I've come in and ordered in person and had issues with waiting about an hour for JUST FRIES, so to avoid that I placed my order online again for just fries. Waited the 20 minutes of maximum time wait it told me to walk in and all of the team members were up front just standing and talking. My order wasn't done, one of the girls tried to say I ordered it at another location even though I showed the other guy my confirmation number for that store. I love wingstop but don't usually come to this one, I decided to pick up from this one yesterday as it happens to be close to my work, so I picked it up before heading in to work, I get to work and open my bag and they forgot my ranch and my extra ranch that I paid for so I decided to call them and let them know. When someone answered they said I could come back and pick them up and I explained I was at work so I was gonna send someone else (who was on their break) to go get them, they said it was fine, when that person arrives they started giving her attitude and telling her that I had never been in there or ordered food from them when I clearly had a receipt and had just talked to someone on the phone, and were refusing to give it to her. I've never experienced such rude service from a wingstop before and will definitely be going to a different location next time. read more

No!!!!!!! I ordered the chicken tenders and the guy seem like he was high on something. They where playing around the kitchen like animals and of course made me re-think a lot about this place. I was yelled at by a girl in red hair! Like bro I get the fact that is closed up kitchen but whatever, So I get to work all excited to have my lunch when i saw that is not my order. I said no problem, that is fine they probably DID NOT PAY ATTENTION. I was not rude and understand retail. So I went back I told them that was not what I ordered, and I pointed to the picture of what I wanted in case they did not understand me. The girl said "oops I'm sorry, we where playing around in the kitchen." Honey, I don't think that is something you want to tell your customer. Not only that I heard the manager say, "you guys make sure the chicken is not raw again" At this point, I remember I got the food poison from this place because the chicken was bloody, and raw. This was when they first open. So I get yelled at again by the same girl. I was like really you bitch! I got my food once again happy. I get to my job, sat down open the container and it was wings! Not the tenders! The dam receipt said tenders! Not Wings. I once again went back in the store and told them the order was wrong and request for a refund. The guy looked scared because when some restaurant does not get the order right I become literally Gordon Ramsey. They are complete idiots all of them and will not earn my respect for this place. Let me just start by saying, i was the first person to review this place giving them a 5 star, but this 1 star goes to the lady WHO YELLED AT ME TODAY! I placed an order online, walked in with my puppy to pick it up, i put her down on the floor while getting cash out from my purse, some customers in line was playing with her behind me so I let them, i lost sight for 1 second and she ran towards the lady worker and she yelled CAN YOU GET YOUR DOG?!? Very rudely!! Everyone heard it, this girl on my left even whispered "what a bitch" but i was being super nice and apologetic about it because it was my fault for letting her down. Mind you, this is not a big dog, it's a 4lb mini poodle puppy. She could've said it in any other way or tone and it would've been fine. This was my first time there at Wings Stop Alhambra. I waited at least 10 minutes at the register and no one there to take order. I was the only customer there waiting at the cash register. Finally someone came to the register but still told me that "I will be right with you". Another wait... The worst experience was that I ordered 15 wings but only got 14 wings. I should have counted the wings there. The large fries I ordered looked burned and not appealing to eat. I definitely will not be going back there ever again. The wings were just ok. Honestly love Wingstop...the one on fig in cypress park is way better then his location smh THERE WAS A HAIR IN MY WINGS and the ranch wasn't filled up to the rim the Coke tasted like it was mixed with water and there was no trash can in the dining area , water puddle by the drink fountain. I accidentally ordered from the Fremont location instead of my usual spot on Main. Not all Wingstops are alike. Fremont location barely seasons their wings . It was so bland. Hardly any flavor. I don't like to leave negative reviews but this was far and away the worst chicken I've ever had, and that's saying a lot, because I've had my fair share of less than stellar chicken. The wings were so overcooked that it was literally inedible. The chicken was so dry and hard to chew that I had to throw it out. I don't know how this franchise has managed to stay in business. I feel a little guilty badmouthing a legitimate business, but since I rely on honest reviews to help me make my dining decisions, I couldn't sit idly by and allow others to unwittingly make the same mistake. This was the worst experience I've had at a Wingstop. I got the thigh bites combo with fries & drinks. The fries were lukewarm and super soggy, not fresh at all. The most horrible Wingstop Location! I've always placed my order on the Wingstop app. In the short time this location has been opened, they've managed to mess every order up. I finally had enough and I called to let them know yesterday. The lead at the time, Ashley Sanches was not only disrespectful but incompetent, non apologetic and sarcastic with her remarks. When I informed her of the mistake, she replied with "you need to understand we're short". That of course upset me and so I started to Yell. Maybe I shouldn't of but I couldn't help it. I soon realized, I was dealing with a child. I'm not sure how she obtained a lead position as her English was worse than my 8 year old daughter. I became even more upset with her remarks and she even said "what do you want me to do?" Didn't offer a compensation or apology. Finally I told her you haven't even offered an apology or anything. That's when of course she said "you can come pick it up?" As if going back to a location to pick up my missing items was so convenient. After all, I paid for them and shouldn't of been missing from the start. This behavior is unprofessional and should not be acceptable. The first two times I was missing items, they were quick to fix it and apologize. The Asian male even offered a drink, which I refused because he was so apologetic and handled it professionally and quick.
