I love WINGSTOP & this location is overall a great location! Food: The wings are going to be delicious everytime! We've yet to have a batch of wings not be juicy, tender, and flavorful! I got their Hot Lemon recently and it was HEAVEN! I normally get the Mild, Garlic Parm or BBQ. We also get the Cajun Corn & it hits everytime! Service: The Service is where my rating drops but I don't want to give them 4/5 stars. The manager we've seen when we go is fantastic! We go at night so the manager who works nights is amazing! The employees overall are a mix of excellent but sometimes too nonchalant. I ordered Lemon Hot & Garlic Parm the last time I went and we noticed when we got home they gave us Lemon Pepper instead of Garlic Parm which was very disappointing as I'm not huge on Lemon Pepper - It's the Dry Rub. But overall, they don't get the order wrong often, that was a rare situation. I didn't bother calling because we aren't close enough to just drive back quickly enough. 10/1/24 - It could've been expensive, but I played it carefully. My Louisiana Rub wings were pretty good, and my wife liked her Regular Hot Wings. We got a 10 piece and halfed up the flavors. We also got 2 medium fries which to me looked like large fries. For these 3 items it was $20.17. I brought our own Cokes from home as people other than McDonald's charge too much for their drinks these days. The ranch sauce would've been an extra $1.80 but the girl was kind enough to let it go this once since we didn't know. Most other places give you the ranch for free, especially with wings that have buffalo sauce. All in all, it was a decent experience. Thank you. Very disappointed in the company policy not to refund when the food or drink is bad This is what we were told by the Clerk even though she knew that there was a problem with the iced tea machine but sold it anyway. Both bone-in and tenders are very Good. Tender and juicy. HOWEVER, I have been there 3 times, and everytime the french fries are terrible. I paid for my order and went next door to Safeway. I was back within the 15 mins given for pick up and was pleased to see my order sitting on the metal rack. Not sure where everyone was because when I placed my order there were at least 5 employees in the lobby. So I wait for the one guy in the kitchen to come out and give me my bag but it was not meant to be. He continues to do his thing, ignoring the fact I am standing there, so thinking I'm helping the situation I started to grab my bag myself and told him what I was doing. This is where it all goes downhill. He admonishes me like I'm a 5 yr old. Instead of saying he would get it for me he scolds me telling me I can't be in that area. I see people often picking up bags from the rack. Maybe they are Uber Eats or whatever but either way I see people doing it. Probably because there's never anyone at the register.
