty frustrating. fries are always cold when i order late too. during the day is the exact opposite, quality service and food, I never have problems. read more

This location always forgets or make your order incomplete. And on top of that, when you brought it to manager's attention BRIANNA is the name of the manager, she doesn't do anything to make it up to the customer unlike any McDonald's location. Thumbs down for the manager BRIANNA. read more

If you are making $20 an hour I expect a certain level of service. My order should be correct. ‍

the genius at the window thought it was funny charging me 20¢ per sauce just to tell me he can't take the payment there; fries stale af and no salt whatsoever. i get they're fast food but this is pathetic. read more

Have you ever heard of McDonalds only taking drink orders?? This McDonalds does, went here around 12:45 am because I have a midnight shift for work and they took my order but said only drink orders. WHAT THE HECK?! Never heard of this, just think they're lazy and not wanting to make food. First the ice cream machines and now no food. Dumb. Come on and do your job guys, I have to do mine in the middle of the night, least you can do. read more

Definitely will not be coming back to this fast-food chain restaurant ,i entered the building during my lunch to pick up a mobile order my girlfriend placed for me through the McDonald's app ,would've done so my self but I did not want to go through the hassle of downloading app & filling out my payment info ,I could not pick up food because the person who placed the order was not in range of the restaurant ,not wanting to argue & waste my lunch time I told the guy have a great day & I walked out . With McDonald's ridiculous prices I'm better off going to IN-N-OUT BURGER for a real burger. read more

I placed an order for pickup, but it turned out that Person 1 claimed my payment never went through. Then Person 2 mentioned that someone else picked up my order, and another person said the order wasn't there. Finally, someone else said they had the food ready, but the payment didn't go through. I tried to show them that the money was taken out of my account, but they kept insisting the app wasn't working. I talked to the manager through the drive-thru window, and he had a bad attitude, saying my refund would take 14 to 25 days. I asked to speak to someone else because of his rude demeanor and ended up talking to David, but honestly, everyone was useless. Still waiting on my refund read more

They don't ever get my order correct when I come here during the weekends. Literally I make an mobile order only for them to slack and fail on simple things Fries with no salt, burger with no sauce whatsoever. Unpredictable service to be honest, and no it was not even busy at all so they had no time to give me a messed up order. read more

Even though it was still breakfast on the menu for 4 more minutes they refused to sell me a hash brown my son forgot to ask for. The manager told me they had to start setting up for lunch , even though it would've been just dropping a single hash brown into the fryer. The Manager (Angel) wasn't helpful even a tad as all he did was explain that I couldn't order something on the menu that was still displayed on the screen. They're getting ruder and ruder at this location. read more

Nice Mc Donalds location near Home Depot. Parking and driving can be hectic in this shopping center. We stopped here not long ago to grab a short bite to eat. It is a spacious place to eat. Ordered some pancakes and bacon and eggs with Orange juice and coffee. Good customer service. Place was pretty clean. Just a busy location. read more

This McDonald's has horrible rude service. I was a customer there and asked for bathroom code and the worker said hold on and kept helping others and avoiding eye contact w me and no they weren't busy inside. It took another person to ask 15 min later to go open for us no code given. This place is so bad I hate having to put 1 star I wish I could not put any and post review. read more

Service is trash. I worked restaurant for years.. and these are like highschool kids with long ass nails and hanging out in the dining area with other employees. We walk in and nobody greets us or even tries to come and take our order. No wonder the kiosks are taking over the cashiers. A friend of a cashier named melony came in from starbucks and "melony" instantly greeted her and was very fast at taking her order. Check the cameras everyone that walks in has to wait like an idiot till someone decides to turn their back around and take an order. read more

horrible place it seems that they are more concerned for the drive though than the actual lobby workers act as if you don exist when you are in here no wonder inside is dead an empty I went in for a coffee and it took me over 20 minutes after I asked an employee what was going she got all mad saying that she didn't know what I was talking about till I asked to speak to a "manager" she asked the employee employee responded she didn't know all this for JUST 1 COFFEE how is management running this place? at then she came back with a coffee that was already cold did not bother to ask if I needed anything else and just walked away this happened Friday December 6 7:20 AM mobile order 626. read more

The worst McDonald's to come to ! I asked before getting in line if the ice cream machine was working and they told me yes. I get in line and they finally get to me and tell me they are no longer serving ice cream after 10 I waited in line for 10 to 12 mins and and had just asked to double check. The girl then went on to tell me "she didn't have to to deal with me " and then the manager angel to came who I spoke to directly asking if the machine was on and he told me yes and after for not take care of me. Ricardo Works drive-thru and every time we come through he's always polite and always smiling and always make sure that he helps us when we have an issue with our app on the phone today I went to drive through and there was an issue and he helped me out so I forgot to ask his name so I asked the manager on duty for his name and the manager refused to give me his name as I told him that I wanted to write a review on Yelp he went and told me that they can't give out employees names when they name tags which I found very ridiculous when you already have your name on the name tag just that I was not able to see Ricardo's name tag in the Drive-Thru because it's a fast transaction I have to go back to Drive and ask for his name personally so he gave me his name Ricardo so like I said the five stars are for Ricardo and drive-thru not the manager on duty which makes it weird when you're trying to give a compliment for somebody and you want to know their name so you could associate the name with the person that's doing a good job and they don't want to give it to you read more

Yelp needs to make it so we can choose 0 stars cause it's what this McDonald location deserves I was really craving a hic orange so we made the quick stop did I say quick I didn't mean that I was in the drive thru for almost 45 minutes that's insane isn't it i didn't believe it and I know people might think I'm exaggerating but the other cars that were there can back me up on it I don't think they're short and if they are I seeing at least 3 people working it shouldn't take that long just for 1 drink and my son ended up getting hungry so I got him 2 cheeseburger plains they knew my order was quick it should take 1 minute if you had big orders ahead why not park those cars and get the other ones out manager needs to pay more attention and think a little better I'm in the restaurant business so I know how this works what a horrible visit read more

This McDonald's has this sign in the window. I have paralyzed vocal cords, my voice is low but you can still hear me. Some young people that work here have no manners or respect for the handicap. Cancer is no joke. There is a large woman that works there thats always angry. She never greets or smiles at you. Always rude. If she's that angry don't work there. I go there a lot, almost everyday and to see this is disappointing. MARK & NAOMI ARE OUTSTANDING! They understand. There's a couple more but I don't know their names.
