So today I picked up 40 boneless wings, an 8 piece bone in deal, a large seasoned fries and a couple ranch/blue cheese for $40! Their wings are great. And the fries are even better. Get the Parmesan seasoned fries and dip in their ranch. So good. I should go back tomorrow... Staff is very nice and talkative, making the time pass super fast. If you do order online it is way faster though, so if you're in a time crunch order online. We've tried all the wings and our go-to choices are Parmesan, plain, teriyaki and Louisiana rub. boi I tell ya when the HELL did a WingStop open in Anchorage??! I use to CRUSH some WingStop when I lived in Florida WHILE listening to Rick Ross rap about his Lemon Pepper Wings. But did it live up to the standard down in the lower 48... Damn straight. I came here with my girl at 9pm on a Monday last month because we were just straight CRAVING wings. I looked on Yelp and looked up wings and low and behold a damn WingStop fucking spawned lol. I had no idea. No clue. When we arrived its a basic WingStop. I ordered a Lemon Pepper along with Cajun. And I'm going to tell you maybe its been a while since I have had good wings but they were great. Like the wings were real fresh chicken man. The best part of my first wing stop experience was the customer service, very informative and polite made me excited to get my order. However the wings were trash.. :/ I love wings and am usually not too picky but I couldn't even finish my 10 piece... I prefer Wing Stop over any wing chain in Alaska. However the past 3 times I've been, there has been a lack of orders that haven't been on time. For example: I would order an item at around 4:30PM and they tell me it will be a 15-20 min wait. Then as soon as I arrived on time, they tell me they are now working on it, and it turned into a 45 minute. So I would prefer to order inside the building so it creates a sense of automatic priority amongst their customer. Don't get me wrong, the food is BOMB! I remember I heard about Wingstop Coming to Anchorage, march 2018 and I was there opening day and the opening weekend of Wingstop here locally in town. I am a customer in love to get the Louisiana rub wings, with potato salad or coleslaw or vegetable sticks. I am known by the workers and I'm a valued customer. So we've gone here twice now and both times the wings have been very good. We usually order a dry rub we had and the lemon pepper, Louisiana rub, and I think called a Cajun Brazil (this one might be a temporary flavor which I hope not because it's one of the best). I gave it a five because the flavor is so good. The customer service has been excellent. And we were able to get the combo 15 wings large fries and two drinks for $25 and we added five wings and our dinner was $31. They have a garlic Parmesan for the french fries which was really yummy. I will let you know that you will have to at least wait 15 to 18 minutes for your order because they make it as you order it so it is fresh. read more

Seriously the best wings - boneless or bone in - in Anchorage. The ranch dressing is so good I'd almost drink it. The fresh veggies are always cold and crisp. The fries are fantastic. The only reason I rated it four stars is because of the wait. Door Dash has taken over and it's awful. We went on a Friday night and had to wait over 30 minutes because of all the online and Door Dash orders. So, order online or prepare to wait, but really it's worth the wait. Wow. As someone who used to work in customer service/ food handler I'm very disappointed. The man who took my order was so rude and clearly did not care about his customer or any of their needs. I checked out their menu and they have a Monday and Tuesday special and there was a 10% discount for ordering on line. I created an account and placed an order. Drove up 20 minutes later and entered the store. They didn't have an order for me. So I reordered and waited. The cashier was nice but couldn't help me get the online system to work for the extra discount. The staff was not able to help and there was no manager.
