And the fries are amazing just the right amount of salt and fried perfectly. Wish I was able to just sit here drink beer and eat the fries. The Japanese bbq meatball sliders were pretty tasty as well the sauce was a bit strong but other than that they were perfect. I enjoyed the pulled pork Sammy and loved the pineapple slaw for a bit of sweet. The carne asada fries were also good, but I wish they were more loaded. Pretty sparse order than what I'm used to getting at other restaurants. The bread that the tuna sandwich came on was so good, and the tuna salad had a great wasabi kick. This truck is perfect for a lunch or casual dinner! Their menu definitely pairs well with beer so I hope to see them parked at other breweries around town!

The staff at the window were so friendly, welcoming, and clearly passionate about their amazing menu. Now, let's talk about the star of the show: the Hungry Deckhand sandwich! The steak was simply outstanding, a delicious coffee rub that added an incredible depth of flavor. It was perfectly shaved and nestled between crunchy, perfectly grilled bread, topped with amazing melted cheese. This instance we tried this food truck for the first time at the Spenard Food Truck Festival on a Thursday for lunch! They did not disappoint. We have only tried their Sockeye/ Coho Cakes, because we try to support as many trucks as possible in one outing. The cakes were a nice portion for the cost. The flavor was amazing! They obviously sat for a bit before the fish was done because they were kinda cold. Their house made tarter sauce was good. $18 for the fish and chips, $2 for a soda.
