Service was good but if they had shared the fact of the heat, we could have ordered other food, such as their cheeseburgers.

I set the pickup time to be 7pm. We arrived shortly before scheduled pickup time and the food was already ready and packed up. We make the 20 min drive back home and the burgers still held up awesomely well, didn't get soggy and were still warm. The fries however, became soggy potatoes. Overall the food tasted pretty good. My gripe however, is that I paid for a Double- patty Amboy slim thicc and got only a single patty. I even left a tip to hopefully ensure they got the order right, but that didn't work. Somehow person working the grill last night still managed to botch a simple order. Almost $50 PLUS tip for 2 burgers, some fries, no drink, and still manage to mess up my order? Do better. -- **Update: upper echelon management here is top notch and was able to rectify the matter 110%. Hopefully that was just an off night for the person manning the grill and they're usually on point. Based on my subsequent interactions with their big wigs, I'd definitely come back and definitely recommend.
