Y'all this is like a little hidden gem in Burlington! I've been to a couple of different wing places around here but Wings to go is def my favorite! I usually get 5pc wings and it comes with a side of fries and soda. They have a bunch of different flavors for your wings(mild - super spicy) and I haven't tried them all but I tried a lot of them and they were all amazing. Super chill cool vibe and everybody is nice here! My friend and I had a quick lunch at the bar a few days ago and our bartender Josh was really attentive and friendly even though he was really busy. We love Wings to go but, they cannot cook crispy wings. We complained after the wings came out soggy again and the manager told us he couldn't tie up a fryer to make wings crispy. What??. Also, if you call them and ask about the wait, they will say they cannot discuss their wait times over the phone. That is crazy! They obviously don't care about anyone else's time. To start off, the celery looked like it hadn't been washed, the wings were undercooked and the chips were cold and tough like they had been sitting under a lamp for a long period of time. When the new management, I think his name was Jim was in there working, the food was on time and always hot and appealing. Hello all, today was my first visit. Let's start with the positive: The food was delicious, the food came quickly, the prices were goodand the location not bad. So the not so good aspects: This was my 1st visit, I wasn't sure to seat myself or wait to be seated...3 associates walked passed us and didn't speak, the fourth; a gentleman spoke and said someone will be right with ya okay. It was after 1:30 a little busy. We got seated, another person brought our drinks, than we waited 17 mins to place an order. We never received our celery, ranch or ketchup. We were never offered a refill on our drinks and we were never asked if we wanted dessert, by the way we wanted to try the fried cheesecake. BUT guess what the check came quickly. I ordered a 5 piece traditional wing combo with fries and a drink and the only thing I liked was the fries. I chose the mango twist flavor for my wings because I love mango flavored wings but as you can see from the picture, the wings were disgusting and not edible. The sauce was perfect and we had ample ranch for dipping! If I could change anything, I'd switch out how much celery we got versus how many waffle fries were provided.
