We most recently went on one of the days it was completely empty because the kids wanted it. Our service was friendly but not the best at the job - Since I think we were her only table with anyone seated, that was pretty disappointing. Their prices are kinda high but again not too bad for wings for this area. The other food on the menu other than wings is probably below the 3* rating Im giving. Our server Allisa was super friendly but the facility isnt the cleanest, especially the restrooms. Its is a 2.5-3* by the book kinda place. Completely inaccurate order. My spouse ordered Jamaican jerk and Parmesan garlic, and received Asian zing and mild Buffalo. I was supposed to have gluten-free with garlic Parm and mine came with no topping whatsoever. There was a sign when you enter that said seat yourself. Order at your table. We sat ourselves in an area that had people. We scanned the QR code that was on the table. That was the only way to view the menu. After browsing the menu, I had some questions. A friendly waitress came to our table. She asked if she could take our order or we were welcomed to order through our phones. I wanted to look at the menu some more. So I chose to order through our phones. Ordering through our phones became difficult because we had a special request and couldn't see where to make changes. If you want variations to your order, I suggest just ordering through the waitress. I'm not sure I'm a fan of the no contact ordering post Covid and especially at a dine-in table. Our food arrived timely, hot and it looked amazing. I ordered 10 wings, because I went to another wing place recently and the wings were small. No this place makes wings how they are supposed to be made. They were thick, juicy and very flavorful. I chose the Asian Zing sauce. It had that zingy tasty I was looking for. I absolutely love their potato wedges. They are not too big and seasoned well. I prefer carrot sticks over baby carrots. Baby carrots feel like a shortcut. The ranch/blue cheese were good. BW3 (here and elsewhere) was once our favorite wings place, but the chain has gone downhill over the years. We went for lunch about 3-4 weeks ago and noticed that the Thursday special was BOGO boneless wings. Being a wing purist, at age 69 I have never had a boneless wing before, basically considering them as being McNuggets in wing sauce. At that price I decided to give it a try. We got 10 each of the Desert Dry rub and the Asian Zing sauce, plus an order of fries and one of fried pickles. We got in just before lunch and it was not crowded. Quiet. Service was good. Fries average. Fried pickles above average. The rub and sauce flavors were good, but the boneless "wings" were worse than expected. Not having one before, I forgot that they were breaded. Both sets were overcooked and very dry and the Desert one might have been left out in the desert. The one with the Asian sauce was less dry. We did not finish the "wings". At least now I l know not to order boneless "wings" ever again. read more

We got seated and waited to get drinks for 25 min while we watched folks get their food that came in after us before we got drinks or even ordered. The experience at this establishment was trash. My boyfriend and I tried to dine in today and we sat down and no one ever came to take our drink orders. Waitresses walked past our table as if we did not exist. A specific young lady deliberately walked past our table (after smoking a black and mild in her car) to take a couple's order even though we were sat first. The place was practically empty, so this was unacceptable. I also went to use their restroom, and the smell was absolutely awful. Someone clearly left their whole bottom in the women's bathroom to the point where you can't even breathe in there. We ended up leaving and immediately going across the street to Red Robin, where we received exceptional customer service and the proper attention. The LEAST they could've done is acknowledged us. I am typically not one to complain, however, I had a particularly terrible experience here. My friend and I, stopped here for lunch and I instantly realized all but one booth was covered with dirty dishes. Once we sat down at the only clean booth in the restaurant, it took about 10 minutes to get menus and about another 10 to get drinks. When I asked to substitute a black bean patty on a burger, I was initially told that it worked in an $11 deal, but was later charged $17 for said burger with no choice or notification. My friend was served her chicken tender dry rub in a condiment cup. The dry rub was less of a rub and more of a collection of large clumps. Lackluster food, long wait times, and non-accommodating options make this place a nightmare destination. I felt bad for the older lady who served me, because she was trying her best. However, the management of the BWW obviously doesn't care for their workers. Unless you have literally no other options, do not eat here. read more

This past week my daughter and I visited Buffalo Wild Wings in Burlington, NC for the second time. The first visit a couple of years ago was unremarkable, so we decided to give it another try. We are so glad we did! Our food was great and our server, Shalisa (sp?) was one of the best we've experienced, anywhere. My daughter ordered the All-American burger cooked well done and to our surprise, it was. Getting a burger cooked well done in our area, without it being like shoe leather, seems to be as elusive as a unicorn. Not only was this burger cooked perfectly, it was flavorful and juicy. I ordered the shredded chicken wrap with sweet BBQ sauce and I cannot say enough good things about it. Our server Shalisa anticipated our needs, bringing refills for our drinks without having to ask. Major points there. The only criticisms I could offer for an otherwise wonderful experience are I do think the portions are a bit small considering the pricing, and, it is a bit too noisy, not noisy enough to make us leave, though. The food was really good and so was the service the problem was the portion sizing being smaller than it used to be. The buffalitos used to be full sized tacos and now they are hand sized. Also, the kids side of oranges come in the sauce cup that they use for sauces so they only get maybe 5 or 6 pieces or oranges. Considering my meal, drink and 2 kids meals were almost $26 you can tell they went up on prices but yet less amount of food. I have been a customer for over 15 years. I moved up to Burlington two years ago and what a different experience. I get very close to the staff wherever I go and they are what makes a place feel like home. Ever since I have gone here it was the same. I hate when I see staff working so hard to make money, and the facility is run poorly. Running poorly is an understatement at this Burlington location. not only have I ever seen management not come on the floor for a rush, but I have also seen the employees get crushed. I have never walked in without having to ask for a game to be televised as it should be, tvs only updated when u ask. that's okay.. compared to the facility. this facility has had its front door broken for over 8 months, and the urinal in the men's bathroom for longer. I have been in and the entire draft system has been down for over a week, all tvs down for over a week. the monthly beers when they go on special out the day they start. I have questioned lower management about the issues and found that they have no control. I have expressed my concerns and told them that there is no way the GM is doing her job. so I walked in one day with my 80-year-old dad and the bartender told me I left without paying for a 5-dollar beer, this was after I had paid 80 for the tab with my parents, I guess I went to the bar to watch a game and a friend said let's go somewhere else. I said okay, I am sorry just add it to tonight's tab, or here is my card. so all is good and 5 minutes later this guy comes out with tab in hand holding it outright proceeds to tell me the story, I am laughing saying all is good, he says you think it's funny and of course I do.. it was five dollars, plus it was taken care of. he proceeds to get attitude in front of whole bar and I ask him is this a joke it's an oversight of 5 dollars. I stated prior to that 5 I had an 85-dollar tab, as I do every Tuesday. I said are you going to ban me and he said yep... I am still kind of shocked that I am not being punked. he gets really rude and says that u can leave. I proceed to let him have it with the whole facility and leave. I have been gone for months and they are losing over an average of $ 150 A week from my parents and myself. This facility definitty looks like it couldn't lose one customer. My family and I were traveling from SC to VA for Christmas to visit my wife's family. We needed to find a place to stop for lunch and we decided to give Buffalo Wild Wings a try since we never eat here at home. The staff were friendly and we were given a table immediately. From here, the rest of the experience was not expedient. Apparently they were running a BOGO special on baskets of boneless chicken nuggets. I'm not sure if it was just the day after Christmas shopping traffic, or the special but the restaurant did get busy and did not appear to be prepared for it. It took quite a while to place our orders and then receive our food, but both eventually happened. While the flavor of the nuggets was actually pretty good, the batter itself was a pretty tough shell to get through. I don't recall using a knife and fork on chicken nuggets before, but it was necessary in this case. The waitress did her best given the situation, but she continually apologized for the time everything ended up taking. The other oddity was the lady and her daughter that was soliciting a selection of candy bars through the restaurant while people were at their tables eating. I'm not sure if the lady worked at the restaurant and was maybe doing this after hours, but it was definitely strange. And these weren't the fundraiser candy bars, these were just M&Ms and other candy bars in like a mixed box you can get at a wholesale club. My 13 year old son ended up buying one for $2 but it was an altogether awkward experience. I had hoped to try this place again and have my hope restored, but alas, this will be the last visit to a Buffalo Wild Wings for some time. read more

We frequent B-dub's around our area all the time and have always had prompt friendly service. Decided to stop in and watch some basketball and several high tops were open around the bar area. Quite a few tables open, only a couple people at the bar and we got seated right away. The girl that sat us brought us menus and said someone else would be by to take our order. Yeah, right. After about 5 minutes the same girl came by and said they were really busy (huh?) but she'd take our drink order. We ordered beer and water and got our water right away. After about 10 minutes we stopped another waitress as several people who sat after us had drinks already... there was only two of us. She went to the bartender who it sounded like said she didn't have any order for us. The girl didn't come back to our table so we waited another 5 minutes. Enough is enough, after 20 minutes and only water, we got up, told the bartender if she had an order for us to forget it, she gave us the whatever look at attitude and we walked. Totally rude, totally TERRIBLE SERVICE and as far as we're concerned this place gives a good franchise a totally black eye. Dear B'dubs... a total strikeout in Burlington. This had to be worst experience ever! Six of us went there yesterday, January 21st for the playoff game. Service was soo bad that even our bartender/server acknowledged it. On a NFL playoff game day, you'd expect the place to be full, however there were 6 tables seated and this was in the entire restaurant! Tables were left dirty the entire time we were there. Noone ever took a thing off our table. We had to keep moving the empty glasses and plates to another table ourselves. We asked that the game be turned on and they turned on an old game and when we asked for the right game, the manager got pissy with us. She then turned it on in Spanish and said she didn't know how to change it to English. Terrible, terrible service. Long waits for beers. Food was cold or wrong. They did nothing to correct it either! I've always been a fan of Buffalo Wild Wings. I didn't even know there was one off this highway. I just happen to look and caught it out the corner of my eye. I was on my way to the outlet, and I said on my way back, I'll make a stop over there. Called it in, the person who took my order was really cool and nice. It was ready fast, nice and hot, and very good. The honey bbq is my favorite flavor! And the potato wedges are awesome. At this location, it was all fresh, and the boneless wings they gave me were good in size. For starters, like any chain restaurant, BWW has the exact same menu as any other location. So if you're a fan of wings, you'll find exactly what you're looking for. This location in particular is solid. On weekend nights, odds are you'll have to wait around 20 mins for a smaller party, and longer if you're a larger party. If you can snag a table in the bar area, those are first come first serve, but accordingly, you might not be served right away or as attentively as you would in the dining area. The food isn't cheap, but if you come at lunch, they have great lunch deals that add on fries that don't typically come with the chicken. Plus, if you order 8 or more wings, you can mix and match sauces, which is always fun. Service is always consistently good. read more

BWW has recently changed the menu to provide a few more offerings then just wings. Which I think is a good thing. I recently tried the Buffalito Chicken tacos and was fairly impressed. Headquartered in Minneapolis and founded in 1982, Buffalo Wild Wings is a chain sports bar/restaurant with about 1100 stores nationwide with an emphasis on sports themed attire and memorabilia adorning the walls. The waitstaff wears shirts with the number 82 on them which signifies the founding year. I've eaten at several locations over the last ten years and for the most part have gotten good service and decent food. The biggest draw for me was to play trivia while waiting on the food. A concept that I really like. I've mainly stuck to the wings and the mini corn dogs during that time but, since they recently upgraded the menu, I opted to try something else. The Buffalito tacos were pretty good. The pico and cilantro were fresh and the chicken with wing sauce was tasty. The cool thing about this menu item is you can flavor the chicken to your tastes and heat index depending on the wing sauce you choose. I can't name all the different wing sauces but, there are many to choose from (just hope you are not feeling indecisive that day!). The waitstaff is uber polite, check on you frequently and bizarrely get a little too personal for my taste on this last visit. Sure, I can understand asking how the day is going or what you are up to for the day but, asking what I am doing that evening after already stating what my day entailed is just a bit intrusive and a little weird considering I didn't know the person I was speaking to. We had a laugh about that after that and still crack on it when driving by. Which again was fine because we understand we came very last minute and with a huge group. So long story short, our server tyanna was AMAZING, great attitude and very patient. HOWEVER her manager Alyssa was not as pleasant. Our server had informed us at like 11:45 that they were out of mac n cheese for the two buffalo mac n cheese appetizers that we ordered. So she proceeded to ask us for another thing we may want. We ordered some boneless wings. We also waited over 45 minutes for all our drinks and were still very patient. Then Alyssa the manager came over and proceeded to tell us that fryers had been turned off. So we asked her could we just get the checks because we were over it at that point. So we asked if we could at least get a drink taken off. She said no because she can't give away free liquor.
