The most horrible Wingstop Location! I've always placed my order on the Wingstop app. In the short time this location has been opened, they've managed to mess every order up. I finally had enough and I called to let them know yesterday. The lead at the time, Ashley Sanches was not only disrespectful but incompetent, non apologetic and sarcastic with her remarks. When I informed her of the mistake, she replied with "you need to understand we're short". That of course upset me and so I started to Yell. Maybe I shouldn't of but I couldn't help it. I soon realized, I was dealing with a child. I'm not sure how she obtained a lead position as her English was worse than my 8 year old daughter. I became even more upset with her remarks and she even said "what do you want me to do?" Didn't offer a compensation or apology. Finally I told her you haven't even offered an apology or anything. That's when of course she said "you can come pick it up?" As if going back to a location to pick up my missing items was so convenient. After all, I paid for them and shouldn't of been missing from the start. This behavior is unprofessional and should not be acceptable. The first two times I was missing items, they were quick to fix it and apologize. The Asian male even offered a drink, which I refused because he was so apologetic and handled it professionally and quick. Ive ordered from this locations several times and its always an issue, they need to better manage the place. How do you have a line of 7 customers waiting to place orders or pick up with only 1 employee ringing up/handing out orders while 10 employees are in the back? When I went to the pick up window and asked for my order they informed me that someone will help me, while she's just standing there stacking ranch! Makes no sense whatsoever. I tell her I can see my bag up there in the pick up section and she informs me again that someone will help me, I couldn't believe it. I waited 10 minutes when that same employee decides to finally get on a register and get orders out. If your job consist of dealing with customers then you should get annoyed when they have a simple question. After about 25 minutes and seeing countless people that ordered after us, get their food, I asked the worker if they were working on our order. She didn't even spend time to look at our order and just immediately said they were finishing it up. Another 15-20 minutes go by and we finally got our food.
