I always order to pick up so there's not much customer service that I can review on but they always welcome me loudly and friendly when I walk through the front door. The place was busy, so we understood why there was a delay. They have a few tables inside on the left side of the restaurant for dining. The order counter is right up front with the menus overhead. The live order status board is on the right of the order counter; I kinda wished it faced outwards so we didn't have to cram into the building to see the status, especially since it was busy. What was ordered: - Boneless Meal Deal for Two (Lemon Pepper, Mango Habanero, Spicy Korean, Atomic) - Fries (yum) - 10 Wings (Free with $25 purchase) Yay/Nay/Meh: Yay. The food was good! Since we had a good number of wings, we were able to get different flavors. Order on UberEats for a deal. Credit cards accepted.

Unfortunately they were not able to use our gift card for payment because their payment system was down so we decided to leave and try them again some other time. Fast forward to a few weeks ago. Large Tots, $6.49 prior to tax- This was quite a large portion of tater tots and was pretty tasty. Classic Chicken Sandwich, $5.99 prior to tax- I ordered this for my mom so I did not have this. She ended up eating this the next day and liked it. But she thought it was pretty oily, which was expected. She liked the bun that was used for this sandwich. Hand Breaded Chicken Tenders, 5 Piece, $10.99 prior to tax- This chicken was oily, which was expected, but was actually good. The flavor on the batter was good and thought the amount of chicken per chicken tender was a good size. ------------------------------------ (Total= $33.03 after tax) After making our order online, we were given a time that it would be ready in 30 minutes. We arrived a few minutes after 30 minutes and it was ready upon the pick up time. Although it does appear that our food was sitting in their paper containers for a while, the food was good. The potato items and fried chicken tenders were still crisp and not soggy. If I didn't have a gift card, I most likely would not come here. I think the price of food is a little expensive but I feel like that is the going price for food items at similar eateries. Overall, I think this place is fine. I may consider coming back to this location to order their chicken wings in the future (to use up the rest of my gift card).

I went to two locations that day, but the workers were friendly when I made a mistake and they directed me to the correct. Both locations did have a small parking lot so parking is limited, but they had a few tables for seating. They did have some dark lighting, but it felt like a nice place to have dinner with some beer if you're enjoying a weeknight or weekend night. At 12" it was the perfect amount to feed the two of us for two meals. The crust is soft and pillowy and had the perfect char. The sauce was sweeter than most places and even though I don't like sweet flavors in my savory foods it totally worked - I really enjoyed it. Very decent pie and would get again.  We also got a 6-piece wings with traditional buffalo sauce and a small greek salad - both flavorful and delicious - would also get again. I especially loved the creamy crumbled feta on the greek salad and the variety of veggies. The shop was swarming with customers placing to-go orders and the phone was ringing off the hook while I visited - but the staff stayed friendly, attentive, and very helpful - he even gave regular updates on order wait times to me and the others waiting which I really appreciated.  Prices seemed a tad high to me - but I feel that way everywhere I go lately and they don't seem any more expensive than anywhere else out here nowadays lol. Plus the quality is definitely there and I will still be returning.  The vibes were chill with a nostalgic pizza place feel, cute valentine's day window paintings, and several TVs showing sports while you eat. They're located in a large, easy to find shopping center with plenty of parking.  We ordered to-go and it was ready in about 30 mins - which isn't too bad considering how busy they were.
